【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的普遍現(xiàn)象,隨著學(xué)者們對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟研究的不斷深入,理論研究逐漸與實證研究相結(jié)合,重心模型也被引入分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異,從而揭示經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的規(guī)律和機制。近年來,國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者基于經(jīng)濟重心理論,利用經(jīng)濟重心模型,對不同研究尺度的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異進行分析,取得了豐碩的研究成果。河南省地處中原,承東啟西,作為人口和經(jīng)濟大省,省內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟有較大的差異。為客觀了解河南省區(qū)域發(fā)展差異,正確評價改革開放以來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的趨勢,促進河南省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,本文分析了改革開放以來河南省各地市對經(jīng)濟重心遷移的影響,在總結(jié)經(jīng)濟重心遷移規(guī)律的同時,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟政策的歷史變遷進行了研究。本文在參閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對文獻的研究分析,以經(jīng)濟地理學(xué)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)等為基礎(chǔ),收集河南省統(tǒng)計年鑒數(shù)據(jù),采用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟重心模型,以河南省18個地級市為研究單元。對河南省1978—2013年經(jīng)濟重心的空間遷移軌跡進行細致分析,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)1978—2013年河南省經(jīng)濟重心位于幾何重心北部,整體由南向北移動,緯向移動距離比經(jīng)向移動更大。(2)經(jīng)過研究經(jīng)濟重心遷移軌跡,以1985年、1996年、2002年作為節(jié)點,分四段對遷移軌跡進行分階段研究。(3)1978—1985年,從經(jīng)濟總量上看,鄭州市和南陽市位于河南省前列,而河南省經(jīng)濟重心經(jīng)向移動距離遠大于緯向移動距離,經(jīng)過分析各地級市的經(jīng)向經(jīng)濟重心指數(shù),得出周口市和商丘市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是這一時期重心遷移的主要驅(qū)動力。(4)1986—1996年,鄭州市在河南省經(jīng)濟總量的占比從10.88%上升13.42%,以鄭州、洛陽等市為中心的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶是這一時期河南省經(jīng)濟重心遷移的主要因素。(5)1997—2002年,河南省經(jīng)濟重心相對穩(wěn)定,年際間遷移距離小,各地級市經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)步增長。(6)2003—2013年,經(jīng)濟重心大幅度向北遷移,緯向的遷移距離大于經(jīng)向的遷移距離,從經(jīng)濟總量的占比變化看,鄭州市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是這一時期經(jīng)濟重心遷移的主要驅(qū)動力。
[Abstract]:Regional economic difference is a common phenomenon in the process of economic development. With the deepening of scholars' research on regional economy, theoretical research is gradually combined with empirical research, and the barycenter model is also introduced to analyze regional economic differences. In recent years, experts and scholars at home and abroad based on the economic gravity theory, using the economic gravity model, to analyze the regional economic differences of different scales. Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, Chengdong Qi West, as a large population and economic province, there are great differences in regional economy in the province. In order to understand the regional development differences in Henan Province objectively. In order to promote the coordinated development of regional economy since the reform and opening up, this paper analyzes the influence of cities and cities in Henan Province on the migration of economic center of gravity since the reform and opening up. At the same time, this paper studies the historical changes of regional economic policy. Based on economic geography and regional economics, the statistical yearbook data of Henan Province are collected, and the regional economic center of gravity model is adopted. Taking 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province as the research unit, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the spatial migration track of the economic center of gravity in Henan Province from 1978 to 2013. The results show that the economic center of gravity of Henan Province from 1978 to 2013 is located in the north of the geometric center of gravity, and the whole moves from south to north. The zonal moving distance is larger than the meridional movement.) after studying the migration trajectory of the economic center of gravity, it takes 1985, 1996, 2002 as the node. From 1978 to 1985, the migration track was studied in four sections. From the point of view of the total economic volume, Zhengzhou and Nanyang were in the forefront of Henan Province. The meridional moving distance of economic barycenter in Henan Province is much larger than that in zonal direction, and the meridional economic barycenter index of each prefecture-level city is analyzed. It is concluded that the economic development of Zhoukou City and Shangqiu City is the main driving force of the center of gravity migration in this period. Zhengzhou's share of the economy in Henan Province rose from 10.88% to 13.42, to Zhengzhou. Luoyang and other cities as the center of the industrial belt is the main factor for the migration of Henan economic center of gravity during 1997-2002, Henan Province economic center of gravity is relatively stable, the inter-annual migration distance is small. From 2003 to 2013, the economic center of gravity moved northward, and the migration distance in latitude direction was larger than that in meridional direction. The economic development of Zhengzhou is the main driving force of the economic center of gravity migration in this period.
