【摘要】:供電電壓自動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng)是生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)的重要有機(jī)組成部分,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)將利用輸電和變電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,充分整合現(xiàn)有資源,遵循“四統(tǒng)一”原則,堅(jiān)持融合開放性、可擴(kuò)展性、適應(yīng)性、穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等原則,建設(shè)功能完善的供電電壓自動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng),初步實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化電網(wǎng)水平及輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)運(yùn)行管理水平的提高,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)目標(biāo)。本課題是根據(jù)電網(wǎng)公司現(xiàn)狀,通過大量的需求調(diào)研和分析,以面向公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè)要求,統(tǒng)一建設(shè)覆蓋公司的供電電壓自動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng),規(guī)范供電電壓監(jiān)測裝置的數(shù)據(jù)采集和接入,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)城市供電電壓數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集、加工、預(yù)警、展示、統(tǒng)計(jì)、評(píng)估以及輔助分析等功能,從而提高電壓合格率信息的及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性,提升公司電壓無功管理精益化水平。在系統(tǒng)建設(shè)期間,對(duì)基于J2EE框架、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫的系統(tǒng)和基于.Net框架、SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫的系統(tǒng),及一些傳統(tǒng)的C/S模式的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范,并對(duì)供電電壓自動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng)采用基于Webservice的統(tǒng)一接口,以便這些系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù),最終解決了系統(tǒng)差異大的問題。目前,項(xiàng)目已順利上線,對(duì)供電電壓的在線監(jiān)測、異常分析和閉環(huán)管理在行業(yè)內(nèi)具有很好的創(chuàng)新性和先進(jìn)性,項(xiàng)目的實(shí)現(xiàn)很大程度上推動(dòng)供電電壓在線監(jiān)測、無功電壓綜合分析、調(diào)壓降損等相關(guān)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)中國大部分產(chǎn)業(yè)中相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的同步發(fā)展。本項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)了城網(wǎng)、農(nóng)網(wǎng)供電電壓的全面監(jiān)測,可及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)電壓異常,定位分析異常原因,并通過一系列技術(shù)和管理措施,通過運(yùn)行方式調(diào)整和電網(wǎng)改造,提高電壓合格率,滿足農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)對(duì)電壓質(zhì)量的需要,滿足現(xiàn)代社會(huì)高速的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和廣大人民群眾對(duì)電壓質(zhì)量的需要。
[Abstract]:The power supply voltage automatic acquisition system is an important part of the production management information system. The project construction will make use of the status of transmission and substation equipment to monitor, fully integrate the existing resources, and follow the "four unified" principle. Adhering to the principles of openness, expansibility, adaptability, stability and economy, the automatic collection system of power supply voltage with perfect function should be built to improve the level of intelligent power grid and the level of operation and management of transmission and transformation equipment. According to the current situation of the power grid company and through a large number of needs investigation and analysis, this project is to unify the construction of the automatic acquisition system of power supply voltage covering the company in order to meet the requirements of the "three sets and five" system construction of the company. Standardizing the data acquisition and access of the power supply voltage monitoring device, fully realizing the functions of automatic acquisition, processing, early warning, display, statistics, evaluation and auxiliary analysis of the power supply voltage data in the city. In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of voltage qualified rate information and improve the lean level of voltage and reactive power management in the company. During the period of system construction, the system based on Oracle database based on J2EE framework and SQL Server database system based on .Net framework, And some traditional C / S mode systems have been unified standards and specifications, and the power supply voltage automatic acquisition system using a unified interface based on Webservice, so that these systems automatically report data, the final solution to the problem of large differences in the system. The project has been put on line smoothly, the on-line monitoring of power supply voltage, abnormal analysis and closed-loop management have a good innovation and advanced in the industry, the realization of the project to a large extent promote the on-line monitoring of power supply voltage, reactive power and voltage comprehensive analysis, The health and sustainable development of related technologies and industrial chains, such as regulating voltage drop and loss, has led to the synchronous development of related industrial chains in most industries in China. This project has realized the comprehensive monitoring of power supply voltages in urban and agricultural networks, and it can detect voltage anomalies in time. Through a series of technical and management measures, through the adjustment of operation mode and the transformation of power grid, the qualified rate of voltage can be improved to meet the needs of agricultural modernization and the construction of new countryside for voltage quality. To meet the rapid economic development of modern society and the masses of the people for voltage quality needs.
