【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)彼此關(guān)聯(lián),就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不科學一定會影響到產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷以及升級,同時,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不協(xié)調(diào)又將妨礙經(jīng)濟成長更上一層樓。因此,有效的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和科學的就業(yè)政策就顯得很需要以及必要。而了解合理有效的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、制訂科學的就業(yè)政策就需要去認識產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷升級以及就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動彼此之間的關(guān)系。廣東作為經(jīng)濟與人口大省,伴隨廣東省經(jīng)濟快速增長,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性是最突出的問題之一。為了詳細研究廣東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷以及就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級彼此關(guān)系,本文運用勞動經(jīng)濟學和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學的相關(guān)理論,以廣東省2000年—2014年主要年份的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),懫用計量經(jīng)濟學實證分析方法對廣東省各產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,另外,利用廣東省2007、2012年投入產(chǎn)出表,分別對各部門的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,詳細描述廣東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演變過程及二者之間的相互關(guān)系,為兩者的進一步優(yōu)化提供參考意見。本文認為廣州省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動整體上呈現(xiàn)相同趨勢,但是兩者發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào),就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展滯后于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure and the employment structure are interrelated. The unscientific employment structure will affect the changes and upgrading of the industrial structure. At the same time, the disharmony of the industrial structure will hinder the economic growth to a higher level. Effective industrial structure and scientific employment policy are very necessary and necessary. To formulate a scientific employment policy, we need to understand the relationship between the changes in the industrial structure and the changes in the employment structure. Guangdong, as a large province of economy and population, is accompanied by the rapid economic growth of Guangdong Province. The coordination of industrial structure and employment structure is one of the most prominent problems. In order to study the relationship between industrial structure changes and employment structure upgrading in Guangdong Province, this paper applies the relevant theories of labor economics and industrial economics. Based on the data of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2014, the employment structure and industrial structure of various industries in Guangdong Province are analyzed by econometric empirical analysis method. In addition, the input-output tables of Guangdong Province in 2007 and 2012 are used to analyze the employment structure and industrial structure of Guangdong Province. This paper analyzes the employment structure and industrial structure of various departments, and describes in detail the evolution process of industrial structure and employment structure in Guangdong Province and the relationship between them. This paper holds that the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of employment structure in Guangzhou province show the same trend as a whole, but the development of both is not coordinated, and the development of employment structure lags behind the change of industrial structure.
