【摘要】：南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟成立于2011年3月,是南京第一個(gè)高校學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)立的體育類組織。經(jīng)過5年的發(fā)展,其成員數(shù)量已經(jīng)從最初的15個(gè)高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)發(fā)展到2014-2015賽季的43個(gè),基本涵蓋了南京全部具有網(wǎng)球資源的本、�？圃盒�。品牌賽事單打巡回賽無論從參與人數(shù)、賽事規(guī)模和影響力都有了長足的發(fā)展,成為了南京高校網(wǎng)球愛好者參與體育活動(dòng)、體驗(yàn)網(wǎng)球樂趣的最佳歸宿。本文以南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽為研究對象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談法等研究方法,對南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽的宗旨、參賽對象、加盟成員的發(fā)展歷程等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入研究,通過主成分分析法,對300位聯(lián)盟成員關(guān)于南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽的各方面價(jià)值的認(rèn)同度,設(shè)計(jì)15個(gè)選擇題,每題分為“非常贊同”“贊同”“一般贊同”“部分不贊同”“完全不贊同”五個(gè)認(rèn)同緯度,每個(gè)維度給予不同的分值,運(yùn)行SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,得到因子解釋原有變量總方差分布表和通過旋轉(zhuǎn)后的因子載荷矩陣,通過歸納,總結(jié)出四個(gè)主要因子：傳播高校體育文化的價(jià)值、促進(jìn)球員自身發(fā)展的價(jià)值、推動(dòng)網(wǎng)球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的價(jià)值以及完善體育社團(tuán)制度的價(jià)值。通過對參賽球員和工作人員的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)作方在賽事規(guī)模、成員擴(kuò)大方面花費(fèi)過多精力,而對賽事自身呈現(xiàn)出來的問題不夠重視,導(dǎo)致單打巡回賽存在球員水平較低、比賽精彩程度不足,賽事運(yùn)作人員專業(yè)性不足,賽事缺少穩(wěn)定的贊助商以及其他賽事限制因素等較多問題,這些問題導(dǎo)致單打巡回賽的賽事運(yùn)作進(jìn)入瓶頸期,無法在擴(kuò)大規(guī)模的同時(shí)做到深入挖掘賽事價(jià)值,為了更好的體現(xiàn)南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽的舉辦初衷,通過德爾菲法,作者邀請了10位網(wǎng)球賽事的相關(guān)專家,提供單打巡回賽的必要背景資料與開放型的問卷,根據(jù)專家自身學(xué)識與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽的運(yùn)作策略提出了全方位的建設(shè)性建議,并且通過三輪的統(tǒng)計(jì)反饋,基本達(dá)成了一致,專家認(rèn)為南京高校網(wǎng)球聯(lián)盟單打巡回賽應(yīng)該在實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟管理制度統(tǒng)一化、賽事流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、豐富賽事等級層次、賽事運(yùn)作團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、開展賽事商業(yè)化運(yùn)作模式五大運(yùn)作策略做出嘗試,這樣才能更好的為南京高校網(wǎng)球愛好者服務(wù),體現(xiàn)推動(dòng)南京高校網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展這一宗旨。
[Abstract]:Nanjing University Tennis League was founded in March 2011. It is the first sports organization founded by college students in Nanjing.After five years of development, the number of its members has grown from the first 15 colleges and universities tennis clubs to 43 in 2014-2015, basically covering all the tennis resources in Nanjing, specialized colleges and universities.The number of participants, the scale and the influence of brand single tournaments have developed rapidly, which has become the best destination for tennis lovers to participate in sports activities and experience the fun of tennis in Nanjing colleges and universities.This paper takes the singles touring of Nanjing University Tennis League as the research object, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and so on, to the tenet and object of the singles tour of Nanjing University Tennis League.Through the principal component analysis (PCA), the author designs 15 multiple choice questions for 300 league members to identify with the value of each aspect of the singles tournament of Nanjing University Tennis League.Each topic is divided into "very agree", "agree", "approve", "agree", "disagree", "totally disagree" with five identity latitudes, each dimension gives a different score, runs the SPSS statistical software,The distribution table of total variance of original variables and the factor load matrix after rotation are obtained. Through induction, four main factors are summed up: the value of spreading sports culture in colleges and universities, and the value of promoting the development of players themselves.The value of promoting the economic development of tennis and the value of perfecting the sports association system.Through the investigation of the players and the staff, we find that the operator spends too much energy on the scale of the competition and the expansion of the members, but does not pay enough attention to the problems that the competition itself presents, which leads to the low level of the players in the singles tournaments.Lack of excellence, lack of professionalism, lack of stable sponsors, and other constraints lead to a bottleneck in the running of singles tournaments.In order to better reflect the original intention of the tennis league singles tournaments in Nanjing, through Delphi method, the author invited 10 related experts in tennis events, in order to better reflect the original intention of holding the singles tournaments in the Nanjing University Tennis League, in order to better reflect the original intention of holding the singles tournaments in Nanjing University.To provide necessary background information and open questionnaire for singles touring, according to the experts' own knowledge and practical experience, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the operation strategy of singles touring in Nanjing University Tennis League.And through three rounds of statistical feedback, basically reached an agreement, experts believe that the Nanjing University Tennis League singles tournaments should realize the unification of the league management system, the standardization of the tournament process, and enrich the level of the tournament.In order to better serve tennis lovers in Nanjing colleges and universities, the aim of promoting the development of tennis in Nanjing colleges and universities can be better served by the construction of the team and the five major operation strategies of developing the commercial operation mode of the competition in order to provide a better service for tennis lovers in Nanjing colleges and universities.
