【摘要】：隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來(lái),現(xiàn)代的企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)開(kāi)始朝著企業(yè)管理方法以及工作效率方面發(fā)展,而在企業(yè)的管理過(guò)程中,一個(gè)重要的部分就是企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理。在一個(gè)企業(yè)之中,財(cái)務(wù)管理的好壞直接關(guān)系到了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)與發(fā)展。如何更加有效、更加合理、更加高效的對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理工作進(jìn)行改善,成為軟件行業(yè)一個(gè)比較流行的研究方向。隨著信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,信息系統(tǒng)管理方式開(kāi)始被引入到現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)的管理模式之中。在以往的企業(yè)自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)中,都會(huì)涉及到財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)功能的設(shè)計(jì),然而由于財(cái)務(wù)管理過(guò)程的復(fù)雜,使得相關(guān)功能不能夠滿足企業(yè)應(yīng)用的需求。特別是隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理業(yè)務(wù)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,原來(lái)的自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)中附加的財(cái)務(wù)管理功能已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重的影響了企業(yè)信息化管理的工作效率。因此研究設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)立的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)具有較大的必要性,以能夠使企業(yè)復(fù)雜的資金管理業(yè)務(wù)簡(jiǎn)單化,并存儲(chǔ)大量數(shù)據(jù)信息,為企業(yè)的決策提供重要的參考信息。論文在結(jié)構(gòu)上,首先對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了研究分析,得到當(dāng)前大部分企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在應(yīng)用過(guò)程存在的問(wèn)題,提出本設(shè)計(jì)研究的必要性。其次對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊以及業(yè)務(wù)流管理需求等進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。之后再根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)知識(shí)和軟件開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在相關(guān)技術(shù)應(yīng)用之中,本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中主要利用了J2EE開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),并采用SSH框架來(lái)作為系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)框架。利用Ajax以及JQuery等技術(shù)來(lái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的前臺(tái)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中還利用了數(shù)據(jù)流圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)流程進(jìn)行分析。最終運(yùn)用了QTP等測(cè)試工具對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,保證系統(tǒng)能夠正常穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the competition between modern enterprises and enterprises began to develop towards enterprise management methods and work efficiency. In the process of enterprise management, an important part is the financial management of enterprises. In an enterprise, the quality of financial management is directly related to the production and development of enterprises. How to improve the enterprise financial management more effectively, reasonably and efficiently has become a popular research direction in the software industry. With the progress and development of information network technology, information system management has been introduced into the management mode of modern enterprises. In the previous enterprise automation management system, the design of the related functions of financial management will be involved. However, due to the complexity of the financial management process, the related functions can not meet the needs of the enterprise application. Especially with the development of market economy, the financial management business of enterprises is becoming more and more complex. The additional financial management functions in the original automated management system have seriously affected the efficiency of enterprise information management. Therefore, it is necessary to study and design an independent financial management system, in order to simplify the complex business of capital management, store a lot of data information, and provide important reference information for enterprise decision-making. In the structure of the thesis, firstly, the related business of enterprise financial management is studied and analyzed, and the problems existing in the application process of most enterprise financial management systems are obtained, and the necessity of this design is put forward. Secondly, it explains the data management module, statistical analysis module and business flow management requirements of enterprise financial management related business. Then according to the related knowledge of financial management and software development and design, the design of each module of the system. In the related technology application, this system mainly uses the J2EE development technology in the design process, and uses the SSH frame as the background frame of the system. Use Ajax and JQuery technology to develop the foreground of the system. In the design process, the data flow chart is used to analyze the business data flow of each module of the system. Finally, QTP and other testing tools are used to test the system to ensure that the system can run normally and stably.
