【摘要】：目的:采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法和信息可視化技術(shù),通過(guò)分析我國(guó)臨床護(hù)理基金論文,全面、系統(tǒng)了解當(dāng)前臨床護(hù)理基金論文發(fā)文現(xiàn)狀、科研倫理審查、基金資助、地區(qū)分布、作者及機(jī)構(gòu)合作等情況,并直觀地呈現(xiàn)臨床護(hù)理研究熱點(diǎn)、前沿及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為我國(guó)學(xué)者今后進(jìn)行臨床護(hù)理研究提供參考。數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源:中文數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源:選取2015年版《中國(guó)科技期刊引證報(bào)告(核心板)》中包括的12種護(hù)理核心期刊2012-2016年刊載的臨床護(hù)理基金論文共7742篇,作為中文數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,逐篇閱讀統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。外文數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源:以2015-2016年Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄我國(guó)大陸作者發(fā)表的127篇臨床護(hù)理論文(其中40篇基金論文)為外文數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,獲取題錄信息。方法:1.文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法匯總2015-2016年中文及外文臨床護(hù)理基金文獻(xiàn)信息,對(duì)載文量、期刊來(lái)源、基金資助數(shù)量及來(lái)源、作者人數(shù)、地區(qū)分布、機(jī)構(gòu)性質(zhì)、單位合作、作者學(xué)歷、職稱(chēng)、論文性質(zhì)、論文類(lèi)型、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法、引文數(shù)量、引文類(lèi)型、引文語(yǔ)種、引文學(xué)科分布、被引頻次及科研倫理審查情況等信息通過(guò)人工逐一仔細(xì)閱讀論文后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),將數(shù)據(jù)錄入Excel進(jìn)行匯總。2.詞頻分析法對(duì)文獻(xiàn)中的關(guān)鍵詞在相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)中出現(xiàn)的頻次進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),通過(guò)頻次高低確定臨床護(hù)理研究領(lǐng)域熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。3.可視化技術(shù)利用CiteSpace軟件對(duì)納入的2012-2016年中文臨床護(hù)理基金論文繪制科學(xué)知識(shí)圖譜,分析作者、機(jī)構(gòu)合作情況及臨床護(hù)理領(lǐng)域研究熱點(diǎn)與前沿。結(jié)果:文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析結(jié)果:2015-2016年間,12種護(hù)理核心期刊共刊載臨床護(hù)理論文9035篇,其中基金論文3590篇。wos數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄我國(guó)大陸作者發(fā)表臨床護(hù)理論文127篇,其中基金論文40篇。中文基金論文數(shù)量、基金論文比逐年增長(zhǎng),基金論文比平均值為0.397。外文基金論文數(shù)量有所下降,基金論文比平均值為0.315。臨床護(hù)理基金論文比前三位的期刊為《護(hù)理研究》、《中華護(hù)理雜志》和《護(hù)理學(xué)報(bào)》,基金論文比分別為0.556、0.518和0.516。外文基金論文分布在22種期刊,其中《journalofclinicalnursing》刊文量最多,達(dá)8篇。中外文基金論文均以單項(xiàng)資助為主,所占比例分別為84.76%和57.50%,其中單項(xiàng)基金資助來(lái)源均以省(直轄市)級(jí)為主。中文基金論文性質(zhì)以量性研究(76.16%)為主,質(zhì)性研究逐漸增多;論文類(lèi)型多為臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)(49.08%),應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法比例有所增加,統(tǒng)計(jì)處理多為統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷(77.27%);以人為研究對(duì)象的中文基金論文中,未提及任何有關(guān)倫理審查內(nèi)容的論文占48.00%,其中臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)論文、調(diào)查類(lèi)論文未提及倫理審查相關(guān)內(nèi)容論文分別占46.31%和51.56%。中文基金論文引文量逐年增加,篇均引文量14.58條/篇,但不足外文基金論文引文條數(shù)(32.03條/篇)的一半,引文語(yǔ)種以中文為主(占60.75%),外文引文數(shù)量有增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),引文學(xué)科來(lái)源主要為護(hù)理學(xué)(占55.36%),其余學(xué)科類(lèi)型引文逐漸增多,引文類(lèi)型多為期刊,合作課題論文篇均被引頻次最高(0.441次/篇)。中文基金論文作者以4人合作為多,篇均作者數(shù)為4.26人/篇,外文基金論文以6人合作為多,篇均作者數(shù)6.05人/篇,作者間合作均主要為同一機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)合作;中文基金論文作者地區(qū)分布在31個(gè)地區(qū),發(fā)文量排在前五位的地區(qū)為江蘇(14.07%)、廣東(13.40%)、上海(12.59%)、北京(7.13%)和浙江(6.77%),外文基金論文分布在14個(gè)地區(qū),發(fā)文量排在前五位的地區(qū)為江蘇(15.00%)、湖南(15.00%)、香港(15.00%)、廣東(10.00%)、北京(10.00%);從論文機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)看,中文基金論文多為醫(yī)學(xué)院校附屬醫(yī)院(47.05%),外文多為醫(yī)學(xué)院校(65.00%)。中文基金論文作者學(xué)歷以本科為主(56.77%),職稱(chēng)多為中級(jí)職稱(chēng)(43.44%)�？梢暬治鼋Y(jié)果:臨床護(hù)理領(lǐng)域發(fā)文作者存在較多合作群,除以胡雁、蔣琪霞、王維利為中心三個(gè)規(guī)模較大的合作群外,作者合作多為本單位內(nèi)或醫(yī)學(xué)院校與其附屬醫(yī)院間的合作,機(jī)構(gòu)間合作不密切,多為同省市內(nèi)合作。臨床護(hù)理領(lǐng)域熱點(diǎn)集中在四個(gè)方面:熱點(diǎn)研究人群包括老年人、新生兒和早產(chǎn)兒;熱點(diǎn)疾病研究包括心腦血管疾病、糖尿病、乳腺癌、艾滋病和呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病;護(hù)理干預(yù)研究熱點(diǎn)為循證護(hù)理、心理護(hù)理、健康教育、康復(fù)護(hù)理、延續(xù)護(hù)理;其他熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容主要為對(duì)病人更關(guān)注其生活質(zhì)量、依從性、自我管理、自我效能、社會(huì)支持方面的內(nèi)容。臨床護(hù)理研究前沿緊緊圍繞中醫(yī)護(hù)理、呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)肺炎的防治與護(hù)理、新技術(shù)的配合護(hù)理三部分展開(kāi)研究。結(jié)論:臨床護(hù)理基金論文數(shù)量及比例均呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),但基金來(lái)源多為單項(xiàng)資助。臨床護(hù)理領(lǐng)域發(fā)文作者地區(qū)分布不均,綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力強(qiáng)的地區(qū)發(fā)文量多。作者間存在較多合作群,但多為同一單位內(nèi)或醫(yī)學(xué)院校與其附屬醫(yī)院間的合作,機(jī)構(gòu)間合作不密切,跨地區(qū)、省市合作規(guī)模不大。護(hù)理人員吸收相關(guān)學(xué)科、領(lǐng)域信息能力較前增強(qiáng),但臨床護(hù)理基金論文倫理審查狀況不容樂(lè)觀。臨床護(hù)理研究?jī)?nèi)容豐富、涵蓋面廣,熱點(diǎn)與前沿緊扣臨床護(hù)理需求。
[Abstract]:Objective: using bibliometric method and information visualization technology, through the analysis of China's clinical care fund papers, comprehensive, systematic understanding of the current status of clinical nursing fund papers, distribution of research ethics review, funding, and cooperation between authors and institutions, and visualize the research focus of clinical nursing, frontier and development trends, to provide the reference for Chinese scholars in clinical nursing research.
