【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門和交通運(yùn)輸部門進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的手段,它在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演著重要的角色,建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的好壞直接影響著國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和人民的生活水平。1978年,伴隨著改革開放,河北省的建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展快速增長,然而,在建筑業(yè)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也暴露出很多的問題,必須尋求新的發(fā)展思路,新的變革,在發(fā)展和變革中提高和完善這些問題,把握國家關(guān)于建筑業(yè)的重大方針和政策,保持河北省建筑業(yè)長久穩(wěn)定可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。本文從整體的角度分析了建筑業(yè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系,橫向和縱向分析建筑業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,結(jié)合國家統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒的數(shù)據(jù)說明河北省建筑業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及未來需求分析,通過以上的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)清晰的了解河北省建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,為全面評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長狀況提供了一個(gè)平臺(tái)和框架。通過對(duì)建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的選取結(jié)合因子分析的知識(shí)對(duì)全國建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長方式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從全國各省建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展水平可以看出河北省建筑業(yè)所處的地位,并分析河北建筑業(yè)發(fā)展水平較低的原因。運(yùn)用道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型和索洛增長速度方程,運(yùn)用線性回歸法測算出河北省建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的技術(shù)進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)率、勞動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)率和資本貢獻(xiàn)率。對(duì)河北省建筑影響因素的實(shí)證分析,研究河北省建筑業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步、勞動(dòng)投入、資本投入等影響因素的關(guān)系,探究自身發(fā)展的的優(yōu)勢和不足,同時(shí)也為河北省建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展指明方向。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the material production department and the transportation department carries on the production means, it plays the important role in the national economy, the construction industry development quality directly affects the country's economy and the people's living standard. In 1978,With the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the construction industry in Hebei Province, however, the rapid development of the construction industry, but also exposed a lot of problems, we must seek new ideas for development, new changes,In the course of development and reform, we should improve these problems, grasp the major principles and policies of the state on the construction industry, and maintain the sustainable development of the construction industry in Hebei Province for a long time.This paper analyzes the relationship between the construction industry and the national economy, the influence of the construction industry on the economic growth from the perspective of the whole and the horizontal and vertical analysis of the impact of the construction industry on the economic growth.The above descriptive statistics clearly understand the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province, which provides a platform and framework for the overall evaluation of economic growth.Through the selection of economic indicators of the construction industry combined with the knowledge of factor analysis to evaluate the economic growth mode of the national construction industry, from the development level of the construction industry in all provinces of the country, we can see the position of the construction industry in Hebei Province.And analyzes the Hebei construction industry development level is low the reason.By using Douglas production function model and Solow growth rate equation, the contribution rate of technology progress, labor contribution and capital contribution to the economic growth of construction industry in Hebei Province were calculated by linear regression method.Based on the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of construction in Hebei Province, this paper studies the relationship among the technological progress, labor input and capital investment of Hebei construction industry, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of its own development.At the same time also for the construction industry in Hebei Province pointed out the direction of development.
