【摘要】:隨著國家“十三五”規(guī)劃的開展,綠色建筑、綠色能源已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的主題。國家每年要新建二十億平方米左右的建筑物,建筑物的快速增加,提升了建筑能源消費(fèi)量,因此加強(qiáng)建筑能耗監(jiān)管勢在必行,能耗監(jiān)管示教系統(tǒng)為該項(xiàng)工作的開展提供了便利。本文基于公共建筑的節(jié)能監(jiān)管問題,建立了一套公共建筑能耗分項(xiàng)計(jì)量示教系統(tǒng)。論文分析了當(dāng)前示教系統(tǒng)和公共建筑能耗監(jiān)管的研究進(jìn)展,研究了開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)用到的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)(Zigbee網(wǎng)絡(luò)和DHT11溫濕度傳感器)、能耗分項(xiàng)計(jì)量技術(shù)、多線程技術(shù)等。重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和建筑能耗監(jiān)管技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方法,開發(fā)了軟硬件結(jié)合的公共建筑能耗分項(xiàng)計(jì)量示教系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)利用串口通信技術(shù)將溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)采集并上傳到數(shù)據(jù)中心,數(shù)據(jù)中心對能耗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和展示。最后以教學(xué)指導(dǎo)視頻的形式,演示了公共建筑能耗分項(xiàng)計(jì)量示教系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)操作和開發(fā)流程。本文開發(fā)出的公共建筑能耗分項(xiàng)計(jì)量示教系統(tǒng),是教育技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和能耗管理技術(shù)相結(jié)合的良好應(yīng)用,不但具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,而且對建筑節(jié)能監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域的開發(fā)工作有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the National 13th Five-Year Plan, green buildings and green energy have become the main theme of the current construction industry. The country has to build about 2 billion square meters of new buildings every year, and the number of buildings is increasing rapidly. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the supervision of building energy consumption, and the energy consumption supervision and teaching system provides convenience for the development of this work. A set of public building energy consumption measurement and teaching system is established. This paper analyzes the current research progress of teaching demonstration system and public building energy consumption supervision, and studies the relevant technologies used in the development of this system. Including the Internet of things technology Zigbee network and DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, energy consumption measurement technology, multi-thread technology and so on. The system of energy consumption measurement and teaching in public buildings is developed, which combines software and hardware. The system uses serial communication technology to collect and upload temperature and humidity data to the data center. The data center analyzes and displays the energy consumption data. Finally, in the form of instructional video, This paper demonstrates the related operation and development process of the public building energy consumption itemized metering and teaching system. The system developed in this paper is a good application of the combination of education technology, Internet of things technology and energy consumption management technology. Not only has the practical application value, but also has the reference significance to the construction energy conservation supervision domain development work.
