基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的公安車控平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,中國的計算機技術(shù)飛速進步,自2008年起,為促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟增長點,我國開始加大力度發(fā)展物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)。2009年8月,溫家寶在“告知中國”講話中,更是將我國物聯(lián)網(wǎng)領域的研究和應用開發(fā)推向了高潮。時至今日,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)已將IT技術(shù)運用到了各行各業(yè)中。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為核心,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的基礎上,除了實現(xiàn)人與人之間的信息交換和通信外,還應可以實現(xiàn)人與物以及物與物之間的信息交換和通信。中國是一個人口大國,電動自行車價格便宜,出行方便,是當今人們的主要交通工具之一。但是由于電動自行車數(shù)量龐大,登記不全,盜竊案時有發(fā)生,且破案難度大,因此,一款對電動自行車及行集中管控的軟件非常必要。公安物聯(lián)網(wǎng)就是通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)自動采集特定“人、車、物、事件”信息,通過信息融合與智能分析,實現(xiàn)動態(tài)管控與綜合應用,構(gòu)建智慧型警務模式,提高打、防、管、控和快速應急處置的能力。公安車控平臺將利用公安物聯(lián)網(wǎng),通過“以卡管車”,實現(xiàn)對轄區(qū)內(nèi)電動車的控制和管理。公安車控平臺通過各基站、移動稽查終端以及手執(zhí)搜索機等設備獲取數(shù)據(jù),通過這些數(shù)據(jù)來實現(xiàn)對電動車的查詢、電動車軌跡的查詢、基站的設置與管理,車輛的偵控以及數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計。該平臺旨在建立起電動自行車登記管理的長效機制,建立電動自行車防控網(wǎng)絡,有效的保護人民群眾的財產(chǎn)安全,以及通過采集電動自行車的軌跡信息,為案件偵破提供信息支撐。在系統(tǒng)的功能方面,將使用UML對系統(tǒng)功能和流程進行設計,使用J2EE對系統(tǒng)功能進行編碼開發(fā)并使用struts+spring+hibernate的開發(fā)框架。在系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫方面,將使用E-R圖對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行設計并使用Oracle對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)投入使用后,將整合該轄區(qū)的電動自行車管理工作,對該轄區(qū)的電動自行車進行實時監(jiān)控,幫助解決該轄區(qū)的電動自行車管理和車輛防盜等工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's computer technology has made rapid progress. Since 2008, in order to promote economic development and economic growth, China began to strengthen the development of the Internet of things industry. August 2009. Wen Jiabao, in his "informing China" speech, has pushed the research and application development in the field of the Internet of things to a climax in China to this day. Internet of things has applied IT technology to various industries. Internet of things is based on the Internet of things, in addition to the realization of information exchange and communication between people. It should also be possible to exchange and communicate information between people and things and between things and things. China is a large country with a large population. Electric bicycles are cheap and easy to travel. Nowadays, it is one of the main means of transportation. However, because of the large number of electric bicycles, incomplete registration, theft cases occur from time to time, and it is difficult to solve the cases. A software for electric bicycle and line centralized control is very necessary. The Internet of things (IOT) is to automatically collect specific "people, cars, objects, events" information through the Internet of things technology, through information fusion and intelligent analysis. Realizing dynamic control and comprehensive application, constructing intelligent policing mode, improving the ability of attacking, preventing, managing, controlling and dealing with emergency quickly. The vehicle control platform of public security will use the internet of things of public security and pass the "car with card". To achieve the control and management of electric vehicles in the area. The public security vehicle control platform through the base stations, mobile inspection terminals and hand-held search machines and other equipment to obtain data, through these data to achieve the query of electric vehicles. The platform aims to set up a long-term mechanism for the registration and management of electric bicycles and to establish an electric bicycle prevention and control network for the purpose of querying and managing the tracks of electric vehicles, setting up and managing base stations, detecting and controlling vehicles and statistics of data. It can effectively protect the property safety of the people and provide information support for the case detection by collecting the track information of the electric bicycle. UML will be used to design system functions and processes. Using J2EE to code and develop the system function and using the development framework of struts spring hibernate. In the system database. E-R diagram will be used to design the database and Oracle will be used to develop the database. After the system is put into use, the management of the electric bicycle will be integrated. Real-time monitoring of electric bikes in this area, help to solve the area of electric bicycle management and vehicle theft and other work.
