【摘要】：湖北黃龍灘電站是中國眾多大型水電站的代表,設(shè)計年份較早,特征信息更新不及時,運營手段較為落后,缺乏系統(tǒng)的電站防汛增效方法,一定程度上制約了水庫的興利效益。特別是其上游的潘口電站近期投入運營,對下游黃龍灘電站的入流情況以及防汛要求等產(chǎn)生了顛覆性的改變,且兩個電站屬于典型的不同投資主體之情況,故在研究過程中,目標與傳統(tǒng)的梯級水庫聯(lián)合調(diào)度有所不同。本文針對黃龍灘建庫以來的特征量改變,考慮不同投資主體潘口電站的調(diào)度規(guī)則,從核準新的動態(tài)汛限水位和灌溉面積入手,進行黃龍灘電站發(fā)電調(diào)度圖優(yōu)化,以及廠內(nèi)機組經(jīng)濟運行。論文主要研究內(nèi)容與研究成果包括:(1)對湖北黃龍灘水庫,在其上游建立潘口水電站之后,針對其汛限水位進行重新核準。根據(jù)汛前期,夏汛期,秋汛期的典型洪水,使用蒙特卡洛方法,通過權(quán)衡汛限水位與對應(yīng)的防洪風險,進行汛限水位動態(tài)控制。(2)由于黃龍灘水電站承擔一定的下游灌溉任務(wù),而當?shù)叵鄳?yīng)灌溉面積數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)過于老舊并缺乏新的實測普查數(shù)據(jù),本文通過Google Earth高分辨率圖像監(jiān)督MODIS-NDVI中分辨率圖像的遙感方法對黃龍灘下游玉米地灌區(qū)的灌溉面積進行統(tǒng)計,結(jié)合當?shù)毓喔纫?guī)則,進而定量估算水庫的時段灌溉任務(wù)。(3)基于新核準的動態(tài)汛限水位和灌溉約束,利用可行空間搜索遺傳算法(FRGA),選用合適的調(diào)度圖概化方式,以發(fā)電量與發(fā)電保證率作為目標,進行黃龍灘發(fā)電調(diào)度圖關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,并在優(yōu)化基礎(chǔ)上與原調(diào)度圖的運行結(jié)果進行對比,分析發(fā)電量與發(fā)電保證率在優(yōu)化前后的情況。(4)在考慮機組震蕩空蝕區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用可行空間搜索遺傳算法(FRGA)進行黃龍灘電站廠內(nèi)機組經(jīng)濟運行,并將優(yōu)化結(jié)果與2013年定出力情況下的實際分配進行對比。
[Abstract]:Huanglongtan Hydropower Station in Hubei Province is a representative of many large hydropower stations in China. The design year is early, the characteristic information is not updated in time, the operation means are relatively backward, and the systematic methods of flood prevention and efficiency increase are lacking, which restricts the benefit of reservoir to a certain extent. In particular, the recent operation of the Pan Kou Power Station upstream has caused subversive changes to the inflow situation and flood control requirements of the downstream Huanglongtan Hydropower Station, and the two power stations are typical different investors, so in the course of the research, The target is different from the traditional cascade reservoir operation. In view of the change of characteristic quantity since the establishment of Huanglongtan Reservoir, considering the dispatching rules of Pankou Hydropower Station, a new dynamic flood limit water level and irrigation area are approved to optimize the power generation scheduling chart of Huanglongtan Hydropower Station. And the plant unit economic operation. The main research contents and results of this paper include: (1) on Huanglongtan Reservoir in Hubei Province, after the establishment of Pankou Hydropower Station in the upper reaches of the reservoir, the flood limit water level is re-approved. According to the typical flood in pre-flood period, summer flood season and autumn flood season, using Monte Carlo method, by weighing the flood limit water level and corresponding flood control risk, the flood limit water level dynamic control. However, the local irrigation area data are too old and lack of new survey data. In this paper, the irrigated area of maize irrigated area in the lower reaches of Huanglong Beach is counted by the remote sensing method of Google Earth high resolution image supervising MODIS-NDVI middle resolution image. Based on the newly approved dynamic flood limit water level and irrigation constraints, the feasible space search genetic algorithm (FRGAA) is used to select a suitable generalizable mode of dispatching map. Taking electricity generation and power generation guarantee rate as the target, this paper optimizes the key parameters of Huanglongtan power generation dispatching chart, and compares with the operation result of the original dispatch chart on the basis of optimization. This paper analyzes the situation of generating quantity and power generation guarantee rate before and after optimization. On the basis of considering the unit oscillation cavitation area, the feasible space search genetic algorithm (FRGA) is applied to carry out the economic operation of the unit in Huanglongtan Hydropower Station. The optimization results are compared with the actual allocation under the determined force in 2013.
