【摘要】：近些年,信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、人類生活的各個方面都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,特別是對教育產(chǎn)生了極其深刻的影響。在信息技術(shù)的催化下,教育正面臨著一場深刻變革。信息時代教育發(fā)展的重要特征主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)校教育空間的開放性、教育時間的終身性、教育對象的全民性等方面。以教育信息化帶動教育現(xiàn)代化,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育跨越式發(fā)展,是我國教育事業(yè)改革和發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇�；A(chǔ)教育信息化在教育現(xiàn)代化過程中起著重要作用。我國基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展具備了一定的基礎(chǔ),但同時也出現(xiàn)了一些問題,主要表現(xiàn)在基礎(chǔ)教育信息化城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不平衡,城鄉(xiāng)之間投入和產(chǎn)出差異明顯。本文在省域視角下對基礎(chǔ)教育信息化現(xiàn)狀、績效問題等進(jìn)行了探討。在研究的過程中運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、層次分析法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法等。對省域內(nèi)隨機(jī)抽取60所初中展開了調(diào)研,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和整理,找出制約基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展的主要因素,并提出合理化對策。本文共分為七個部分:第一部分為緒論,詳細(xì)闡述了本文的背景、研究的目的和意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法、國內(nèi)外教育信息化發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分為相關(guān)概念的簡述,對教育信息化的概念、特征、教育信息化的評價指標(biāo)體系等方面進(jìn)行全面的論述。第三部分為指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)與確認(rèn),詳細(xì)闡述了評價指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)容,指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定,調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計(jì),調(diào)查問卷的信度和效度的確認(rèn)。第四部分為數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,基本情況描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、調(diào)查對象的選取、數(shù)據(jù)的分析。第五部分為省域基礎(chǔ)教育信息化績效評價研究,包括績效指標(biāo),學(xué)�？冃гu價,分析存在的問題。第六部分為分析和對策,從表象和本質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析,提出對策和建議。第七部分為總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has had a profound impact on the economy, society and all aspects of human life, especially on education. Under the catalysis of information technology, education is facing a profound change. The important characteristics of the development of education in the information age are mainly reflected in the openness of the school education space, the lifelong nature of the educational time, and the whole people's character of the educational object. It is a strategic choice for the reform and development of education in China to promote the modernization of education and realize the development of education by leaps and bounds. Basic education information plays an important role in the process of educational modernization. The development of basic education informatization in our country has a certain foundation, but at the same time, there are some problems, which are mainly reflected in the imbalance of the development of basic education informatization between urban and rural areas, and the obvious difference between urban and rural input and output. This paper discusses the current situation and performance of informatization in basic education from the perspective of provincial level. In the course of the study, literature research, questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis are used. In this paper, 60 junior middle schools in the province are randomly selected, the data are analyzed and sorted out, the main factors restricting the development of basic education information are found out, and the rational countermeasures are put forward. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, the background of this paper, the purpose and significance of the research, the research content and methods, and the current situation of the development of educational informatization at home and abroad. The second part is a brief description of the related concepts, including the concept, characteristics and evaluation index system of educational informatization. The third part is the design and confirmation of the index system, including the content of the evaluation index system, the determination of the index weight, the design of the questionnaire, the confirmation of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The fourth part is the statistics and analysis of the data, the basic descriptive statistical analysis, the selection of the survey object and the analysis of the data. The fifth part is the performance evaluation research of provincial elementary education informatization, including performance indicators, school performance evaluation, analysis of existing problems. The sixth part is the analysis and the countermeasure, from the appearance and the essence carries on the analysis, puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion. The seventh part is the summary and prospect.
