【摘要】：茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)是湘西自治州地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和農(nóng)民主要經(jīng)濟(jì)來(lái)源,在湘西自治州地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中具有非常重要的地位。近年來(lái)地方政府的高度重視,讓湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸走向規(guī)�；l(fā)展,茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模在湖南省居于前位。然而湘西自治州雖是茶葉大州,卻不是茶葉強(qiáng)州,在發(fā)展過(guò)程中有很多問(wèn)題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。對(duì)湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析,挖掘出湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),找出湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵影響因素,并依此提出具有針對(duì)性的政策建議,彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域研究的不足,無(wú)疑具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文研究對(duì)象是湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè),聯(lián)系產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和茶學(xué)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜合運(yùn)用,使用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際、定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,以波特的“鉆石模型”為分析工具,定性分析出影響湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素。同時(shí)采用因子分析進(jìn)一步對(duì)這些因子的影響相關(guān)程度進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出影響湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素,為湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)和政策決策參考。全文由五章組成。第一章緒論主要對(duì)研究背景、研究目的和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,并闡述了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法,以及創(chuàng)新與不足之處；第二章對(duì)論文涉及到的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)基本理論進(jìn)行闡述,結(jié)合湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐,確認(rèn)茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本含義。第三章,歸納總結(jié)湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)波特的“鉆石模型”,定性的分析湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素。第四章采用因子分析方法,對(duì)湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析,得出加工產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、人力資源、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)、需求潛力、物流運(yùn)輸業(yè)、茶葉資源、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式和資本資源是影響湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵影響因子。第五章在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,以推動(dòng)湘西自治州茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tea industry is the traditional advantage industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, agricultural pillar industry and main economic source of farmers, which plays a very important role in the economic and social development of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. In recent years, the local government has attached great importance to the development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and the scale of tea industry occupies the leading position in Hunan Province. However, though Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is a big tea prefecture, it is not a strong tea prefecture. This paper systematically analyzes the tea industry of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, excavates the competitive advantage of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry, finds out the key influencing factors of Xiangxi autonomous prefecture tea industry competitiveness, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions accordingly. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to make up for the deficiency of domestic research in this field. The research object of this paper is the tea industry of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The related theories of industrial economics, agricultural economics, development economics, regional economics and tea science are applied comprehensively. With the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the factors influencing the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were qualitatively analyzed with Porter's Diamond Model as the analysis tool. At the same time, factor analysis is used to further study the correlation degree of these factors. The key factors influencing the tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture are obtained through statistical analysis, which provides scientific theoretical guidance and policy decision reference for the development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The full text consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the current situation of research at home and abroad, and describes the research content and research methods, as well as innovation and deficiencies; The second chapter expounds the basic theories of industrial competitiveness, and confirms the basic meaning of the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. The third chapter summarizes the process and present situation of tea industry development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. According to Porter's Diamond Model, it qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry competitiveness. The fourth chapter uses factor analysis method to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and draws the conclusion that processing industry, industrial policy, human resources, tourism industry, demand potential, logistics transportation, tea resources, Management mode and capital resources are the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture tea industry. The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the basis of previous analysis to promote the benign development of tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
