【摘要】：民族院校是指在特定的歷史環(huán)境和歷史條件下,我國政府為解決民族問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)特定的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等目標(biāo)而創(chuàng)建的名稱中含有"民族"標(biāo)識的高等院校。民族院校是培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族高素質(zhì)人才以及研究我國民族政策和民族理論的重要基地,是保護(hù)、傳承和弘揚(yáng)我國少數(shù)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的重要場所,同時也是展示我國民族政策和對外交往的重要窗口。民族院校作為民族高等教育的主體之一,是我國高等教育體系的有機(jī)組成部分,秉著為少數(shù)民族和少數(shù)民族地區(qū)服務(wù)的宗旨,在為各民族人民普及和提高科學(xué)文化知識,提高各民族人民綜合文化素質(zhì)水平,促進(jìn)各個民族之間的交流與融合,以及維護(hù)國家統(tǒng)一、民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會穩(wěn)定、文化繁榮,促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族和少數(shù)民族地區(qū)文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會的全面發(fā)展方面做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。本文旨在通過文獻(xiàn)法、系統(tǒng)分析法和案例分析法探討民族院校在少數(shù)民族文化繁榮發(fā)展中的貢獻(xiàn),從而提出針對性的對策和建議,以促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族文化的繁榮和發(fā)展,最終達(dá)到促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族及民族地區(qū)文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會全面和諧發(fā)展的目的。緒論部分介紹了課題的研究背景、研究目的和意義以及本文用到的相關(guān)研究理論方法,同時對國內(nèi)外目前己有的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,介紹了研究內(nèi)容并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)概念的界定。提出本論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,首次比較系統(tǒng)地探索了民族文化繁榮發(fā)展的主要表現(xiàn)形式以及民族院校對民族文化繁榮發(fā)展的功能發(fā)揮及其貢獻(xiàn),對民族院校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和政策措施的謀劃與設(shè)計,和民族院校與少數(shù)民族地區(qū)又好又快的可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平與質(zhì)量,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)價值和意義。第一章對本文用到的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡釋。分別介紹了國內(nèi)外多元文化教育理論以及文化生態(tài)理論的主要代表人物和主要觀點(diǎn),并將之與本文研究內(nèi)容緊密結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行了相關(guān)闡釋。第二章結(jié)合黨的十七屆六中全會上關(guān)于加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略指示,從文化自覺、文化自信、文化自強(qiáng)的理論高度出發(fā),將民族文化繁榮發(fā)展的途徑歸納為傳承、保護(hù);創(chuàng)作、創(chuàng)新;傳播、交流;理解、認(rèn)同四大板塊。第三章主要論述民族院校在少數(shù)民族文化繁榮發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的功能發(fā)揮及其貢獻(xiàn)研究,從人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會服務(wù)、文化引領(lǐng)四個層面展開,主要通過援引典型案例和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)論述民族院校對民族文化繁榮發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)研究,案例分析主要圍繞在人才培養(yǎng)方面與文化相關(guān)的學(xué)科專業(yè)方面的貢獻(xiàn),在傳承保護(hù)方面對物質(zhì)文化和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、傳承的貢獻(xiàn),在創(chuàng)作、創(chuàng)新方面對文藝創(chuàng)作、科學(xué)研究、文學(xué)作品等方面的貢獻(xiàn),以及在文化引領(lǐng)和認(rèn)同、傳播和交流方面的貢獻(xiàn)。第四章總結(jié)了研究過程遇到的數(shù)據(jù)采集和統(tǒng)計量大、難度高以及研究領(lǐng)域廣、研究對象眾多以及差異性顯著的問題,并對接下來的研究進(jìn)行了分析和展望。最后結(jié)語部分結(jié)合前文內(nèi)容,對民族院校促進(jìn)民族文化繁榮發(fā)展幾個方進(jìn)行了研究歸納,對民族院校提出了進(jìn)一步的建議和要求,以更好地促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族文化以及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展。本文最后得出的結(jié)論是民族院校通過履行人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究等社會職能,推動了少數(shù)民族文化的繁榮發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,而且也將在哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)研究、民族物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、維護(hù)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步等方面做出相應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:National Colleges and universities refers to the specific historical environment and historical conditions, the Chinese government to solve the ethnic problem, the specific political and economic goals and create names containing "national identity" of colleges and universities. The national colleges and universities are training minority talents and the study of China's ethnic policy and ethnic theory base that is to protect, inherit and carry forward the important place of ethnic minorities in China outstanding traditional culture, is also the important window to show our national policy and foreign relations.
