【摘要】：業(yè)余足球的發(fā)展是一個(gè)國家足球發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),業(yè)余足球的大力普及和發(fā)展必將對(duì)整個(gè)國家足球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的提高起到積極的作用和意義深遠(yuǎn)的影響。近兩年,太原業(yè)余足球發(fā)展迅速,已經(jīng)形成了良好的業(yè)余足球賽事體系,但是太原市業(yè)余足球快速發(fā)展的過程中,同樣出現(xiàn)了一些值得注意的問題,這些問題影響到了太原市業(yè)余足球聯(lián)賽更加健康發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。為了使太原市足球聯(lián)賽更好的普及與提高,促使更多青少年和愛好足球的人士積極加入并參與到足球運(yùn)動(dòng)當(dāng)中,把太原業(yè)余足球聯(lián)賽體系與制度不斷完善,最終塑造成為山西省各市業(yè)余足球開展的良好典范。所以對(duì)太原市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,可以更好的了解我市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展的利弊之處。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,對(duì)太原市業(yè)余足球參與者、球隊(duì)、聯(lián)賽等情況進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)與分析太原市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并對(duì)問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,得到以下結(jié)論:第一,太原市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)重要階段,即萌芽階段,太原逐漸形成良好業(yè)余足球氛圍,為業(yè)余足球的發(fā)展打下基礎(chǔ)。探索階段,業(yè)余足球球隊(duì)增多,業(yè)余足球聯(lián)盟會(huì)建立,全國性業(yè)余足球賽事進(jìn)入太原,民間組織賽事逐漸增多�？焖侔l(fā)展階段,近三年,太原市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展較快,太原足球聯(lián)盟建立,業(yè)余足球競(jìng)賽開始正規(guī)化。第二,太原市業(yè)余足球參與者情況,男性參與遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于女性,足球比賽特點(diǎn)、傳統(tǒng)觀念、女性足球普及不夠等造成女性參與較少的原因;參與者年齡主要集中在18-35歲,45歲以上就很少有人參與;參與者多數(shù)都接受過高等教育;多數(shù)參與者業(yè)余時(shí)間比較充足,且多數(shù)參與者基本能夠保證在每周進(jìn)行一次或一次業(yè)余足球活動(dòng);參與者經(jīng)濟(jì)收入水平主要集中在3000元以上,低于3000元的人多為學(xué)生群體;參與動(dòng)機(jī)較為多元化,興趣培養(yǎng)、健身與娛樂為參與者主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)。第三,太原業(yè)余足球隊(duì)伍逐漸壯大,近三年比賽,業(yè)余足球參賽隊(duì)伍數(shù)量不斷增長,參與人數(shù)、比賽場(chǎng)次都大幅增長與增加;從業(yè)余球隊(duì)建隊(duì)情況看,與朋友或與同事之間組建球隊(duì)的形式是最為常見的,也是最主要的;球隊(duì)經(jīng)費(fèi)上,目前形式較為多樣,更多的球隊(duì)會(huì)選擇AA制來收入活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi),也有一些球隊(duì)通過贊助找到了解決經(jīng)費(fèi)問題的辦法;球隊(duì)管理上,多數(shù)球隊(duì)均有制定管理制度,但在管理內(nèi)容與方法上存在一定問題,需要進(jìn)一步完善;球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練上,大多數(shù)球隊(duì)有教練員,但是專業(yè)水平不高,而有些球隊(duì)還沒有意識(shí)到教練員的重要性,同時(shí)訓(xùn)練頻率上,絕大多數(shù)球隊(duì)不會(huì)經(jīng)常性的去組織訓(xùn)練,除非有比賽任務(wù)。第四,業(yè)余足球隊(duì)競(jìng)賽方面,太原市已成立太原業(yè)余足球聯(lián)盟,雖然成立時(shí)間較短,但是聯(lián)盟組織機(jī)構(gòu)完善,特別是裁判員團(tuán)隊(duì)雖然年輕,但是已具備了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為業(yè)余比賽的公平與有序提供保障;賽事的宣傳方面,方式多樣,極大的提升了賽事的社會(huì)影響力;賽事維護(hù)方面,著重從賽事的規(guī)范性、紀(jì)律性、多樣性及管理制度方面進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng),從而提升了賽事的影響力,為賽事帶了社會(huì)關(guān)注與支持。第五,太原市業(yè)余足球發(fā)展中主要存在的問題有,場(chǎng)地與設(shè)施不足、足球活動(dòng)形式過于單一,業(yè)余球隊(duì)在經(jīng)費(fèi)、管理與訓(xùn)練上存在問題、業(yè)余足球賽事在團(tuán)隊(duì)、管理及權(quán)威性上存在問題,并針對(duì)以上問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以便及時(shí)解決問題。
