天然氣門站計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國天然氣工業(yè)的發(fā)展,熱值大且無污染的天然氣已經(jīng)成為城市燃?xì)獾闹匾M成部分。天然氣門站作為城市天然氣供氣的入口,肩負(fù)著保障城市天然氣安全穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)以及天然氣流量計量等職能。天然氣門站計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)配合著門站現(xiàn)場的設(shè)備能夠高效的完成上述工作,其對于天然氣門站的日常生產(chǎn)運營有著重大的意義。本文以西南某天然氣公司的門站計量控制系統(tǒng)軟硬件升級改造項目為依托,基于可編程邏輯控制器、OPC技術(shù)以及功能強大的WinCC組態(tài)軟件,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一款上下位機協(xié)同工作的自動化程度較高的天然氣門站計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 本論文根據(jù)天然氣門站的實際需求分析,結(jié)合門站工藝流程進(jìn)行了深入的研究和調(diào)查,給出了天然門站計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,并完成了系統(tǒng)相應(yīng)軟硬件的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本論文首先研究了天然氣流量計量的原理和方法,并對基于PLC進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集和流量計量的程序進(jìn)行編制,完成天然氣門站現(xiàn)場級數(shù)據(jù)存儲,數(shù)據(jù)報警以及球閥控制等任務(wù),同時對下位機軟冗余方案進(jìn)行了介紹。門站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的上位機采用西門子公司的WinCC組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行開發(fā),可以實現(xiàn)門站工藝流程、現(xiàn)場變送器數(shù)據(jù)、實時及歷史數(shù)據(jù)趨勢以及球閥狀態(tài)等的動態(tài)顯示,并完成對門站的數(shù)據(jù)和工作人員權(quán)限的管理。為了滿足天然氣門站實時遠(yuǎn)程報警的功能需求,本論文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于OPC技術(shù)的短消息報警功能。 本論文的門站計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通過對天然氣門站現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的實時監(jiān)控和計量,完成球閥控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集、流量計量、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計以及短消息報警等功能,實現(xiàn)天然氣供應(yīng)的合理調(diào)度及管理的自動化、信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,為今后天然氣工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域的計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)提供了方法和思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of natural gas industry in China, natural gas with high calorific value and no pollution has become an important part of urban gas. Responsible for ensuring the safe and stable supply of urban natural gas and the functions of natural gas flow metering. The gas gate station metering and monitoring system can efficiently accomplish the above work with the equipment at the gate station site. It is of great significance for the daily production and operation of the gas gate station. This paper relies on the software and hardware upgrade project of the gate station metering control system of a natural gas company in southwest China. Based on the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the powerful WinCC configuration software, a gas gate monitoring system with high degree of automation is designed and implemented. According to the actual demand analysis of the natural gas gate station, combined with the process flow of the gate station, this paper has carried on the thorough research and the investigation, has given the overall design plan of the natural gate station metering and monitoring system. The software and hardware of the system are designed and implemented. Firstly, the principle and method of natural gas Flowmeter are studied, and the program of data acquisition and Flowmeter based on PLC is compiled. The field data storage, data alarm and ball valve control of natural gas gate station are completed, and the soft redundancy scheme of lower computer is introduced. The upper computer of gate station monitoring system is developed by Siemens WinCC configuration software. It can realize the dynamic display of gate station process flow, field transmitter data, real-time and historical data trend and ball valve status, etc. In order to meet the requirement of real-time remote alarm of natural gas station, this paper designs and implements the short message alarm function based on OPC technology. Through the real-time monitoring and measurement of the field data of the natural gas gate station, the gate-station metering monitoring system in this paper completes the functions of ball valve control, data acquisition, flow metering, state monitoring, data statistics and short message alarm, etc. It can realize the automation, information and network of the reasonable dispatching and management of natural gas supply, and provide the method and thought for the design and development of the metering and monitoring system in the field of natural gas industry control in the future.
