【摘要】：目的:探討紅細(xì)胞分布寬度(RDW)與急性冠脈綜合征(ACS)及冠脈狹窄程度的相關(guān)性。方法:選取接受冠脈造影的ACS患者221例,以及同期行冠脈造影結(jié)果正常的50例為對(duì)照組,檢測(cè)兩組的RDW水平,比較其差異;將ACS分為不穩(wěn)定心絞痛組(unstable angina,UA)和急性心肌梗死組(acutemyocardial infarction,AMI),比較兩組RDW水平的差異;將冠脈造影結(jié)果陽性的221例病例按Gensini積分評(píng)價(jià)冠脈狹窄嚴(yán)重程度,并根據(jù)積分分為3組:≤30分組、31~60分組、60分組,分別比較各組間RDW水平,比較其差異。結(jié)果:ACS組患者的RDW水平(13.02±0.68)明顯高于冠脈結(jié)果正常組(12.62±0.38),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);AMI組的RDW水平(13.12±0.66)相較于UA組RDW水平(12.84±0.68)較高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);隨著Gensini積分的增加,RDW水平逐漸升高,除對(duì)照組與≤30分組之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義外,其余各組間兩兩比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ACS組及AMI的RDW水平是明顯升高的,提示RDW可能參與急性冠脈綜合征發(fā)病過程,為急性冠脈綜合征的一個(gè)潛在指標(biāo);RDW水平與冠脈狹窄程度密切相關(guān),可作為預(yù)測(cè)冠脈狹窄程度的指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between erythrocyte distribution width (RDW) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) (ACS) and coronary stenosis. Methods: 221 patients with ACS received coronary angiography and 50 patients with normal coronary angiography were selected as control group. The levels of RDW were measured and compared between the two groups. ACS was divided into unstable angina pectoris group (unstable anginahua UA) and acute myocardial infarction group (acutemyocardial infarction group), the difference of RDW level between the two groups was compared, and the severity of coronary stenosis was evaluated by Gensini score in 221 cases with positive coronary angiography results.
