電能計(jì)量設(shè)備自動(dòng)化檢定系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度分析及校準(zhǔn)方案研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司集約化管理政策的推行,計(jì)量設(shè)備檢定工作逐步向省級(jí)計(jì)量中心集中,檢定任務(wù)日益繁重,這使得自動(dòng)化檢定系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)備受關(guān)注。電能表和用電信息采集終端作為重要的電力計(jì)量設(shè)備,同時(shí)也是自動(dòng)化檢定系統(tǒng)的主要檢定對(duì)象,其計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確性至關(guān)重要,因此自動(dòng)化檢定的基本誤差測(cè)量精度問(wèn)題不容忽視,研究分析自動(dòng)化檢定系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量精度及校準(zhǔn)方案具有重大的理論和工程意義。論文介紹了電能計(jì)量設(shè)備自動(dòng)化檢定系統(tǒng),其通過(guò)對(duì)被檢計(jì)量設(shè)備的外形尺寸進(jìn)行分類,構(gòu)建基本檢定單元,設(shè)計(jì)出二表位與六表位承載托盤、移載機(jī)器人,并利用RFID識(shí)別計(jì)量設(shè)備類別,以進(jìn)入不同的檢定流程,突破了計(jì)量設(shè)備尺寸、檢定流程不同的瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)了七種計(jì)量設(shè)備的兼容式檢定,包括單相電能表、三相直接接入式電能表、三相經(jīng)互感器接入式電能表、采集器Ⅰ型、集中器Ⅰ型、集中器Ⅱ型及專變采集終端Ⅲ型。論文分析了三相四線直接接入式電能表檢定數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別基本誤差嚴(yán)重超出最大允許誤差限值,并利用格拉布斯準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行粗大誤差判別,結(jié)果表明嚴(yán)重越限的基本誤差可視為粗大誤差剔除。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的基本誤差計(jì)算方案無(wú)法完全規(guī)避粗大誤差影響的問(wèn)題,提出了基于格拉布斯準(zhǔn)則的新型基本誤差計(jì)算方案。論文設(shè)計(jì)了單相電能表、三相四線直接接入式電能表與三相四線經(jīng)互感器接入式電能表自動(dòng)化檢定與人工臺(tái)檢定的對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化檢定與人工臺(tái)檢定結(jié)果差值呈現(xiàn)差值偏負(fù)現(xiàn)象。以三相四線直接接入式電能表的檢定數(shù)據(jù)為分析樣本,從檢定接線原理上分析了差值偏負(fù)現(xiàn)象,并設(shè)計(jì)接觸電阻對(duì)基本誤差測(cè)量值影響實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,得到自動(dòng)化檢定臺(tái)體的自動(dòng)壓接裝置與外部聯(lián)接導(dǎo)線的接觸電阻偏大時(shí),會(huì)導(dǎo)致自動(dòng)化檢定基本誤差結(jié)果偏負(fù)的結(jié)論,且接觸電阻越大,偏負(fù)現(xiàn)象越嚴(yán)重。并針對(duì)性地提出了降低接觸電阻的校準(zhǔn)措施。
