中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的問題與對策研究

【摘要】:新世紀以來我國中等職業(yè)教育取得了長足發(fā)展,為推動我國經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了一大批優(yōu)秀人才,在構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系政策的支持下,中等職業(yè)教育將繼續(xù)承擔為高等職業(yè)教育輸送人才和為社會培養(yǎng)人才的重任,在我國國民教育中的作用更加凸顯。伴隨著中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重點由數(shù)量的增加轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量提升,提高教學質(zhì)量培養(yǎng)具有綜合素養(yǎng)的人才成為中職學校的發(fā)展趨勢。專業(yè)型學生社團不僅具有普通學生社團豐富學生校園文化生活、改善學習方式、培養(yǎng)團隊意識的功能,還具有鞏固專業(yè)知識、鍛煉專業(yè)技能,提高人際交往和組織管理能力的獨特功能,成為助推學生全面發(fā)展的新載體和輔助專業(yè)教學的新形式,對提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、改善教學效果具有一定作用。然而目前中等職業(yè)學校專業(yè)型學生社團的發(fā)展狀況限制了其功能的發(fā)揮,因此對專業(yè)型學生社團進行研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先闡述了中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的功能,然后調(diào)查了中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的現(xiàn)狀,在整理和分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,找出中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的問題然后對問題進行原因分析,最后提出完善對策。論文按照中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的功能、現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析原因和提出對策的思路分為四個部分。緒論部分,論述了本論文的選題緣由和研究意義、界定了學生社團和專業(yè)型學生社團的概念、介紹了研究思路和研究方法。第一部分論述了專業(yè)型學生社團的功能,包括提高學生綜合素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)學習,促進專業(yè)發(fā)展和校園文化建設(shè)。第二部分通過對山東省4所中職學校進行調(diào)研,調(diào)查了解中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合已有研究對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計和深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團在管理、師資、社團干部、社團活動、物質(zhì)保障、對外聯(lián)系等方面存在的問題。第三部分對專業(yè)型學生社團存在的問題進行了原因分析,主要包括對專業(yè)型學生社團的重要性認識不足、定位出現(xiàn)偏差、指導教師缺乏先進的教育理念、社團干部缺乏培訓、專業(yè)型學生社團自身建設(shè)難度大。第四部分針對中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團存在的問題,從完善中職學校專業(yè)型學生社團的角度出發(fā),提出提高重視、找準定位,完善管理機制,建立保障機制,更新教育理念,提高活動質(zhì)量的完善對策。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, China's secondary vocational education has made great progress. It has trained a large number of outstanding talents for promoting the development of our country's economy and society, supported by the policy of constructing a modern vocational education system. Secondary vocational education will continue to take on the task of transferring talents for higher vocational education and cultivating talents for the society, which will play an even more prominent role in the national education of our country. With the development of secondary vocational education from the increase of quantity to the quality of the development, improving the quality of teaching has become the trend of the development of secondary vocational schools. Professional student associations not only have the function of enriching students' campus cultural life, improving their learning style and cultivating team consciousness, but also have the function of consolidating their professional knowledge and training their professional skills. The unique function of improving interpersonal communication and organization and management ability has become a new carrier to promote the all-round development of students and a new form of auxiliary specialty teaching, which plays a certain role in improving the quality of personnel training and improving the teaching effect. However, the development of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools limits their functions, so it is of great practical significance to study professional student associations. This paper first describes the functions of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and then investigates the present situation of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the survey data, To find out the problems of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, and then analyze the causes of the problems, and finally put forward the perfect countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts according to the function, current situation investigation, problem finding, cause analysis and countermeasures of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools. In the introduction part, the author discusses the reason and significance of this thesis, defines the concepts of student association and professional student association, and introduces the research ideas and methods. The first part discusses the functions of professional student associations, including improving students' comprehensive literacy and professional learning, promoting professional development and campus culture construction. The second part through the investigation of four secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province, investigate and understand the status of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, combined with the existing research on the survey data for statistical and in-depth analysis. The problems in management, teachers, community cadres, community activities, material security, external relations and so on are found in professional student associations of secondary vocational schools. The third part has carried on the reason analysis to the specialized type student association existence question, mainly includes to the specialized type student association importance understanding insufficient, the localization appears the deviation, the instruction teacher lacks the advanced education idea, the community cadre lacks the training. The construction of professional student associations is difficult. In the fourth part, aiming at the problems of professional student associations in secondary vocational schools, from the perspective of perfecting professional student associations in vocational schools, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to pay more attention, find out the right orientation, perfect the management mechanism, establish the guarantee mechanism, and renew the educational concept. Improve the quality of activities to improve the countermeasures.
