【摘要】：研究表明,隨著各國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人類身體活動水平和健康狀況正在急劇下降,這給各國經(jīng)濟(jì)和人類的健康造成的代價令人震驚。身體活動缺乏、膳食營養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等已經(jīng)威脅到每個人的健康、幸福和生活質(zhì)量,更為重要的是,它正在削弱人類的潛能,現(xiàn)在比以往任何時候都更應(yīng)該采取緊急行動。大學(xué)生作為我國的高智群體,其體質(zhì)健康狀況令人擔(dān)憂。《2014年國民體質(zhì)檢測公報》顯示：我國19歲至22歲的大學(xué)生群體,爆發(fā)力、力量、耐力等身體素質(zhì)繼續(xù)呈下滑趨勢。由于缺乏鍛煉導(dǎo)致的心肺功能低下、骨骼和肌肉退化、超重、肥胖和低體重等問題越來越嚴(yán)重,這已成為高等教育中的突出問題,并可能影響到中國未來的國力。盡管,當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況不佳的原因是多方面的,這其中既有大學(xué)生生活態(tài)度、健康習(xí)慣主觀方面的原因,也有體育場地器材、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的體育意識等條件保障和環(huán)境影響等客觀方面的原因。作為體育高校體育的直接執(zhí)行者,體育教師的責(zé)任不可推卸。因此如何保證高校體育教育質(zhì)量,切實保障大學(xué)生鍛煉的效果,高校體育教育和教師的責(zé)任義不容辭,因此如何構(gòu)建高校體育教師職業(yè)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如何提高公共體育教師整體教學(xué)水平,從而提高高校體育教育的質(zhì)量,以達(dá)到全面培養(yǎng)高校人才的教育目的,實現(xiàn)學(xué)校體育的基本目標(biāo),是新形勢下高校體育改革和發(fā)展的需要�；诖�,本文以江蘇省高校公共體育教師職業(yè)技能的現(xiàn)狀為切入點,以完善高校體育教師職業(yè)技能評價體系為著眼點,在借鑒已有高校體育教師評價指標(biāo)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試運(yùn)用比較法和德爾菲法構(gòu)建江蘇省高校公共體育教師職業(yè)技能指標(biāo)體系,旨在能提高高校體育教師的職業(yè)技能水平和促進(jìn)高校體育教師職業(yè)技能理論研究水平的提升起到助力的作用。研究結(jié)果：初步構(gòu)建了江蘇省高校公共體育教師職業(yè)技能指標(biāo)體系,一級指標(biāo)五個緯度。即專業(yè)知識技能、體育教學(xué)技能、體育科研技能、人際交往技能、服務(wù)管理技能；二級指標(biāo)10個緯度,即本體性知識、條件性知識、教學(xué)設(shè)計、教學(xué)操作策略、文獻(xiàn)研究、科研成果、對話交流、溝通與理解、課外活動和體質(zhì)健康；三級指標(biāo)37個。兩輪德爾菲法統(tǒng)計結(jié)果顯示：專家權(quán)威系數(shù)大于0.70,重要性均值全部大于3,變異系數(shù)在0.06-0.44之間,肯德爾系數(shù)在0.219-0.687之間,專家協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)均達(dá)到顯著差異(P≤0.05)。根據(jù)數(shù)理統(tǒng)計從代表性、積極系數(shù)、權(quán)威程度到集中程度、變異程度、肯德爾和諧系數(shù)均在德爾菲法許可的范圍內(nèi),結(jié)果可取、可信,具有一定的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Research shows that, with the economic development of all countries, the level of human physical activity and health is falling sharply, which is shocking to the cost of the health of the economy and human beings. The lack of physical activity and the irrational dietary structure have threatened everyone's health, happiness and quality of life, and more importantly, it is cutting. The potential of weak human beings is now more urgent than ever before. As a high intellectual group of our country, the physical health of college students is worrying about the national physical examination bulletin for.<2014 years. The physical quality of the college students from 19 to 22 years of age in our country continues to decline. Because of the shortage of strength, strength and endurance, the physical fitness of college students in China continues to decline. Lack of exercise leads to poor cardiopulmonary function, bone and muscle degradation, overweight, obesity and low weight problems. This has become a prominent problem in higher education and may affect China's future national strength. Although there are many reasons for the poor health of college students in our country, there are both college students' life. The subjective reasons of the attitude and the health habit are also the objective reasons for the physical and physical equipment, the sports consciousness and the environmental impact of the school leaders. As the direct executor of sports college sports, the responsibility of the physical education teachers can not be shirk. So how to ensure the quality of the high school physical education and ensure the training of the College Students As a result, it is incumbent on the responsibility of physical education and teachers in Colleges and universities. Therefore, how to establish the standard of professional skills for PE teachers in Colleges and universities, how to improve the overall teaching level of public sports teachers, so as to improve the quality of physical education in Colleges and universities so as to achieve a comprehensive education goal of training the talents of colleges and universities, and to realize the basic goal of the school physical education, is the new situation. Based on the present situation of the professional skills of the public physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province, this paper takes the present situation of the professional skills of the public sports teachers as the point of view, and aims at improving the evaluation system of the vocational skills of the physical education teachers in Colleges and universities. On the basis of the achievements of the evaluation indexes of the existing physical education teachers in Colleges and universities, this paper tries to use the comparative method and Delphy Fa to construct the Jiangsu. The vocational skill index system of public sports teachers in Colleges and universities is aimed at improving the level of professional skills of College PE teachers and promoting the research level of professional skills of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities. The results are as follows: the preliminary construction of the professional skill index system of the public physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province, the first grade index five Latitudes: professional knowledge and skills, physical education skills, sports scientific research skills, interpersonal skills, and service management skills; two level indicators 10 latitudes, namely, ontological knowledge, conditioned knowledge, teaching design, teaching strategy, literature research, research results, dialogue and communication, communication and understanding, extracurricular activities and physical health; three level index 3 7. The results of the two rounds of Delphi method show that the expert authority coefficient is more than 0.70, the mean value of the importance is more than 3, the coefficient of variation is between 0.06-0.44, the Kendall coefficient is between 0.219-0.687, and the expert coordination coefficient reaches significant difference (P < 0.05). Kendall's coefficient of harmony is within the scope permitted by Delphi method. The result is desirable, credible and scientific.
