水泥企業(yè)碳排放計(jì)量方法研究與系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:在環(huán)境問題日益嚴(yán)重,全球變暖趨勢日益加劇的今天,節(jié)能減排是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的必然選擇。在人類各項(xiàng)活動所排放的二氧化碳總量中,因水泥生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳約占5%,而我國又是世界上第一大水泥生產(chǎn)國,年水泥生產(chǎn)量占全世界水泥生產(chǎn)總量的50%以上,利用合理的方法摸清水泥企業(yè)碳排放的家底對政府推行節(jié)能減排新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著重大的意義。 本文以項(xiàng)目依托的試點(diǎn)水泥企業(yè)為研究對象,深入分析研究了由IPCC、ISO、WRI和WBCSD等國際組織在碳排放領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對比研究了發(fā)改委下發(fā)的《省級溫室氣體清單編制指南(試行)》,發(fā)現(xiàn)了在企業(yè)層面碳排放量化方法的不足之處。同時對水泥企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝流程進(jìn)行理論研究與實(shí)地調(diào)研,以物料平衡法為理論基礎(chǔ),,研究了一種水泥生產(chǎn)過程的碳排放量化方法,建立了一套更加專業(yè)、更加符合我國水泥企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、更加方便企業(yè)操作的水泥企業(yè)碳排放量化與核查系統(tǒng)。另外首次在該類系統(tǒng)中引入實(shí)時在線監(jiān)測功能,并積累了大量的水泥企業(yè)熟料煅燒過程中碳排放的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 通過對試點(diǎn)水泥企業(yè)碳排放情況持續(xù)一年的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)收集,本文利用均方根誤差、誤差傳遞等數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)理論分析對比了物料平衡量化方法、排放因子量化方法和實(shí)時監(jiān)測量化方法的碳排放量化結(jié)果,得出物料平衡量化方法所檢測的項(xiàng)目最少,量化結(jié)果最為精確,波動性最小的結(jié)論。可以說為企業(yè)提供了一種便捷、實(shí)用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、準(zhǔn)確、有效的碳排放量化與核查工具。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious environmental problems and the increasing trend of global warming, energy saving and emission reduction is an inevitable choice for sustainable economic development in China. In the total amount of carbon dioxide emitted by human activities, the carbon dioxide produced by cement production accounts for about 5%, and China is the largest cement producer in the world, with annual cement production accounting for more than 50% of the total cement production in the world. It is of great significance for the government to carry out the new economic development of energy saving and emission reduction by using reasonable methods to find out the domestic carbon emission of cement enterprises. This paper takes the pilot cement enterprises supported by the project as the research object, deeply analyzes and studies the relevant standards in the field of carbon emissions of international organizations such as IPC CX, ISO WRI and WBCSD, etc. The guidelines for the compilation of Provincial greenhouse Gas inventories (trial) issued by the NDRC were compared and the deficiencies of the carbon emission methods at the enterprise level were found. At the same time, theoretical research and field investigation of cement production process are carried out. Based on the theory of material balance method, a method of carbon emission from cement production process is studied, and a set of more professional methods is established. More in line with the current situation of cement enterprises in China, more convenient for the operation of cement enterprises carbon emissions and verification system. In addition, the real-time on-line monitoring function is introduced into this kind of system for the first time, and a large amount of basic data of carbon emission during clinker calcination in cement enterprises are accumulated. Based on the basic data collection of carbon emission from pilot cement enterprises for one year, the quantitative method of material balance is analyzed and compared by using the mathematical statistical theory of root mean square error and error transmission. The results of carbon emission of emission factor quantization method and real-time monitoring quantization method show that the material balance quantization method has the least detected items, the most accurate quantization results and the least volatility. It can be said to provide a convenient, practical, economic, accurate, effective carbon emission and verification tools for enterprises.
