【摘要】：社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,使我國人民物質(zhì)及精神生活得到極大豐富,但是經(jīng)濟大發(fā)展之下隱藏著許多問題,社會分層逐漸完成,社會結(jié)構(gòu)日趨復(fù)雜,社會競爭日趨激烈,貧富差距日趨擴大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅猛發(fā)展使社會信息的傳播更加方便,這對于將要為社會創(chuàng)造財富的龐大群體之一的大學(xué)生群體而言,既是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn)。自我國高校改革之后,大學(xué)生群體規(guī)模不斷擴大,教育資源不足導(dǎo)致大學(xué)之間教育資源分配不均的現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,經(jīng)濟下行的壓力導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生就業(yè)形式嚴(yán)峻,大學(xué)生應(yīng)激水平居高不下,突發(fā)性及危害性群體應(yīng)激行為的風(fēng)險很高,給我國大學(xué)生教育及管理工作帶來巨大的挑戰(zhàn),影響大學(xué)生的生理心理健康及正確的價值觀的形成。因此,有效的預(yù)防及管控大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為非常迫切。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于將個人層面的應(yīng)激理論與群體層面的群體行為理論放置于同一個維度進行研究,點明了二者之間存在的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系以及二者相互作用產(chǎn)生的影響。首先,運用文獻資料分析法,以應(yīng)激理論、群體行為理論及管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),深入研究了大學(xué)生個體應(yīng)激與群體行為之間的關(guān)系,重新定義了大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為的概念,介紹了目前群體應(yīng)激行為的特征、類型及學(xué)生的應(yīng)對方式;其次,深入分析了應(yīng)激與大學(xué)生群體行為之間的關(guān)系及應(yīng)激對大學(xué)生群體行為的影響,系統(tǒng)的介紹了大學(xué)生群體行為發(fā)生的原理;再次,通過問卷調(diào)查分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、比較分析等研究方法,找出大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為存在的問題及原因主要有經(jīng)濟壓力、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、社會支持不足、學(xué)校管理不完善等;最后,根據(jù)具體情況,在管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,針對大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為存在過激化、復(fù)雜化、常態(tài)化和群體失靈等問題,從社會層面、學(xué)校管理層面、學(xué)生個人層面,提出科學(xué)合理的管控建議:第一,在管理理論指導(dǎo)下創(chuàng)新和改善大學(xué)生管理方式;第二,提高社會關(guān)注度;第三,完善大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為應(yīng)急管控體制,以此為大學(xué)生群體應(yīng)激行為的管理與控制提供理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the material and spiritual life of our people has been greatly enriched. However, many problems are hidden under the great economic development, the social stratification is gradually completed, the social structure is becoming more and more complex, and the social competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The gap between the rich and the poor is widening day by day, and the rapid development of the network makes the dissemination of social information more convenient, which is an opportunity and a challenge for the college students who will create wealth for the society.Since the reform of colleges and universities in our country, the scale of college students has been expanding continuously, the phenomenon of uneven distribution of educational resources among universities has been seriously caused by the shortage of educational resources, and the pressure of economic decline has led to the severe employment forms of college students.The high stress level of college students and the high risk of sudden and harmful group stress behavior bring great challenges to the education and management of college students in our country, and affect the physiological and psychological health of college students and the formation of correct values.Therefore, the effective prevention and control of college students group stress behavior is very urgent.The innovation of this paper lies in placing the stress theory at the individual level and the group behavior theory at the group level in the same dimension to point out the inherent relationship between the two and the influence of the interaction between the two.Firstly, based on stress theory, group behavior theory and management theory, the relationship between individual stress and group behavior of college students is studied.This paper redefines the concept of group stress behavior of college students, and introduces the characteristics, types and coping styles of group stress behavior.This paper deeply analyzes the relationship between stress and group behavior of college students and the influence of stress on group behavior of college students, and systematically introduces the principle of the occurrence of group behavior of college students. Thirdly, through the questionnaire survey analysis, mathematical statistics,Comparative analysis and other research methods to find out the main problems and causes of college students' group stress behavior are economic pressure, learning pressure, insufficient social support, imperfect school management, etc. Finally, according to the specific situation,Under the guidance of the related theories of management, this paper aims at the problems of excessive aggravation, complication, normality and group failure of college students' group stress behavior, from the social level, the school management level, the student individual level, etc.Put forward scientific and reasonable control suggestions: first, under the guidance of management theory to innovate and improve the management of college students; second, improve social attention; third, improve the emergency control system of college students' group stress behavior,In order to provide theoretical reference for the management and control of college students'group stress behavior.
