【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級壓力趨緊,大學生也面臨著越來越嚴峻的就業(yè)壓力。但大學生就業(yè)難并不是數(shù)量上的,而是結構上的。在新的就業(yè)形勢下,大學生新舊就業(yè)觀念的劇烈沖突和價值觀的重新走向,使得大學生就業(yè)觀出現(xiàn)了許多新情況、新問題。因此,充分了解和把握經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下大學生的就業(yè)觀念對于指導大學生樹立科學合理的就業(yè)價值取向,緩解大學生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)實壓力具有重要的指導意義。本文對于新常態(tài)下大學生就業(yè)觀的研究,主要是從以下幾部分展開的:第一部分,對涉及的相關概念進行界定。第二部分,主要是分析經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下大學生就業(yè)面臨矛盾和新的機遇。第三部分主要是通過對重慶市八所高校的大學生進行問卷調查,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的處理結果,對大學生就業(yè)觀進行考察和描述。做出了當代大學生就業(yè)觀念的初步判斷:當代大學生就業(yè)競爭意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)意識明顯增強,就業(yè)觀念和就業(yè)方式日趨多元化;但同時也存在就業(yè)價值取向重利、基層服務意識淡薄等諸多問題。第四部分是探討影響大學生就業(yè)觀念存在問題的主要影響因素。本文是從社會環(huán)境、高校教育、家庭教育和大學生自身這四個角度來進行分析。第五部分是本文的重點,分別從大學生自身、家庭、高校和社會這四個方面有針對性地提出了引導大學生就業(yè)觀念的對策。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country entering the new normal, the pressure of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure is becoming tighter and tighter, and college students are facing more and more severe pressure of employment. But the university student employment difficulty is not the quantity, but the structure. Under the new employment situation, the fierce conflict of the new and old employment concepts and the re-orientation of the values of college students make the employment concept of college students appear many new situations and new problems. Therefore, to fully understand and grasp the employment concept of college students under the new normal state of economy has important guiding significance for guiding college students to set up scientific and reasonable employment value orientation and alleviate the realistic pressure of employment difficulties of college students. In this paper, the study of the employment concept of college students under the new normal, mainly from the following parts: the first part, the related concepts are defined. The second part is to analyze the contradictions and new opportunities of college students' employment under the new normal state of economy. The third part mainly carries on the questionnaire survey to the Chongqing eight university students, according to the statistical data processing result, carries on the investigation and the description to the university student employment view. This paper makes a preliminary judgment on the employment concept of contemporary college students: the employment competition consciousness and entrepreneurship consciousness of contemporary college students are obviously strengthened, the employment concept and employment mode are becoming more and more diversified, but at the same time, the employment value orientation is very important. Basic level service consciousness is weak and so on many questions. The fourth part is to explore the main factors that affect the employment concept of college students. This article is from the social environment, the university education, the family education and the university student these four angles carries on the analysis. The fifth part is the focus of this paper, respectively from the four aspects of college students themselves, family, universities and society to put forward the countermeasures of guiding college students' concept of employment.
