基于共生理論的民營企業(yè)社會責任評價研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,市場競爭日趨激烈,社會民眾要求企業(yè)履行社會責任的呼聲也隨之高漲。企業(yè)履行社會責任對我國現(xiàn)代化社會的和諧發(fā)展和自身在市場競爭中的可持續(xù)發(fā)展意義深遠。民營企業(yè)作為我國經(jīng)濟實體當中的中堅力量,需要承擔起企業(yè)社會責任,為改善民生,推動我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出貢獻。而我國民營企業(yè)履行社會責任的情況還尚未達到我國民眾的期望,因為企業(yè)失責而導致的不良事件仍時有發(fā)生,為此我國民營企業(yè)必須不斷營造和保持企業(yè)發(fā)展的和諧環(huán)境,積極承擔對社會各界的社會責任,追求合作共生與共贏,才能使企業(yè)和社會共同實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的宏偉目標。本研究以民營企業(yè)社會責任的履行作為研究對象,以共生理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合我國民營企業(yè)的特殊背景,運用規(guī)范研究和統(tǒng)計分析相結(jié)合的方法,構(gòu)建適用于我國民營企業(yè)的社會責任評價體系。文章首先回顧和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于共生理念和企業(yè)社會責任及其評價的相關(guān)文獻與研究成果,闡述了企業(yè)社會責任的概念、內(nèi)容以及社會責任評價的基本理論;其次分析了我國民營企業(yè)社會責任履行的現(xiàn)狀,從共生理論視角圍繞建立了民營企業(yè)共生圈,指出了民營企業(yè)社會責任的主要內(nèi)容并依據(jù)對各共生單元承擔的社會責任內(nèi)容選取了評價指標,構(gòu)建了民營企業(yè)社會責任評價體系;然后運用因子分析和主成分分析法將該評價體系應用于133家民營企業(yè)上市公司,以評價我國民營企業(yè)社會責任的履行情況,并視履行責任對象的不同進行分項得分統(tǒng)計;得到的基本結(jié)論是我國民營企業(yè)在履行社會責任上整體發(fā)展趨向平均,但對不同共生單元履行社會責任的情況區(qū)別較大,對外部利益相關(guān)方的共生單元履行情況較差;最后根據(jù)得到的實證結(jié)果我們針對民營企業(yè)履行社會責任的欠缺之處從消費者、員工、社區(qū)的角度出發(fā)提出了在共生理論基礎(chǔ)上加強民營企業(yè)社會責任建設(shè)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The calls of the public for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities are also rising. Corporate social responsibility is of far-reaching significance to the harmonious development of our modern society and sustainable development of our own in the market competition. The backbone of China's economic entities, We need to shoulder corporate social responsibility, contribute to the improvement of people's livelihood and promote the economic development of our country. However, the performance of social responsibility by private enterprises in our country has not yet met the expectations of the Chinese people. The adverse events caused by corporate default still occur from time to time. Therefore, private enterprises in our country must constantly create and maintain a harmonious environment for the development of enterprises, actively assume the social responsibility to all sectors of society, and pursue cooperation and co-existence and win-win situation. In order to make enterprises and society realize the grand goal of sustainable development together, this study takes the fulfillment of the social responsibility of private enterprises as the research object, takes the symbiosis theory as the foundation, unifies the special background of the private enterprises of our country. By combining normative research with statistical analysis, This paper first reviews and summarizes the literature and research results of scholars at home and abroad on the concept of symbiosis and corporate social responsibility and its evaluation, and expounds the concept of corporate social responsibility. The content and the basic theory of social responsibility evaluation. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of social responsibility performance of private enterprises in China, and establishes the symbiotic circle of private enterprises from the perspective of symbiosis theory. The main content of social responsibility of private enterprise is pointed out and the evaluation index is selected according to the content of social responsibility of each symbiotic unit, and the evaluation system of social responsibility of private enterprise is constructed. Then the evaluation system is applied to 133 private enterprises listed companies by factor analysis and principal component analysis to evaluate the performance of social responsibility of private enterprises in China. The basic conclusion is that the overall development of private enterprises in fulfilling social responsibility tends to be average, but the performance of symbiotic units for different symbiotic units is quite different, and the performance of symbiotic units for external stakeholders is poor. Finally, according to the empirical results, we put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the social responsibility construction of private enterprises on the basis of symbiosis theory from the perspective of consumers, employees and communities.
