【摘要】：隨著城市化的快速推進(jìn),城市交通壓力日增,地鐵作為較理想的交通方式,對(duì)緩解城市交通壓力、促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮重要的作用。近年來,我國(guó)地鐵建設(shè)步伐加快,地鐵工程施工隱蔽性強(qiáng)、不確定性因素多,地鐵工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加大,人們對(duì)地鐵工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理關(guān)注度不斷提高。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、案例結(jié)合理論的研究方法,以工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念進(jìn)行界定,探討工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生機(jī)理以及工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)地鐵工程建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源分析的基礎(chǔ)上,著重分析T市體育中心站工程施工中的主要潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源,工程自身施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、周邊環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、行為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是該項(xiàng)目施工的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源的預(yù)控不當(dāng),將可能使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)誘發(fā)因素作用于承險(xiǎn)體而發(fā)生施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故,造成施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失。通過解釋施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)界定與評(píng)估方法,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)體育中心站工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)估,結(jié)合該工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受準(zhǔn)則,確定項(xiàng)目施工各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的等級(jí);針對(duì)工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估結(jié)果,提出該工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理優(yōu)化的具體措施:包括施工自身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、工程施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理PDCA循環(huán)等,以降低或規(guī)避地鐵施工中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保證地鐵項(xiàng)目的施工安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of city, city traffic pressure increasing, the subway as an ideal mode of transportation, to alleviate traffic pressure in the city, play an important role in promoting social and economic development. In recent years, the pace of the subway construction in our country to speed up the construction of metro engineering, concealment, uncertainty, risk in construction of metro engineering increase, people focus on risk management of metro project construction continues to increase. This paper uses literature analysis, statistical analysis, case study method of combining theory with engineering construction, risk management as a starting point, and defines the concepts of project risk, the risk of project construction mechanism and construction process of risk management. Based on the analysis of domestic subway engineering the construction of risk source, focuses on the analysis of T City Sports Center Station of the main risk sources in the construction project, its construction risk, the surrounding environment Risk behavior, risk is the main risk sources of the project construction, control of risk sources properly, will likely make the role of risk in the risk factors and the construction risk of accident, the construction risk loss. Through the interpretation and evaluation method of construction risk definition, using the analytic hierarchy process to the Sports Center Station construction risk analysis and the risk assessment, combined with the construction project acceptance criteria, determine the risk level of the project construction; based on construction risk source and risk assessment results, put forward specific measures to optimize the management of the project construction risk: including construction of its risk control environment, risk control, risk control and management, project risk monitoring and risk management PDCA cycle, in order to reduce or avoid risks in subway construction, ensure the construction safety of metro project.
