乘用車制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)性研究

【摘要】:隨著消費(fèi)者經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷上升,人們對(duì)車輛操縱性能的要求也不斷提高,而作為操縱性能中十分重要的制動(dòng)感覺也越來越受到大家的重視。針對(duì)大家關(guān)注的制動(dòng)感覺性能,論文通過人,車,環(huán)境三個(gè)方面針對(duì)性的提出了制動(dòng)感覺的試驗(yàn)規(guī)范,評(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過專業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)人員的評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與客觀實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,量化到具體的車輛客觀實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),形成具體的制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)方法,幫助生產(chǎn)廠商在設(shè)計(jì)之初就能夠充分考慮車輛的制動(dòng)感覺,為滿足消費(fèi)者使用需求提供理論指導(dǎo)。論文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)及相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了客觀參數(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)主觀評(píng)價(jià)的制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過實(shí)車實(shí)驗(yàn)及臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)獲取包括制動(dòng)踏板力,制動(dòng)踏板行程,制動(dòng)減速度,制動(dòng)盤溫度,制動(dòng)過程速度差,制動(dòng)噪聲等在內(nèi)大量實(shí)時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過高階傅里葉數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,把實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中出現(xiàn)的一些雜亂且不符合實(shí)際的隨機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)剔除并且將剩余數(shù)據(jù)用數(shù)學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行仿真擬合,從而反映數(shù)據(jù)的變化規(guī)律。考慮到制動(dòng)盤與摩擦片之間的接觸關(guān)系受到材料屬性,環(huán)境溫度,環(huán)境濕度等因素的影響,使得研究兩者之間的接觸關(guān)系變得十分復(fù)雜。通過力學(xué)分析的方法,建立盤式制動(dòng)器的力學(xué)簡化模型,通過采用線性彈簧來模擬兩者接觸表面受力的方法來對(duì)制動(dòng)噪聲的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行研究。最后,結(jié)合所獲取的擬合曲線以及對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,結(jié)合專業(yè)制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)人員的主觀評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行研究分析,分別設(shè)立評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),探討制動(dòng)噪聲發(fā)生規(guī)律。特別的,通過將城市制動(dòng)工況分為城市擁堵工況,城市一般工況,城市郊區(qū)工況,城市環(huán)線高速工況這四種工況進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,同時(shí)提出了使用制動(dòng)負(fù)荷指數(shù)來反映制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及城市交通工況的工作強(qiáng)度。在研究制動(dòng)感覺的過程中,主要使用制動(dòng)踏板力,制動(dòng)踏板行程,制動(dòng)減速度等來對(duì)工況進(jìn)行描述和分析,并以此為車輛制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)工作參數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)而提出城市制動(dòng)工況下,車輛參數(shù)所需要達(dá)到的制動(dòng)感覺水平,為車輛的達(dá)標(biāo)測試提供相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),針對(duì)城市工況下制動(dòng)噪聲的產(chǎn)生時(shí)段,對(duì)應(yīng)制動(dòng)盤溫度,噪聲自身的頻率和分貝大小進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,通過臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)結(jié)合相關(guān)工況,最后建立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)工況及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)范和制動(dòng)噪聲評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),達(dá)到實(shí)現(xiàn)乘用車制動(dòng)感覺評(píng)價(jià)的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic strength of consumers, people's requirements for vehicle handling performance are also increasing. As a very important braking performance, braking sensation is paid more and more attention. Three aspects of the environment targeted to put forward the braking feeling test norms, evaluation methods and evaluation criteria. Through the professional evaluation experience and objective experimental data comparison. Quantification to the specific vehicle objective experimental parameters to form a specific braking feeling evaluation method to help manufacturers in the early design can fully consider the braking feeling of the vehicle. In order to meet the needs of consumers to provide theoretical guidance. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign braking feeling evaluation and related research on the basis. Using objective parameters corresponding to subjective evaluation of braking sensation evaluation method. Through real vehicle experiments and bench tests, including brake pedal force, brake pedal stroke, braking deceleration, brake disc temperature. A lot of real time experimental data, such as braking speed difference, braking noise and so on, are obtained by high order Fourier data statistic method. Some random data which appear in the experiment process are eliminated and the remaining data are simulated by mathematical statistical method. Considering that the contact relationship between brake disc and friction disc is affected by material property, environment temperature, environmental humidity and so on. The study of the contact relationship between the two becomes very complicated. Through the method of mechanical analysis, the simplified mechanical model of disc brake is established. By using the linear spring to simulate the force on the two contact surfaces to study the generation of braking noise. Finally, combining with the obtained fitting curve and the corresponding database. Combined with the subjective evaluation of professional brake sensation evaluators, the test results were studied and analyzed, and the evaluation criteria were set up, respectively, to discuss the regularity of brake noise. By dividing the braking conditions into four conditions: urban congestion conditions, urban general conditions, suburban conditions, high-speed conditions of the urban loop to classify and analyze the four conditions. At the same time, the braking load index is used to reflect the working intensity of braking system and urban traffic conditions. In the process of studying the braking feeling, the brake pedal force and brake pedal stroke are mainly used. Braking deceleration and so on to describe and analyze the working conditions, and as a vehicle braking system working parameters evaluation index, and then put forward the city braking conditions, vehicle parameters need to reach the level of braking sensation. At the same time, according to the brake noise generation period, corresponding brake disc temperature, noise frequency and decibel size statistical analysis. Through the bench test combined with the related working conditions, the standard test conditions, the relevant experimental specifications and the brake noise evaluation standards are established at last, so as to achieve the purpose of passenger vehicle braking sensation evaluation.
