【摘要】：改革開放是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)生歷史性轉(zhuǎn)折的重要節(jié)點,也是農(nóng)民工群體逐步發(fā)展壯大的重要因素。在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的浪潮之中,農(nóng)民工作為重要勞動力資源,從農(nóng)村流向城市,為我國城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。隨著政策、制度環(huán)境的逐漸開放,以及城市與農(nóng)村之間各方面因素推拉作用,農(nóng)民工人口數(shù)量逐年增多,增長速度較快,逐漸形成了一個人口數(shù)量龐大的群體。與此同時,農(nóng)民工在城市中發(fā)展的過程遇到了一系列障礙和困難,并且引發(fā)了諸多城市社會問題。在此背景下,有關(guān)農(nóng)民工的一系列問題引起我國社會學(xué)界研究者的關(guān)注,并逐漸演變?yōu)樯鐣䦟W(xué)研究中的重點研究問題。從國外對于移民融入問題的研究體系來看,主要經(jīng)歷了“二維度”模型、“三維度”模型和“四維度”模型的發(fā)展階段,有關(guān)移民融入的測量指標(biāo)逐漸細(xì)化和完善,形成了對移民融入程度的綜合性考察和分析體系。參照國外移民融入研究范式,我國社會學(xué)研究者依據(jù)我國農(nóng)民工獨有的發(fā)展背景和特點,形成了農(nóng)民工相關(guān)問題研究的新方向。在農(nóng)民工問題的研究領(lǐng)域,學(xué)界在農(nóng)民工城市融入、農(nóng)民工社會融入、農(nóng)民工市民化以及新生代農(nóng)民工城市融入等方向做出重點研究。考慮到新生代農(nóng)民工在農(nóng)民工群體中的主體性地位,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究分析體系,本研究設(shè)定了具體分析指標(biāo),運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法,收集有關(guān)廣西新生代農(nóng)民工城市融入現(xiàn)狀的資料,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。同時,依照數(shù)據(jù)資料,本文就廣西新生代農(nóng)民工城市融入的現(xiàn)狀、融入的特征、障礙產(chǎn)生原因、應(yīng)對措施展開了詳細(xì)論述。對于廣西新生代農(nóng)民工城市融入現(xiàn)狀的考察,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)融入、社會生活融入和文化-心理融入三個方面展開,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前該群體的城市融入程度仍較低。通過新老兩代農(nóng)民工的城市融入狀況可以發(fā)現(xiàn),新生代農(nóng)民工的城市融入程度更高,并且在融入意愿、政策、年齡等方面更具優(yōu)勢條件。影響新生代農(nóng)民工城市融入的障礙因素表現(xiàn)為制度因素、社會因素和個人因素,這幾個因素的限制作用明顯。針對種種障礙因素,促使新生代農(nóng)民工進(jìn)一步融入城市的舉措主要包括相關(guān)制度改革、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)建設(shè)以及自身綜合能力和素質(zhì)的提高。
[Abstract]:Reform and opening up is an important node of the historic turning point in our economy and society, and also an important factor for the gradual development and growth of migrant workers. In the tide of rapid economic development, migrant workers, as an important labor resource, have made great contributions to the urban construction and development of our country. Along with the policy, the system environment gradually opening, and between the city and the countryside each aspect factor push and pull the function, the peasant worker population quantity increases year by year, the growth speed is relatively fast, has formed a huge population group gradually. At the same time, migrant workers in the process of development in the city encountered a series of obstacles and difficulties, and caused a lot of urban social problems. In this context, a series of problems about migrant workers have attracted the attention of social researchers in China, and gradually become the focus of sociological research. From the point of view of the foreign research system on the integration of immigrants, it has experienced the development stage of "two-dimensional" model, "three-dimension" model and "four-dimensional" model, and the measurement indexes of immigration integration have been gradually refined and improved. A comprehensive system of investigation and analysis of the degree of integration of immigrants has been formed. Referring to the research paradigm of the integration of foreign immigrants, the sociological researchers of our country have formed a new direction of research on the related problems of migrant workers according to the unique development background and characteristics of the migrant workers in our country. In the research field of migrant workers, the academic circles focus on the urban integration of migrant workers, the social integration of migrant workers, the urbanization of migrant workers and the integration of the new generation of migrant workers into cities. Considering the main position of the new generation of migrant workers in the group of migrant workers, combined with the research and analysis system of scholars at home and abroad, this study has set specific analysis indicators, using the method of questionnaire survey and interview. Collect the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi and make statistical analysis of the data. At the same time, according to the data, this paper discusses in detail the present situation, the characteristics of integration, the causes of obstacles, and the countermeasures of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi. For the investigation of the present situation of the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi, this paper starts from three aspects: economic integration, social life integration and culture-psychological integration, and finds that the degree of urban integration of this group is still relatively low. Through the situation of urban integration of the new and old generation of migrant workers, we can find that the new generation of migrant workers have a higher degree of urban integration, and have more advantages in terms of integration intention, policy, age and so on. The obstacles affecting the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers are institutional factors, social factors and individual factors. Aiming at all kinds of obstacle factors, the measures to promote the further integration of the new generation of migrant workers into the city include the reform of relevant system, the strengthening of community construction and the improvement of their own comprehensive ability and quality.
