【摘要】：隨著我國現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程,社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)亟待提高,而社區(qū)圖書館作為基層文化建設(shè)的重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。它集社區(qū)信息服務(wù)、文化娛樂、繼續(xù)教育、聯(lián)系紐帶等多重功能于一身,不僅有助于提升社區(qū)居民的文化素養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部成員的聯(lián)系與交流,還能培養(yǎng)社區(qū)民眾關(guān)注社區(qū)建設(shè)和發(fā)展的意識(shí),進(jìn)而推進(jìn)社區(qū)文化建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮,最終有助于社區(qū)物質(zhì)文明和精神文明的和諧發(fā)展。因此,社區(qū)圖書館的建設(shè)研究,不僅關(guān)乎民生,更關(guān)乎國家和民族的長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展。本文以濟(jì)南市歷下區(qū)的10家社區(qū)圖書館為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)情況和讀者滿意度情況進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng)研究。首先,筆者采用實(shí)地調(diào)查法和訪談法,對(duì)社區(qū)圖書館在環(huán)境設(shè)施、人員配備、文獻(xiàn)資源、讀者服務(wù)等方面的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)。然后,筆者通過問卷調(diào)查方式對(duì)社區(qū)圖書館的讀者進(jìn)行了滿意度測(cè)評(píng)。最后,結(jié)合以上兩部分的調(diào)查研究,深入挖掘出社區(qū)圖書館在基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、管理運(yùn)行、讀者服務(wù)等方面存在的問題。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題不是目的,解決問題才是最終目標(biāo)。本文在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)目前社區(qū)圖書館在基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和讀者滿意度測(cè)評(píng)中出現(xiàn)的諸多問題,提出了切實(shí)可行的解決方案,并以此構(gòu)建出社區(qū)圖書館的一般建設(shè)模式。當(dāng)然,本文的研究對(duì)象具有一定的區(qū)域局限性,并不能涵蓋國內(nèi)社區(qū)圖書館在建設(shè)和發(fā)展中存在的所有問題,但是希望本文的研究結(jié)論可以為其他地區(qū)社區(qū)圖書館的建設(shè)的提供參考和建議,以更好地推動(dòng)我國社區(qū)圖書館的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,最終推動(dòng)我國的精神文明建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the process of China's modernization, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization needs to be improved, and the community library, as an important part of the grass-roots cultural construction, plays a more and more important role. It has many functions, such as community information service, cultural entertainment, continuing education, link ties and so on. It not only helps to improve the text of community residents. It can also foster community people's awareness of community construction and development, and further promote community cultural construction and economic prosperity, and ultimately contribute to the harmonious development of community material and spiritual civilization. Therefore, the research on the construction of community libraries is not only related to the people's livelihood, but also to the country and the nation. Based on 10 community libraries in the Ji'nan calendar, this paper studies the basic construction and readers' satisfaction. First, the author uses the field survey method and interview method to build the basic construction of the community library in the aspects of environmental facilities, staffing, literature resources, and reader service. The status of the survey statistics. Then, the author through the questionnaire survey method of community library readers satisfaction evaluation. Finally, combined with the above two parts of the investigation, in-depth excavation of the community library in the basic construction, management operation, reader service and other problems. Finally, on the basis of the empirical research, this paper puts forward a practical solution for many problems in the community library in the basic construction and the evaluation of readers' satisfaction, and constructs a general construction model of the community library. Of course, the research object of this paper has certain regional limitations and can not be used. It covers all the problems existing in the construction and development of the domestic community libraries, but it is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can provide reference and suggestions for the construction of community libraries in other areas so as to promote the construction and development of the community libraries in China, and ultimately promote the construction of spiritual civilization in China.
