【摘要】:為全面提高國(guó)民素質(zhì)、迎接知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),黨中央國(guó)務(wù)院提出基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革。2008年河南地區(qū)為繼續(xù)深化教育改革,全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育,全面實(shí)行了新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革,此次改革在課程結(jié)構(gòu)方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)不同課程之間的結(jié)構(gòu)均衡、合理,強(qiáng)化了體育與健康等課程的綜合實(shí)踐性。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,國(guó)家也對(duì)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育改革更加重視,教育工作者對(duì)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育面貌是否得到改善作了許多理論研究以及實(shí)踐探索。但真正走進(jìn)農(nóng)村體育課堂,教育改革的跡象難以顯現(xiàn)。本文主要從農(nóng)村中小學(xué)的學(xué)校體育現(xiàn)狀包括體育教師師資、體育教學(xué)、體育設(shè)施和器材以及課外體育活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究分析,參考國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)的政策文件,結(jié)合當(dāng)前農(nóng)村中小學(xué)學(xué)校體育課程實(shí)際的實(shí)施情況,提出切實(shí)可行建議,為農(nóng)村地區(qū)中小學(xué)的學(xué)校體育更好發(fā)展提出理論參考。本文以河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)采用文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,從四個(gè)方面來(lái)了解豫東地區(qū)中小學(xué)學(xué)校體育現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),找出存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并提出建議。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教師數(shù)量不足,部分學(xué)校沒(méi)有專職體育教師。(2)河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教師學(xué)歷基本達(dá)標(biāo),年齡構(gòu)成基本合理,但體育教師的性別構(gòu)成趨于老齡化,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不夠理想;豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教師職后培訓(xùn)工作不夠理想,體育師資匱乏,體育教師整體水平有待提高。(3)河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育開(kāi)課率基本達(dá)標(biāo),但仍有部分學(xué)校體育課時(shí)量不足;體育教師在體育教學(xué)大綱使用方面有欠缺,體育教學(xué)方式單一,教案使用率不高,教學(xué)內(nèi)容有待充實(shí)。(4)河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入資金有限,無(wú)法滿足正常體育教學(xué)的需要,由于體育經(jīng)費(fèi)的不足,豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)地簡(jiǎn)陋缺乏建設(shè),體育器材破舊缺有待更新。(5)河南省豫東地區(qū)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育課外活動(dòng)開(kāi)展情況不理想,早操課間操開(kāi)展情況有待完善;學(xué)校缺乏體育教師組織體育競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively improve the quality of the people and welcome the arrival of knowledge economy, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the curriculum reform of basic education. In 2008, in order to continue to deepen the educational reform and promote quality-oriented education in Henan, A new round of basic education curriculum reform has been carried out in an all-round way. In terms of curriculum structure, the reform emphasizes the balance and rationality of the structure among different courses, and strengthens the comprehensive practicality of such courses as physical education and health, etc. With the development of the times, The country also pays more attention to the reform of rural basic education. Educators have made a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration on whether the appearance of rural basic education has been improved. It is difficult to show the signs of educational reform. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of school physical education in rural primary and secondary schools, including physical education teachers, physical education teaching, sports facilities and equipment, and extracurricular sports activities, and refers to the relevant policy documents in China. Combined with the actual implementation of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, some practical suggestions are put forward. This paper takes the present situation of middle and primary school sports in the east of Henan Province as the research object, and adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and so on, to provide a theoretical reference for the better development of school physical education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. To understand the present situation of physical education in primary and middle schools in east Henan from four aspects, to make statistics on the results of the investigation, to find out the existing problems and to put forward some suggestions. The research results are as follows: 1) the number of physical education teachers in rural primary and middle schools in eastern Henan Province is insufficient. Some schools do not have full-time physical education teachers. (2) physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province basically meet the standards of academic qualifications, age composition is basically reasonable, but the gender structure of physical education teachers tend to aging, the title structure is not ideal; The physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the east of Henan Province are not good enough for post-service training, and the overall level of physical education teachers needs to be improved. 3) the rate of physical education opening in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province is basically up to standard. However, there are still some schools with insufficient time for physical education, lack of physical education teachers in the use of physical education syllabus, single physical education teaching method, low utilization rate of teaching plans, The teaching contents need to be enriched. (4) the funds for physical education in rural primary and secondary schools in eastern Henan Province are limited and cannot meet the needs of normal physical education, because of the shortage of sports funds, Rural primary and secondary schools in the east of Henan lack of construction of sports venues, sports equipment to be updated to be updated. 5) Henan Province rural primary and secondary schools in Henan Province physical education extracurricular activities in the situation is not ideal, morning exercises to be improved; There is a lack of PE teachers in schools to organize sports competitions.
