【摘要】：近年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度逐漸回落,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài)。農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)主要表現(xiàn)為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展速度、結(jié)構(gòu)和動(dòng)力的協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的現(xiàn)代化。農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械屬于我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的重要門類,是工業(yè)反哺農(nóng)業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量,是轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式、提高農(nóng)業(yè)效益、增加農(nóng)民收入的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)�！笆濉逼陂g現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)的剛性需求,以及一系列強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策特別是農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼政策的實(shí)施,使得陜西農(nóng)機(jī)工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。與國(guó)內(nèi)的農(nóng)機(jī)強(qiáng)省相比,陜西省農(nóng)機(jī)工業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后,面臨企業(yè)規(guī)模小、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平落后等問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),必須加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的步伐適應(yīng)形勢(shì)。農(nóng)機(jī)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)受到多方面因素的影響,識(shí)別這些影響因素對(duì)于加速轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)進(jìn)程具有非常重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。此外作為一個(gè)橫跨一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè),農(nóng)機(jī)工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生很強(qiáng)的帶動(dòng)作用,對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的影響。本文首先使用文獻(xiàn)綜述法梳理轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)涵和理論基礎(chǔ),然后通過(guò)查閱統(tǒng)計(jì)資料和實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的方式探究了陜西省農(nóng)機(jī)企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的不足。結(jié)合當(dāng)今行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)分析了轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的路徑,本文明確了陜西省轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重點(diǎn)方向,并據(jù)此確立了轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的衡量指標(biāo)和影響因素。綜合前人研究和現(xiàn)狀分析本文認(rèn)為陜西省農(nóng)機(jī)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)影響因素包括經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境、企業(yè)資源和能力、自主創(chuàng)新能力、政策環(huán)境。最后本文利用陜西119家農(nóng)機(jī)公司的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)資料,使用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明模型擬合度較好,其中○1企業(yè)資源和能力、自主創(chuàng)新能力和經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的影響比較大,而政策環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)有間接的影響�！�2轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)影響因素按照其影響程度從大到小排序?yàn)?企業(yè)資源與能力、自主創(chuàng)新能力、行業(yè)環(huán)境�！�3企業(yè)發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響因素中,企業(yè)資源與能力的影響最大。在持續(xù)獲利能力的影響因素中,自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響程度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic growth rate gradually dropped, the national economic development into the new normal. The new normal state of agricultural economy is mainly manifested in the speed of agricultural development, the coordination of structure and power, and the modernization of agricultural production mode. Agricultural machinery belongs to the important category of equipment manufacturing industry in our country, it is the backbone of industry feeding agriculture, it is the important material base of changing agricultural production mode, improving agricultural benefit and increasing farmers' income. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the rigid demand of modern agriculture to agricultural machinery, and the implementation of a series of strong agricultural policies, especially the purchase subsidy policy of agricultural machinery, made the agricultural machinery industry of Shaanxi develop rapidly. Compared with the strong agricultural machinery province in China, the agricultural machinery industry of Shaanxi Province is relatively lagging behind, facing the problems and challenges, such as small scale of enterprises, intensified market competition, unreasonable product structure, backward management level, etc. We must speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading to adapt to the situation. The transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery enterprises is affected by many factors. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to identify these factors for accelerating the process of transformation and upgrading. In addition, as an industry spanning the first, second and third industries, the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural machinery industry will have a strong driving effect, which will have an important impact on the regional economy and the development of agriculture. This paper firstly combs the connotation and theoretical basis of transformation and upgrading by literature review, and then probes into the present situation and shortcomings of agricultural machinery enterprises in Shaanxi Province by consulting statistical data and field questionnaire. Combined with the development trend of the current industry, this paper analyzes the path of transformation and upgrading, defines the key direction of transformation and upgrading in Shaanxi Province, and establishes the measurement index and influencing factors of transformation and upgrading. Based on the previous studies and the analysis of the present situation, this paper concludes that the factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery enterprises in Shaanxi Province include business environment, enterprise resources and capabilities, independent innovation ability, and policy environment. Finally, based on the investigation data of 119 agricultural machinery companies in Shaanxi province, the empirical study is carried out by using the structural equation model. The empirical results show that the model fits well, among which the resources and capabilities of 01 enterprises, independent innovation ability and business environment have great influence on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. The policy environment has indirect influence on enterprise transformation and upgrading. 02. According to its influence degree, the order of influence factors is: enterprise resources and ability, independent innovation ability, Among the factors that influence the change of enterprise development mode, the influence of enterprise resources and ability is the biggest. Among the influencing factors of sustainable profitability, the degree of influence of independent innovation ability.
