【摘要】：20世紀(jì)60年代之后,隨著全球性資源短缺、環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn),僅用GDP表征國(guó)家的發(fā)展存在明顯缺陷�；诖诵枰趪�(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算中考慮自然環(huán)境成本,這類研究統(tǒng)稱為綠色GDP核算。本文總結(jié)了基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的第二類綠色GDP核算方法,并引入一種新的核算思路:將直接生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)(DES)的價(jià)值納入GDP核算體系之中。該方法可在一定程度上減小這種重復(fù)計(jì)算的可能性。以武夷山市為例,應(yīng)用這種基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值的綠色GDP核算思路,計(jì)算了武夷山市2005年的綠色GDP。結(jié)果表明,武夷山市第二類綠色GDP的價(jià)值為153.2億元,是當(dāng)年地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的5倍。
[Abstract]:After 1960s, with the emergence of global resource shortage and environmental pollution, there are obvious defects in the use of GDP to characterize the development of a country. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the natural environment cost in national economic accounting. This kind of research is collectively called green GDP accounting. This paper summarizes the second kind of green GDP accounting methods based on ecosystem services. A new accounting idea is introduced: the value of direct ecosystem services (des) is incorporated into the GDP accounting system. This method can reduce the possibility of this kind of double calculation to some extent. Take Wuyishan City as an example, The green GDP accounting method based on ecosystem service value is applied to calculate the green GDP of Wuyishan in 2005. The result shows that the value of the second kind of green GDP in Wuyishan is 15.32 billion yuan, which is 5 times of the GDP of that year.
