太陽能光伏組件戶外計(jì)量方法研究

【摘要】:光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展使得對太陽能電池組件性能的評估和測試也逐漸被關(guān)注,而這些評價(jià)主要依據(jù)組件的電性能參數(shù),即電壓-電流曲線。一般對于組件電性能參數(shù)的測試都會(huì)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試條件(STC)下進(jìn)行,但是考慮到STC條件只能在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下人工模擬而太陽能電池組件的實(shí)際工作環(huán)境是戶外,所以需要對組件進(jìn)行戶外測試,并對其特性進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析。 主要提出關(guān)于太陽能電池組件的戶外電性能參數(shù)及標(biāo)稱工作溫度的測試方法。通過論文中的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法獲取了太陽能電池組件在各種不同的環(huán)境條件下的電性能參數(shù),并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析各種環(huán)境因素包括太陽輻照度、太陽光譜、溫度、風(fēng)速風(fēng)向等對組件性能的影響。通過戶外與室內(nèi)的測試結(jié)果的對比來分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測試條件和戶外現(xiàn)場環(huán)境中組件特性的差異及其主要來源,另外通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了光伏組件在應(yīng)用于電站現(xiàn)場時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)的各種類型的故障,并將其歸結(jié)為串聯(lián)電阻過大、并聯(lián)電阻過小、組件失配、輸出電流減小和輸出電壓減小五種狀況。通過總結(jié)各種不同的故障類型在電壓-電流曲線上所體現(xiàn)的對應(yīng)現(xiàn)象,使得在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中對光伏系統(tǒng)性能評價(jià)和故障分析的效率和準(zhǔn)確性都大大提高。 最后介紹了在某光伏電站的驗(yàn)收中所做的工作,對測試所得到的數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生原因都進(jìn)行了分析,并對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了不確定度評定。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry, more and more attention has been paid to the performance evaluation and testing of solar cell modules, which are mainly based on the electrical performance parameters of the modules, that is, voltage-current curves. Generally, the electrical performance parameters of the module are tested under the standard test condition (STC), but considering that the STC condition can only be simulated manually in the laboratory condition and the actual working environment of the solar cell module is outdoor, So it is necessary to carry out outdoor testing and further analysis of its characteristics. The measurement method of outdoor electrical performance parameters and nominal operating temperature of solar cell modules is presented. The electrical performance parameters of solar cell modules under various environmental conditions were obtained by the experimental method in this paper. According to the experimental results, various environmental factors including solar irradiance, solar spectrum, temperature were analyzed. The effect of wind speed and wind direction on component performance. Through the comparison between outdoor and indoor test results, the differences between the standard test conditions and the characteristics of components in outdoor field environment and their main sources are analyzed. In addition, the various kinds of faults that the photovoltaic module may appear in the field of power station are analyzed through experiments, and it is concluded that the series resistance is too large, the parallel resistance is too small, and the module is mismatched. The output current is reduced and the output voltage is reduced. By summing up the corresponding phenomena of various fault types on the voltage-current curve, the efficiency and accuracy of performance evaluation and fault analysis of photovoltaic system are greatly improved in practical applications. Finally, the paper introduces the work done in the acceptance of a photovoltaic power station, analyzes the data and the causes of the phenomena, and evaluates the uncertainty of the test results.
