互動導向、關(guān)系學習與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟時代,科技的快速進步與產(chǎn)品生命周期的不斷縮短,全球化、自由化帶來更大的競爭壓力,企業(yè)如何快速有效地獲取知識,以應變快速變化的市場需求,已成為建立與維持持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的重要課題。企業(yè)為了能維持持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢,一是發(fā)展出新的知識,二是從外部獲得新知識。知識轉(zhuǎn)移作為企業(yè)間分享、傳遞知識的一個過程,若能成功將知識轉(zhuǎn)移從某一方轉(zhuǎn)移至另一方,且吸收的一方能有效地吸收時,才能實現(xiàn)有效的知識轉(zhuǎn)移,進而提升了企業(yè)的持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢。本研究對互動導向、關(guān)系學習與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效等核心概念進行了述評,在此基礎上構(gòu)建了互動導向、關(guān)系學習與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的理論模型,從互動導向?qū)﹃P(guān)系學習的影響、關(guān)系學習對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的影響、互動導向?qū)χR轉(zhuǎn)移績效的影響3個方面提出了18個假設,對珠江三角洲地區(qū)的企業(yè)進行了問卷調(diào)查,收回225分有效問卷,統(tǒng)計結(jié)果支持本研究提出的18個假設。就互動導向、關(guān)系學習與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效3個核心概念自身而言,本研究得出以下4個結(jié)論:(1)互動導向?qū)﹃P(guān)系學習具有正向影響;(2)關(guān)系學習對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有正向影響;(3)互動導向?qū)χR轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有正向影響;(4)關(guān)系學習在互動導向?qū)χR轉(zhuǎn)移績效的影響中起到部分中介作用。總體上看,本研究可以做出如下的理論貢獻:首先,把互動導向理論的相關(guān)觀點與關(guān)系學習相結(jié)合,用于探討互動導向與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的關(guān)系,彌補了以往研究在互動導向?qū)﹃P(guān)系學習的解釋力;其次,依據(jù)學習的相關(guān)理論整合了企業(yè)間的關(guān)系學習的理論框架,為學術(shù)界全面理解現(xiàn)有研究成果之間的邏輯關(guān)系提供了參考,為后續(xù)研究在一個完整框架內(nèi)展開進行了鋪墊;第三,綜合應用了服務主導邏輯理論與知識轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)理論,構(gòu)建和驗證了互動導向、關(guān)系學習與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的理論模型,理清并深化了各變量之間的關(guān)系及應用范疇,為學者們基于理論整合的視角探討知識轉(zhuǎn)移的相關(guān)問題提供了新的思路。根據(jù)本研究統(tǒng)計分析的檢驗結(jié)果,歸納出下列的結(jié)論與建議:(1)拓寬并加強進行關(guān)系學習的范圍;(2)建立良好的互動導向機制;(3)把知識轉(zhuǎn)移置于企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的首要位置。由此推動企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)移的績效,推進企業(yè)提升其核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the rapid progress of science and technology and the continuous shortening of product life cycle, globalization and liberalization bring greater competitive pressure, how to quickly and effectively acquire knowledge. The rapid change of market demand has become an important issue to establish and maintain the sustainable competitive advantage. In order to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage, the first is to develop new knowledge. The second is to acquire new knowledge from outside. Knowledge transfer is a process of sharing and transferring knowledge among enterprises, if the transfer of knowledge can be successfully transferred from one side to the other, and the absorbing party can effectively absorb it. In order to achieve effective knowledge transfer, and then enhance the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. This study reviews the core concepts of interaction orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance. On this basis, this paper constructs a theoretical model of interactive orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance, from the interactive direction to the impact of relationship learning, relationship learning on the performance of knowledge transfer. This paper puts forward 18 hypotheses on the effect of interaction orientation on the performance of knowledge transfer, and carries out a questionnaire survey on firms in the Pearl River Delta region, retrieving 225 valid questionnaires. The statistical results support the 18 hypotheses put forward in this study. In terms of interaction orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance, the three core concepts are themselves. This study draws the following four conclusions: (1) interaction orientation has a positive effect on relationship learning; 2) relationship learning has a positive effect on knowledge transfer performance; 3) Interactive orientation has a positive impact on knowledge transfer performance; 4) relationship learning plays an intermediary role in the influence of interaction orientation on the performance of knowledge transfer. Generally speaking, this study can make the following theoretical contributions: first of all. This paper combines the related viewpoints of interactive guidance theory with relational learning to explore the relationship between interactive orientation and knowledge transfer performance, which makes up for the explanatory power of previous studies in interactive orientation to relational learning. Secondly, the theoretical framework of inter-firm relationship learning is integrated according to the relevant theories of learning, which provides a reference for the academic circles to fully understand the logical relationship between the existing research results. For the follow-up study in a complete framework to carry out the groundwork; Thirdly, the theory of service-oriented logic and knowledge transfer is applied synthetically, and the theoretical model of interactive orientation, relational learning and knowledge transfer performance is constructed and validated. It clarifies and deepens the relationship between variables and their application categories, which provides a new way of thinking for scholars to discuss the related problems of knowledge transfer from the perspective of theoretical integration. According to the test results of statistical analysis of this study. Summarize the following conclusions and suggestions: 1) broaden and strengthen the scope of relationship learning; (2) establishing a good interactive guiding mechanism; 3) putting knowledge transfer in the primary position of enterprise management, thus promoting the performance of enterprise knowledge transfer and promoting enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.
