【摘要】:長期以來,我國建筑節(jié)能工作均是通過相對參照建筑的節(jié)能率進(jìn)行評價,而現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中并不存在參照建筑,且這種以節(jié)能率衡量建筑節(jié)能的方式無法實(shí)現(xiàn)對建筑節(jié)能的總量控制。為了對建筑能耗進(jìn)行更準(zhǔn)確的定量評估,本文以廣州地區(qū)國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑為研究對象,從建筑全過程節(jié)能管理的角度出發(fā),通過三類定額指標(biāo):負(fù)荷定額指標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)裝機(jī)容量定額指標(biāo)以及累計耗電量定額指標(biāo)對建筑節(jié)能進(jìn)行總量控制。不同的定額指標(biāo)對應(yīng)建筑生命過程的不同階段,并可通過調(diào)整各個階段的設(shè)計因子對建筑節(jié)能實(shí)施優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本文以能耗調(diào)研和能耗模擬兩種方法確定了廣州市國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑的能耗定額指標(biāo),雖然統(tǒng)計樣本容量偏少,但結(jié)合模擬得出來的成果對工程實(shí)踐仍具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。具體來說本文的主要研究工作可以分為以下幾個部分:首先,本文描述了建筑全過程節(jié)能管理的基本概念,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了由負(fù)荷定額指標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)裝機(jī)容量定額指標(biāo)以及累計耗電量定額指標(biāo)組成的能耗定額指標(biāo)體系,并對這三類指標(biāo)分別進(jìn)行了闡述。在明確各定額指標(biāo)的功能作用后,論文對建立定額指標(biāo)體系的必要性以及定額指標(biāo)制定原則進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,重點(diǎn)闡述了項(xiàng)目各個階段各能耗定額指標(biāo)的控制參數(shù)類型及各沖突優(yōu)化策略;其次,為掌握建筑能耗水平,了解實(shí)際用能情況,本文以廣州市13棟國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑為調(diào)研對象,統(tǒng)計了其在2013年~2015年的總耗電量。經(jīng)過對原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性和有效性檢查,得到了良好的數(shù)據(jù)樣本,并利用Origin軟件對新樣本進(jìn)行了正態(tài)性檢驗(yàn)。通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析方法對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理后,得出樣本的平均值為54.87kWh/(m~2·a),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為36.87kWh/(m~2·a),為后文編制定額表提供實(shí)際參考依據(jù);在《公共建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB-50189-2015)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果及前人研究成果,對主要功能房間的空調(diào)、照明、設(shè)備作息模式進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,并利用DeST軟件模擬了四種常見建筑體型的機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑。通過模擬得出的全年逐時冷負(fù)荷,分別計算了不同體型建筑在風(fēng)機(jī)盤管+新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和多聯(lián)機(jī)系統(tǒng)兩種不同空調(diào)系統(tǒng)形式下的各能耗指標(biāo)值,利用平均值法最終確定廣州市國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑的冷負(fù)荷定額指標(biāo)QL為146W/m~2,累計耗冷量定額指標(biāo)QC為120kWh/m~2,空調(diào)系統(tǒng)裝機(jī)容量定額指標(biāo)QA為50W/m~2;最后,本文在分析廣州市目前的節(jié)能技術(shù)水平以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的前提條件下,確定了適用于制定廣州地區(qū)國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑累計耗電量指標(biāo)的研究方法——定額水平法,并合理設(shè)定了新建國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑和既有國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑的定額水平分別為0.3、0.2。結(jié)合調(diào)研能耗數(shù)據(jù)和模擬能耗數(shù)據(jù),最終得出廣州市新建國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑和既有國家機(jī)關(guān)辦公建筑的累計耗電量定額指標(biāo)分別為82kWh/(m~2·a)、90kWh/(m~2·a)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the work of building energy saving in our country has been evaluated by relative reference building energy saving rate, but in real life there is no reference building. In order to evaluate the energy consumption of buildings more accurately and quantitatively, this paper takes the office buildings of state organs in Guangzhou as the research object. From the point of view of energy saving management in the whole construction process, through three kinds of quota index: load quota index, The system installed capacity quota index and the accumulative power consumption quota index carry on the total control to the building energy saving. The different quota index corresponds to the different stage of the building life process, The energy consumption quota index of office buildings in Guangzhou is determined by means of energy consumption investigation and energy consumption simulation, although the statistical sample capacity is small. The main research work of this paper can be divided into the following parts: firstly, this paper describes the basic concept of energy saving management in the whole construction process. On this basis, the energy consumption quota index system is put forward, which is composed of load quota index, system installed capacity quota index and accumulative power consumption quota index. After clarifying the function of each quota index, the necessity of establishing quota index system and the principle of establishing quota index are analyzed in detail. The control parameter types and conflict optimization strategies of each energy consumption quota index in each stage of the project are expounded emphatically. Secondly, in order to grasp the energy consumption level of building, to understand the actual energy use situation, The total power consumption of 13 state office buildings in Guangzhou from 2013 to 2015 is calculated. After checking the stability and validity of the original data, a good data sample is obtained. The results show that the average value of the sample is 54.87 kW / m ~ 2 路a / a, and the standard deviation is 36.87 kW / / / m ~ (2) 路a ~ (-1), which provides a practical reference basis for the later work out of the quota table by using the Origin software to test the normality of the new sample, and the statistical analysis method is used to analyze and process the sample data. On the basis of GB-50189-2015), combined with the research results and previous research results, the air conditioning, lighting and equipment working and rest modes of main functional rooms are adjusted. By using DeST software, four kinds of office buildings with common building shapes are simulated. The hourly cooling load is obtained by simulation. The energy consumption index values of different types of buildings under two different types of air conditioning systems, Fan-Coil Unit fresh Air system and Multi-on-line system, are calculated respectively. The average value method is used to determine the cooling load quota QL is 146W / mm2, the accumulative consumption quota QC is 120kWh/ mm2, and the air conditioning system installed capacity quota QA is 50W / mm2; finally, Based on the analysis of the technological level of energy saving and the prerequisite of economic development in Guangzhou, this paper determines the research method of quota level, which is suitable for formulating the accumulative power consumption index of office buildings in Guangzhou. And reasonably set the quota level of new state office building and existing state office building is 0.3 / 0.2.Combined with the energy consumption data and simulated energy consumption data, Finally, it is concluded that the accumulative power consumption quota index of the new and existing state office buildings in Guangzhou is 82 kWh-1 / 2 路a ~ (-1) and 90 kW / / m ~ 2 路a ~ (-1), respectively.
