【摘要】：我國的風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)正在飛速發(fā)展。國家生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)等諸多方面的條件為風(fēng)景區(qū)的建設(shè)提供了載體。但在實(shí)際的風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)中這些方面還處于失衡狀態(tài),對(duì)風(fēng)景區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著強(qiáng)烈的影響。空間活力問題是風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)的根本性問題。從活力的角度看待和調(diào)整風(fēng)景區(qū)空間的建設(shè)日益成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。已有的風(fēng)景區(qū)活力成果中,關(guān)于生態(tài)活力和經(jīng)濟(jì)活力的比較多,缺乏對(duì)文化活力和社會(huì)活力等的研究。本文設(shè)置太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)為研究的對(duì)象,試圖著手于生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)四個(gè)方面,探討風(fēng)景區(qū)的空間活力。論文主要包含以下三個(gè)內(nèi)容：第一部分：緒論、基本定義。詳細(xì)做了論文的基礎(chǔ)研究,將選題背景及目的意義做了細(xì)致闡述,對(duì)整篇論文的關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行了具體解釋。歸納總結(jié)大量文獻(xiàn)中與論文研究相關(guān)的現(xiàn)狀與欠缺點(diǎn)。之后尋找到論文寫作的切入點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)好研究方法,構(gòu)思出框架,提出了基本概念。為之后的寫作服務(wù)。第二部分：現(xiàn)狀探析、活力調(diào)查。全面分析了太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)的自然概況、景點(diǎn)現(xiàn)狀、與周邊綠帶的關(guān)系、與城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,歸納出太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)的各類空間并分為：廣場(chǎng)空間、水體空間、道路空間、綠地空間及建筑空間進(jìn)行研究。在總結(jié)出太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)目前太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)的空間組成活力要素進(jìn)行分析,確定影響空間活力的要素進(jìn)行調(diào)查。對(duì)每個(gè)空間的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出各個(gè)要素對(duì)各個(gè)空間活力的影響程度。通過正交旋轉(zhuǎn)因子載荷數(shù)據(jù)概括為四個(gè)主要的活力因素分別為：節(jié)點(diǎn)、設(shè)施、環(huán)境及感官。之后通過評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和權(quán)重比得出四個(gè)主要活力因素的影響力排序。第三部分：空間活力規(guī)劃、空間設(shè)計(jì)。以第二部分歸納出的五類空間為依托構(gòu)建了太陽島空間活力系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而梳理空間活力的脈絡(luò),從整體規(guī)劃角度對(duì)風(fēng)景區(qū)活力分區(qū)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃方向的梳理和改造意見。最后依托風(fēng)景區(qū)中游人的行為特點(diǎn)和已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生的不當(dāng)行為,對(duì)五類空間中的四類因素提出了設(shè)計(jì)上建議。第四部分：總結(jié)。在以上提出的空間規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)建議的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行更深的探討。希望通過本文的研究,為太陽島風(fēng)景區(qū)空間活力建設(shè)提供理論和實(shí)踐層面的幫助。
[Abstract]:The construction of scenic spots in our country is developing rapidly. The national ecological, economic, cultural and social conditions provide a carrier for the construction of scenic spots. However, in the actual construction of scenic spots, these aspects are still in a state of imbalance. It has a strong influence on the sustainable development of scenic spots. The problem of spatial vitality is a fundamental problem in the construction of scenic spots. From the point of view of vitality, viewing and adjusting the construction of scenic spots has become the focus of attention. In the dynamic achievements of the scenic spots, There are more ecological and economic vitality, but lack of research on cultural vitality and social vitality. This paper sets the Sun Island Scenic spot as the object of study, trying to start from four aspects: ecology, economy, culture and society. The paper mainly includes the following three contents: the first part: introduction, basic definition. The key words of the whole paper are explained concretely. The present situation and deficiency points related to the research in a large number of literatures are summarized. Then, the breakthrough point of the thesis writing is found, the research method is designed, and the frame is conceived. Put forward the basic concept. Serve for the later writing. The second part: the current situation analysis, vitality investigation. The comprehensive analysis of the natural situation of the scenic spot on Sun Island, the current situation of the scenic spot, the relationship between the surrounding green belt and the urban ecosystem, The space of Sun Island Scenic spot is summarized and divided into four parts: square space, water space, road space, green space and building space. This paper analyzes the dynamic elements of space composition in the current Sun Island Scenic spot, and determines the factors that affect the spatial vitality. The survey results of each space are analyzed by statistics and data analysis. Through the orthogonal rotation factor load data, it can be summarized as four main dynamic factors: node, facility, Environment and senses. Then the influence ranking of the four main dynamic factors is obtained by evaluating the index and weight ratio. Part three: spatial dynamic planning, Space design. Based on the five kinds of space summarized in the second part, the spatial vitality system of Sun Island is constructed, and then the context of spatial vitality is sorted out. Combing and reforming the planning direction of the dynamic zoning of scenic spots from the perspective of overall planning. Finally, relying on the behavior characteristics of people in the middle reaches of the scenic spots and the misconduct that has already occurred, Four kinds of factors in the five types of space are proposed for design. Part four: summary. On the basis of the above space planning and design suggestions, I hope that through the study of this paper, To provide theoretical and practical help for the construction of spatial vitality of the scenic spot of Sun Island.
