【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,貿(mào)易自由化與國際運(yùn)輸市場也在不斷發(fā)展,為促進(jìn)國內(nèi)港口發(fā)展,增加港口的國際競爭力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展力,完成全部相關(guān)港口業(yè)務(wù)的電子化的無縫銜接,港口信息化研究成為學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。但目前港口信息化研究只局限于微觀的角度,以各個(gè)獨(dú)立的港口企業(yè)的信息化程度為研究對象,較為缺乏從中觀的角度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析。本文致力于解決這一研究現(xiàn)狀,采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量方法,分析港口信息化行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,為港口企業(yè)的管理和運(yùn)營提供理論支撐。本文首先研究了國內(nèi)外港口信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀以及對比現(xiàn)存的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析軟件的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),然后對本文所應(yīng)用的相關(guān)理論方法和技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,針對本文中的關(guān)鍵問題提出了解決方案。其次,本文通過對文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析數(shù)據(jù)來源以及所需數(shù)據(jù)要求,進(jìn)而形成港口信息化文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的需求分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建以Java EE平臺為基礎(chǔ),采取C/S結(jié)構(gòu)與B/S結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了港口信息化文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,運(yùn)用該系統(tǒng)對以"港口信息化"為主題詞的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證測試,并對該結(jié)果進(jìn)行了處理和文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析,進(jìn)而證明該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性以及運(yùn)用相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析研究的可行性。本文完成的研究工作及成果可以概括如下:開發(fā)港口信息化文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量系統(tǒng);建立港口信息化詞庫;基于系統(tǒng)處理數(shù)據(jù),對港口信息化的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析,并得出港口信息化研究的三大知識群,包括港口信息化管理的主要功能、港口信息化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略管理、港口信息化建設(shè)的主要技術(shù);不同時(shí)期的港口信息化的發(fā)展趨勢特征等。本文的創(chuàng)新性主要體現(xiàn)在基于文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量的分析方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,并首次運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析方法研究港口信息化這一領(lǐng)域,為該領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者和相關(guān)人員提供可靠的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic globalization, trade liberalization and international transportation market are also developing. In order to promote the development of domestic ports, increase the international competitiveness and sustainable development of ports. To complete the seamless connection of all relevant port business electronization, port information research has become a hot issue for scholars. But at present, the research of port information is only limited to the micro perspective. Taking the informationization degree of each independent port enterprise as the research object, it is lack of systematic analysis from the perspective of meso. This paper is devoted to solve the present situation of this research. This paper analyzes the present situation of port information industry by using qualitative and quantitative methods of literature measurement. For the management and operation of port enterprises to provide theoretical support. Firstly, this paper studies the status quo of port information construction at home and abroad and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing literature econometric analysis software. Then the relevant theoretical methods and techniques used in this paper are studied, and the solution to the key problems in this paper is put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the sources of data and the required data requirements through bibliometric analysis. On the basis of the requirement analysis of document measurement system of port informatization, this paper constructs the C / S structure and B / S structure based on Java EE platform. The design and implementation of the document measurement system of port informatization is realized. Finally, the paper uses the system to test the literature data with "port informatization" as the theme word. The results were processed and the literature was analyzed. Then it proves the rationality of the system design and the feasibility of using the relevant literature metrological analysis. The research work and results can be summarized as follows: develop the port information document measurement system; The establishment of the port information lexicon; Based on the data processing of the system, this paper analyzes the literature of port informatization, and obtains three knowledge groups of port informatization research, including the main functions of port information management and the strategic management of port informatization construction. The main technology of port information construction; The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the construction of data processing system based on the analysis method of literature measurement. It is the first time to use qualitative and quantitative methods to study the field of port informatization, which provides a reliable reference for scholars and related personnel in this field.
