【摘要】：日本是世界第三大經(jīng)濟體,第十大人口國。并擁有全球第二大外匯儲備。日本在1917年開始投資海外農(nóng)業(yè)。用以保障本國的糧食安全。還成立了專門的協(xié)調機構。其投資的目的是獲取糧食。進而緩解國內糧食安全的嚴峻形勢。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,其投資規(guī)模已經(jīng)達到了1200萬公頃。相當于國內耕地總面積的3倍。截止到2012年8月底,日本的海外投資規(guī)模占全球投資總規(guī)模的1.5%。對外直接投資理論是本文的理論基礎。并結合了其它相關文獻。借助Land Mat rix(土地矩陣)、World Bank(世界銀行)、GRAIN(谷物)、FAO(聯(lián)合國糧食與農(nóng)業(yè)組織)等網(wǎng)站的相關數(shù)據(jù)。對日本投資區(qū)位選擇的動因、分布及走向進行了全面分析。選取2006-2013年8年間的相關經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)。即日本對33個國家的投資流量。對該數(shù)據(jù)的單位根檢驗和線性回歸分析。得出了影響其投資的主要因素。并得出結論:日本海外耕地投資的更傾向于分布在兩國間距離較近、國家經(jīng)濟水平即市場規(guī)模相對較大、勞動力素質水平相對較高的國家或地區(qū)。也更傾向于國家風險較高、對于外來投資的保護力度較弱但是引資政策較優(yōu)惠的國家及地區(qū)。同時也傾向于耕地資源豐富的地區(qū),而對于可以獲得東道國土地的所有權還是只可獲得使用權的問題上,日本卻傾向于選擇獲得使用權,而非所有權。由此提出對我國的借鑒與啟示。
[Abstract]:Japan is the world's third largest economy, the tenth largest population country.And the world's second largest foreign exchange reserves.Japan began investing in overseas agriculture in 1917.To ensure food security in the country.A special coordinating body has also been established.The purpose of its investment is to obtain food.And then ease the grim situation of domestic food security.According to statistics, its investment scale has reached 12 million hectares.It is three times the total area of cultivated land in China.By the end of August 2012, Japan's overseas investment accounted for 1.5 percent of global investment.The theory of foreign direct investment is the theoretical basis of this paper.And combined with other relevant literature.Based on data from websites such as Land Mat Rio (World Bank), such as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).The motivation, distribution and trend of investment location selection in Japan are comprehensively analyzed.Select the relevant economic data from 2006-2013.That is, Japan's investment flows to 33 countries.The unit root test and linear regression analysis of the data.The main factors influencing its investment are obtained.It is concluded that the investment of overseas cultivated land in Japan is more likely to be distributed in countries or regions where the economic level of the two countries is relatively large and the level of labor quality is relatively high.It also tends to the countries and regions with higher risk, weaker protection for foreign investment, but more favorable policies for attracting foreign investment.At the same time, it also tends to rich cultivated land areas, but Japan prefers to obtain the right to use rather than the ownership of the land of the host country, on the question of whether it can obtain the ownership of the host country or only the right of use.From this put forward to our country's reference and enlightenment.
