【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,也是我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)作為一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè),開始逐步代替常規(guī)農(nóng)業(yè)。近年來,常規(guī)農(nóng)業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,在為人類提供大量豐富農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的同時,也給人類的生存發(fā)展帶來了一定的潛在危害。本文以西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的諸多理論為基礎(chǔ),選取了某省鳳凰縣陽光村100戶農(nóng)戶進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并對結(jié)果統(tǒng)計分析,走訪了鳳凰縣農(nóng)業(yè)局,翻閱了大量的專著、論文資料。采用理論研究與案例研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,以某省鳳凰縣的基礎(chǔ)資料作為研究的起點(diǎn),對該縣的土地流轉(zhuǎn)和有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化問題進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的探討。從土地流轉(zhuǎn)對有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化影響因素的作用角度出發(fā),分別論述了土地流轉(zhuǎn)對土地規(guī)模經(jīng)營的影響、土地流轉(zhuǎn)對農(nóng)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的影響,土地流轉(zhuǎn)與政府政策導(dǎo)向的關(guān)系。著重從如何推動土地流轉(zhuǎn),促進(jìn)有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展角度突出建立土地流轉(zhuǎn)促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的有效機(jī)制,加大農(nóng)業(yè)科技投入與宣傳,強(qiáng)化政府的政策導(dǎo)向,提高有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化科技含量,增加農(nóng)業(yè)資本的投入并合理使用。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the pillar of our national economy and an important part of our social economy. Organic agriculture as a sustainable development of agriculture, began to gradually replace conventional agriculture. In recent years, the rapid development of conventional agriculture in the global scope, while providing a large number of rich agricultural products for human beings, but also to the survival of human development has brought a certain degree of potential harm. Based on many theories of western economics and agricultural economics, this paper selects 100 peasant households in Sunshine Village of Fenghuang County for questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis of the results, visits the Agriculture Bureau of Fenghuang County, and reads a large number of monographs and papers. Based on the basic data of Fenghuang County in a certain province, the paper discusses the land circulation and the industrialization of organic agriculture in Fenghuang County in detail by the method of combining theoretical research with case study. From the point of view of the effect of land circulation on the industrialization of organic agriculture, this paper discusses the influence of land circulation on land scale management, the influence of land circulation on the progress of agricultural science and technology, and the relationship between land circulation and government policy guidance. From the angle of how to promote the land circulation and promote the industrialization of organic agriculture, we should set up an effective mechanism of land circulation to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology, increase the input and propaganda of agricultural science and technology, and strengthen the policy guidance of the government. We will increase the scientific and technological content of the industrialization of organic agriculture and increase the input and rational use of agricultural capital.
