深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學在職體育教師培訓現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,國家對政治、經(jīng)濟、文化,環(huán)境等方面的建設愈發(fā)重視,特別是對文化建設尤為關注。眾所周知,深圳市是我國改革開放后第一批打造的經(jīng)濟特區(qū),其科學技術發(fā)展迅猛,教育水平也隨之快速發(fā)展。教育機構對于人才的需求量大,而且要求也越來越高。自從我國新課改實施之后,為了適應現(xiàn)代化體育教學需求,全國各中小學對體育教師的要求不斷嚴格,其體育教師必須擁有嫻熟的專業(yè)技能,扎實的理論知識基礎,豐富的教學方法以及高尚的道德品質(zhì)。體育教師的綜合能力水平直接影響體育教學質(zhì)量,而培訓是體育教師獲取教學知識的主要途徑之一,體育教師培訓也是體育教學的重要組成部分。體育教師在職教育培訓的相關課程設置和建設是對培訓內(nèi)容實用性和針對性的重要體現(xiàn),也是體育教師在培訓過程中具有本質(zhì)性、全面性的問題。本論文以深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學在職體育教師培訓現(xiàn)狀為例,采用文獻資料法、調(diào)查訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,對深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學在職體育教師培訓現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,研究結果如下:1.通過調(diào)查顯示,深圳市作為一線發(fā)達城市,經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對教育具有促進作用,所以深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學校對體育課程比較重視。2.深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學體育教師的教齡結構比較合理,男女比例構成突出,其中大多數(shù)中小學體育教師學歷結構具有一定發(fā)展空間。3.體育教師參加培訓動機明確,他們希望通過自身積極參加培訓提升自我專業(yè)素質(zhì),發(fā)展自我業(yè)務水平。4.深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學校大多數(shù)體育教師認為參加體育培訓效果明顯,培訓教學手段豐富多樣,培訓頻次安排較合理。5.通過調(diào)查,深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學體育教師認為校本課程培訓很有必要,校本課程是學校的辦校特色,由于上層領導對校本課程的理解不足、認識不夠、致使校本課程的培訓得不到重視和發(fā)展。6.通過調(diào)查,深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學體育教師培訓單位或機構培訓前沒有做好相應培訓需求調(diào)查和訪問,致使培訓內(nèi)容實用性、針對性不強。為此,本文提出如下建議:1.培訓機構應在培訓前做好充分的準備,通過訪談或調(diào)查確定培訓的課程設置,在設置課程時應多設置一些以滿足不同學校教師的需求。另外,培訓要分批分項進行,實施校本課程的學?刹捎帽拘sw育教師骨干培訓,或者聘請培訓教師培訓。2.教材的選用上培訓單位一定要引起足夠的重視,培訓單位或省市教育部門應對教材的選擇上嚴格的督查,統(tǒng)一培訓教材,并在選擇教材上針對中小學體育教師教學實際所需設置,例如:編寫校園新型運動項目相關教材等。3.培訓內(nèi)容一定要有實用性、針對性、時代性。對中小學體育教師進行培訓時,培訓內(nèi)容的選擇上應該符合中小學體育教師教授的課程所需。另外,培訓單位也可以發(fā)展一些受廣大中小學生喜愛的新型運動課程內(nèi)容,例如:輪滑、校園舞等。4.建立有效的培訓經(jīng)費保障機制,一方面,中小學體育教師培訓經(jīng)費應該由政府、學校、教師三方承擔。另一方面,培訓教師可以通過留職帶薪休假參加培訓,培訓期間給予報銷和補助,這樣既可以使參加培訓人員珍惜培訓機會,又可以鼓勵教師積極參加培訓,提高培訓效率。5.科學全面的構建與培訓相關的法律法規(guī),并且制定出具有評價性意義的考核制度。通過建立嚴格、有效地的考核方式可以對培訓教師最終培訓效果做出正確的評價,也可以端正培訓教師參加培訓過程的學習態(tài)度,并提升培訓教師參加培訓的積極性。

The number of teachers in primary and middle school sports education structure has certain development space.3. teachers participate in training motivation, they hope that through their own actively participate in training to improve self professional quality, the development of primary and middle schools in Longgang District of Shenzhen city - level.4. business most of the sports teachers think in sports training, training teaching methods varied, training frequency arrangement more reasonable.5. through the investigation, think it is necessary to school-based training for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen District of Longgang City, the school-based curriculum is the school school characteristics, because the top leadership of the school-based curriculum understanding insufficiency, lack of awareness, resulting in school-based curriculum training through investigation and lack of attention to the development of.6., primary and secondary school physical education teachers training units or institutions in Shenzhen Longgang district is not done corresponding training needs survey and access before the training, the training content for practicality.
