【摘要】:隨著我國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步改革發(fā)展,知識、經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化共同發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息新時(shí)代的到來,世界范圍的知識、經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的發(fā)展與競爭也日趨激烈,這也對我國的高等教育提出了新挑戰(zhàn)---“社會需要大量能適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的高層次應(yīng)用型專業(yè)人才”,高等教育在這一背景下的國際競爭中仍趨于領(lǐng)先地位。因此,基于這種理念的指導(dǎo)下,我國體育學(xué)碩士研究生的教育進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的階段,體育學(xué)碩士的實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)就是要以“厚基礎(chǔ)、寬口徑、廣適應(yīng)”的體育專業(yè)人才為培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。在不斷擴(kuò)大的招生規(guī)模趨勢下,我國體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的培養(yǎng)對于提升我國體育學(xué)研究生的教育發(fā)展有著重要意義。本文以哈爾濱體育學(xué)院的2012、2013和2014級體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)方向碩士研究生,以及相關(guān)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師作為本研究的調(diào)查對象。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、分析法、訪談法、調(diào)查法和統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對他們進(jìn)行了關(guān)于“實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)培養(yǎng)方案”的調(diào)查研究,統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析所得到的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果:1.通過在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)培養(yǎng)和學(xué)習(xí),碩士研究生的實(shí)踐能力得到明顯提高:對于相應(yīng)的體育教學(xué)工作和日常體育工作相對熟悉;具有完成體育訓(xùn)練與競賽任務(wù)的能力;在體育賽事的組織、編排與執(zhí)裁能力上也有所提高。表明哈爾濱體育學(xué)院對體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)上的培養(yǎng)力度也在逐年提升。2.實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)在培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容上日漸豐富和全面。從原有的課堂教學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樨S富多樣的實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)。碩士研究生在科研能力方面的培養(yǎng)也在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)中占據(jù)相應(yīng)比例,碩士研究生通過實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的培養(yǎng)可以系統(tǒng)掌握了解體育工作的基本內(nèi)容和豐富其組織形式,從而提高碩士研究生的實(shí)踐能力。3.實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)培養(yǎng)方案體現(xiàn)出系統(tǒng)性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性和科學(xué)性。構(gòu)建實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)過程中對于人、財(cái)、物等方面的資源分配與整合,再到對于碩士研究生實(shí)踐結(jié)果的評定,都保證了碩士研究生在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的各項(xiàng)活動順利進(jìn)行,給予了碩士研究生相對完善的實(shí)踐平臺,有利于碩士研究生實(shí)踐能力的提升。同時(shí),教師隊(duì)伍也得到進(jìn)步。4.實(shí)踐進(jìn)行前,碩士研究生關(guān)于所要實(shí)踐的課程設(shè)置和實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)相對薄弱,難以滿足進(jìn)行實(shí)踐的碩士研究生對實(shí)踐過程中所學(xué)知識和技能的使用。5.實(shí)踐過程中,學(xué)院各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度相對限制了研究生的思想,而被動學(xué)習(xí),未能發(fā)現(xiàn)自我興趣從而得到全方位的發(fā)展,致使“閉門造車”的學(xué)術(shù)現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。6.實(shí)踐末期,學(xué)院考評工作過多側(cè)重于最終的評定結(jié)果,忽視了碩士研究生在實(shí)踐過程中的評價(jià),導(dǎo)致碩士研究生的實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)相對單一、枯燥,缺乏真正意義的實(shí)踐。

This paper takes the direction of physical education and training in Harbin Institute of physical Education in the direction of graduate students in 20122013 and 2014. By using the methods of literature, analysis, interview, investigation and statistics, the author makes an investigation and research on the "training program of practice link". Statistics and analysis of the data and results: 1.
