【摘要】：在近兩年全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速趨緩的大背景下,山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)了斷崖式下滑,全省經(jīng)濟(jì)增速在2014、2015連續(xù)兩年排名全國(guó)末尾。從產(chǎn)業(yè)維度來看,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)依賴資源稟賦,讓山西經(jīng)濟(jì)頗受投資和外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的影響,難以抵抗經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。在當(dāng)前“供給側(cè)”改革的大環(huán)境下,探究山西經(jīng)濟(jì)如何改變傳統(tǒng)的要素投入驅(qū)動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的模式,從經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的角度來研究山西經(jīng)濟(jì)便顯得尤為重要。本文選擇從分工角度來研究經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性,從產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的兩個(gè)方面—產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工與產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工入手,分析在產(chǎn)業(yè)層面上,哪種分工經(jīng)濟(jì)更有助于山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性。基于分工理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論等,本文梳理了產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工和產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的作用機(jī)制,分析了促進(jìn)和抑制產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的向心力和離心力;完成對(duì)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工、產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的指標(biāo)量化,分別得出1990-2014年間山西區(qū)位商,熵值及全要素生產(chǎn)率;對(duì)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工指標(biāo)區(qū)位商與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)人均GDP做出擬合,發(fā)現(xiàn)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)水平呈“U”型曲線關(guān)系;最后構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性函數(shù),通過時(shí)間序列模型,計(jì)量得出產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工與產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的貢獻(xiàn)率。本文實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,1990-1997年以及2002-2014年間,產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工與產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性貢獻(xiàn)率走勢(shì)趨異,兩種分工經(jīng)濟(jì)之間難以協(xié)同;在2002年至2014年間,山西產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的貢獻(xiàn)率由43.17%降至37.13%,且下降趨勢(shì)仍在繼續(xù),同期產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性貢獻(xiàn)率由28.91%升至32.66%,且增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)仍在繼續(xù);產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工貢獻(xiàn)率雖然在2010-2014年間仍高于產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工貢獻(xiàn)率近4個(gè)百分點(diǎn),但已較基期1990-1993年間二者差值縮小近7個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。在山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工短期內(nèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用,但無法引致廣泛的產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)效應(yīng),所以其正外部性效應(yīng)不強(qiáng),經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)生作用不明顯。從產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工和產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生性的貢獻(xiàn)率的趨勢(shì)對(duì)比來看,產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化分工對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性的促進(jìn)作用較大,產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化分工難以有效促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)生性。本文認(rèn)為發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化是未來促進(jìn)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)內(nèi)生的方向。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of slowing national economic growth in the past two years, Shanxi's economic growth has declined precipitously, and the province's economic growth rate has been at the bottom of the national rankings for the second consecutive year in 20142015.From the industrial dimension, the industrial structure is single, leading industry depends on resource endowment, which makes Shanxi economy quite affected by investment and external economic environment, so it is difficult to resist the economic crisis.In the current "supply-side" reform environment, it is particularly important to explore how to change the traditional mode of factor input driving economic growth in Shanxi economy, and to study Shanxi economy from the perspective of endogenous economic growth.This paper chooses to study the endogeneity of economic growth from the angle of division of labor, starting with the two aspects of industrial division of labor-industrial diversification division and industrial specialization division, and analyzes the industrial level.Which division of labor economy is more conducive to the endogenous growth of Shanxi economy.Based on the theory of division of labor and the theory of economic growth, this paper combs the mechanism of industrial diversification division and industrial specialization division on the endogenous economic growth, and analyzes the centripetal force and centrifugal force to promote and restrain the industrial division of labor.To complete the division of industrial diversification, industrial specialization and endogenous economic growth indicators quantification, respectively from 1990 to 2014, Shanxi location quotient, entropy and total factor productivity;By fitting the regional quotient of the division of labor index of Shanxi industry specialization with the per capita GDP of economic growth index, it is found that there is a "U" curve relationship between the division of labor division of industry specialization and the level of economic growth in Shanxi Province, and finally, the endogenous function of economic growth is constructed.Based on the time series model, the contribution rate of industrial diversification division and industrial specialization division to Shanxi's economic growth is obtained.The empirical results show that from 1990 to 1997 and from 2002 to 2014, the endogenous contribution rate of industrial specialization division and industrial diversification division to Shanxi's economic growth tends to be different, and it is difficult to coordinate between the two kinds of division of labor economy.The contribution rate of industrial specialization division to economic growth was reduced from 43.17% to 37.13%, and the downward trend continued. In the same period, the endogenous contribution rate of industrial diversification division to economic growth increased from 28.91% to 32.6661%, and the growth trend continued.Although the contribution rate of industrial specialization in 2010-2014 is still higher than that of industrial diversification by nearly 4 percentage points, the difference between them has been reduced by nearly 7 percentage points compared with the base period 1990-1993.The division of industrial specialization in Shanxi Province can promote the economic growth in a short period of time, but it can not lead to extensive industrial linkage effect, so its positive externality effect is not strong, and the economic endogenous effect is not obvious.From the trend comparison of the contribution rate of industrial diversification division and industrial specialization division to Shanxi's economic growth, the industrial diversification division of labor plays a greater role in promoting Shanxi's economic growth endogenously.Industrial specialization is difficult to effectively promote the endogenous economic growth.This paper believes that the development of industrial diversification is the direction of promoting economic growth in Shanxi.
