澳門半島高密度城區(qū)綠視率評價指標研究

【摘要】:城市既有自然屬性又有社會經(jīng)濟屬性,是高度人工化的環(huán)境。城市綠地對城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展有重要價值,既是城市自然要素的重要組成部分,又是社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要生態(tài)基礎(chǔ)。隨著城市化的快速推進,會不可避免出現(xiàn)高密度城市和城區(qū),如何科學評價和指導(dǎo)高密度城區(qū)的綠化建設(shè),這是亟待解決的問題。文章運用綠視率的計量方法,對典型的高密度城市地區(qū)澳門半島進行充分調(diào)研。主要研究包括:綠視率相關(guān)理論研究和國外先進的綠視率計量方法和研究方向;高密度城區(qū)綠視率指標等級劃分;澳門半島綠視率現(xiàn)狀評價;綠視率影響因子分析和一般規(guī)律總結(jié),以及綠視率提升策略研究與示范性設(shè)計。主要的結(jié)論有:(1)當綠視率低于7%時,市民對城市綠化建設(shè)感到非常不滿;綠視率在7%-15%之間時,市民認為城市環(huán)境綠化建設(shè)較差;綠視率高于15%時,綠化建設(shè)達到“合格”并讓市民感覺良好;綠視率高于30%時,市民對環(huán)境綠化建設(shè)感到滿意。(2)通過分析澳門半島城區(qū)綠視率數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),城區(qū)綠視率數(shù)據(jù)整體合格,呈現(xiàn)南北高,中間低分布;觀測點,觀察區(qū)域之間綠視率變化較大;街區(qū)綠視率連續(xù)性差歷史街區(qū)綠視率不高。(3)統(tǒng)計觀測點周邊的可能對綠視率造成影響的因子的信息,如綠地率、綠化覆蓋率、人口密度、建筑密度、喬木數(shù)量等。利用SPSS19.0軟件分析這些因子與平均綠視率之間的相關(guān)性。數(shù)據(jù)反映喬木數(shù)量、植物類型對于綠視率的影響較大。植物的組合程度越豐富,綠視率越高。(4)綠視率提升策略研究與示范性設(shè)計。提出澳門半島綠視率提升潛力,提升目標和可操作性較強的提升途徑。其中綠視率提升途徑包括:①城市綠化整體性建設(shè);②剩余空間精細化建綠;③城建綠化協(xié)同性推進;④立體綠化廣泛化發(fā)展;⑤街區(qū)綠化公共性拓展;⑥綠化質(zhì)量規(guī)范化管控。最后將總結(jié)得到的提升方法應(yīng)用到澳門半島實際場地中,進行示范性優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)在:以澳門半島高密度城區(qū)為研究對象,探索高密度城區(qū)綠視率計量方法,重點研究綠視率指標等級劃分依據(jù)和綠視率的影響因子,提出高密度城區(qū)綠視率提升潛力和途徑,填補國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的空白。
[Abstract]:As a highly artificial environment, urban green space is of great value to urban construction and development, and is an important part of urban natural elements. With the rapid development of urbanization, there will inevitably be high-density cities and urban areas, how to scientifically evaluate and guide the greening construction of high-density urban areas. This is an urgent problem to be solved. A full survey of the typical high-density urban area of Macau Peninsula is carried out. The main research includes: the related theory of green visual rate and the advanced measurement methods and research direction of green vision rate abroad; High density urban green visual rate index classification; Evaluation of the present situation of green vision rate in Macao Peninsula; The factor analysis and general rule summary of green visual rate, as well as the study and demonstration design of green vision enhancement strategy. The main conclusion is: 1) when the green vision rate is lower than 7%, the main conclusion is: 1) when the green visual rate is lower than 7%, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. The public are very dissatisfied with the construction of urban greening; When the green vision rate is between 7% and 15%, the public think that the urban environmental greening construction is poor; When the green view rate is higher than 15, the green construction will be "qualified" and the public will feel good; When the green vision rate is higher than 30%, the citizens are satisfied with the environmental greening construction. (2) by analyzing the green visual rate data of the Macao Peninsula urban area, it is found that the green vision rate data of the urban area is qualified as a whole, showing the north and south high and the middle low distribution; At observation points, the green visual rate varies greatly between observed areas. The green visual rate of the historical block is not high. (3) the information of the factors that may affect the green vision rate around the observation point, such as green space rate, green coverage rate, population density, building density. SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between these factors and the average green visual rate. The data reflected the number of trees. The higher the combination degree of plants, the higher the green visual rate. (4) the study and demonstration design of green vision enhancement strategy. The potential of green vision enhancement in Macao Peninsula is put forward. Among them, the way to improve the green vision rate includes the integral construction of urban greening at 1: 1; 2the remaining space is fine and green; (3) Synergetic advance of urban greening; (4) extensive development of stereoscopic greening; (5) the public development of greening in blocks; 6. Standardized control of greening quality. Finally, the improved method is applied to the actual site of Macao Peninsula. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in: take the high-density urban area of Macao Peninsula as the research object, explore the measurement method of green visual rate in high-density urban area. This paper focuses on the classification of the green visual rate index and the influencing factors of the green vision rate, and puts forward the potentialities and ways to improve the green vision rate in the high-density urban area to fill in the blank of the relevant research in China.
