基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型的企業(yè)綠色精益管理效益研究

【摘要】:隨著全球環(huán)境的急劇惡化以及人們環(huán)保意識的普遍提高,世界各國都致力于尋求一種經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)保效益達(dá)到雙贏的發(fā)展模式,綠色精益正是在這種形勢下應(yīng)運而生。本文基于精益管理的原則,將環(huán)境要素納入企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程之中,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法建模仿真,以城市供水企業(yè)為研究對象,研究綠色精益給企業(yè)帶來的效益研究,本文的具體工作如下:1.對國內(nèi)外綠色精益管理相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行分析,找出國內(nèi)與國外研究中存在的缺陷:國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究并沒有明確地給出綠色精益管理的定義,而且國外相關(guān)研究偏于理論研究、定性分析,缺少用數(shù)據(jù)去證明的定量分析,說服力不足,本文在研究前人文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上給出綠色精益管理的定義,采用仿真模擬的方法為企業(yè)如何推行綠色精益管理指明了方向。2.經(jīng)過前期企業(yè)調(diào)研,搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運用文獻(xiàn)分析法及層次分析法選取綠色精益管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)變量,通過分析所研究變量之間的因果關(guān)系,從政府、客戶、企業(yè)管理者以及企業(yè)員工這四個方面構(gòu)建出綠色精益管理系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)框架圖。3.以城市供水行業(yè)為研究對象,構(gòu)建出基于綠色精益管理的SD模型。以前期對系統(tǒng)中所有變量因果關(guān)系的分析作為基礎(chǔ),作出系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系圖,再根據(jù)因果關(guān)系圖作出系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型圖,然后運用企業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用統(tǒng)計分析方法確定模型中所研究變量之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系。4.以某自來水生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為實證研究綠色精益管理給企業(yè)帶來的效益。通過對模型進(jìn)行基本運行及仿真模擬,找出系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)是如何影響系統(tǒng)運行結(jié)果并分析原因,針對原因提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,為企業(yè)管理者預(yù)測企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展情況提供了有力依據(jù)。5.根據(jù)模型運行結(jié)果,提出城市供水行業(yè)相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略。通過模型的敏感性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)政府、客戶、企業(yè)管理者、企業(yè)員工四方之間相互影響、相互促進(jìn)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,基于這種關(guān)系,以企業(yè)為中心,分別從政府、客戶、企業(yè)管理者、企業(yè)員工的角度提出利于自身發(fā)展的可行性建議,以此實現(xiàn)整體的財務(wù)效益與環(huán)境效益的雙贏。
[Abstract]:With the rapid deterioration of the global environment and the general improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, countries all over the world are committed to seeking a win-win development model of economic and environmental benefits. Based on the principle of lean management, this paper brings environmental factors into the production process of enterprises, and applies system dynamics method to modeling and simulation, taking urban water supply enterprises as the research object. To study the benefits of green lean to enterprises, the specific work of this paper is as follows: 1. The relevant research on green lean management at home and abroad is analyzed. Find out the defects of domestic and foreign research: domestic and foreign related research has not clearly given the definition of green lean management, and foreign related research is more theoretical, qualitative analysis, lack of quantitative analysis with data to prove, The paper gives the definition of green lean management on the basis of the previous literature, and points out the direction of how to carry out green lean management by using the method of simulation. Using the literature analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to select the relevant variables of the green lean management system, through the analysis of the causal relationship between the variables studied, from the government, customers, The whole structure frame of the green lean management system is constructed from the four aspects of the enterprise managers and employees. The research object is the urban water supply industry. The SD model based on green lean management is constructed. Based on the previous analysis of the causality of all variables in the system, the causality diagram of the system is made, and then the structural model diagram of the system is made according to the causality diagram. And then using enterprise data, Using the statistical analysis method to determine the functional relationship between the variables studied in the model. 4. Taking a tap water production enterprise as an example to study the benefits of green lean management to the enterprise. Through the basic operation and simulation of the model, Find out how the key parameters of the system affect the operating results of the system and analyze the reasons, and put forward the corresponding solutions for the reasons, which provides a powerful basis for enterprise managers to predict the future development of the enterprise. 5. according to the results of the operation model, Based on the sensitivity analysis of the model, it is found that the government, customers, enterprise managers and employees interact with each other and promote each other. Taking the enterprise as the center, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions from the angle of the government, the customer, the enterprise manager and the enterprise staff to realize the win-win of the overall financial benefit and the environmental benefit.
