【摘要】:高質(zhì)量動畫專業(yè)人才的輸出是社會和動畫行業(yè)對人才的亟需,是文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮昌盛的前提,也是強大我國軟實力的基本保障。但目前西部高校培養(yǎng)出的動畫專業(yè)人才面臨著質(zhì)量不高、數(shù)量不足、地區(qū)與動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)分布不均衡等現(xiàn)狀問題,成為制約經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的“瓶頸”。本文從“文獻研究”、“歷史視野”、“實地調(diào)查”、“個案分析”等多個層面展開研究。用縱向比較研究的方法展現(xiàn)了中國西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)在不同時代背景下的特點、狀態(tài)、發(fā)展趨勢等;通過橫向比較研究,將美國、日本以及中國東部部分高校與中國西部高校的動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)理念、教學(xué)方式、師資隊伍建設(shè)、優(yōu)勢資源發(fā)揮、課程設(shè)置、校企合作、培養(yǎng)模式和路徑等多方面的狀態(tài)呈現(xiàn)出來,并得以啟示。同時,本文通過較大范圍地調(diào)研、統(tǒng)計、比較、分析、歸納和總結(jié),旨在為西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)構(gòu)建理論的框架,并據(jù)此對西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題、產(chǎn)生的原因、優(yōu)勢和影響因素等進行深入剖析,進而為西部高校動畫人才培養(yǎng)提供思路和策略。本論文共分為五章:第一章緒論。主要就研究的背景和問題的提出、研究意義、文獻綜述、研究思路和方法等進行了闡述。第二章西部高校動畫教育的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)與特色。論文在梳理西部高校動畫教育發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,從“專業(yè)化”與身份認知的角度分析西部高校動畫教育非同質(zhì)化的優(yōu)化亟需、復(fù)合型人才要求、內(nèi)外資源優(yōu)勢并存等特色。通過追根尋源和特色的挖掘,為西部高校動畫教育體系的構(gòu)建和發(fā)展方向等提供研究基礎(chǔ)。第三章西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀分析。通過問卷調(diào)研、現(xiàn)場訪談等方式,客觀、理性并深入地分析和總結(jié)當前西部高校動畫專業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括存在的主要問題、稟賦優(yōu)勢以及所處的困境。第四章中外著名高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗借鑒與啟示。本章對美國、日本以及中國東部部分高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)理念、模式、辦學(xué)特色、學(xué)科建設(shè)、政策等多方面進行了調(diào)研、分析和總結(jié),對中國西部高校的動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方式有借鑒和啟示作用。第五章西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)和實施路徑。本章立足西部,將時代性和地域性融入到動畫教育中去,大膽根據(jù)學(xué)科特點和與市場適應(yīng)度等進行改革,提出了中國西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的對策,并用所研究的理論和方法進行實踐驗證。本論文通過對中國西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的研究,能夠補充和豐富我國高校動畫理論的研究體系,為國家在制定西部高校動畫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案時提供參考依據(jù)。同時,這種研究也是我國西部動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的需要,是“人才強省”、“西部大開發(fā)”戰(zhàn)略思想的體現(xiàn)、是促進我國西部經(jīng)濟、文化傳承與學(xué)科建設(shè)和諧互動發(fā)展的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:The output of high-quality animation professionals is the urgent need of the society and animation industry, is the premise of the prosperity of cultural and creative industries. It is also the basic guarantee of strong soft power in our country. But at present, the animation professionals trained in western colleges and universities are faced with the problems of low quality, insufficient quantity, uneven distribution between regions and animation industry, and so on. It has become the "bottleneck" that restricts the development of economy and society. This paper focuses on "literature research", "historical vision" and "field investigation". "case Analysis" and other aspects of the study. The method of longitudinal comparative study shows the characteristics, status and development trend of the talent training of animation major in the western universities of China under the different background of the times. Through the horizontal comparative study, the animation talent training concept, teaching methods, teachers' team construction, advantage resources, curriculum design of some universities in the United States, Japan and eastern China and western universities in China are studied. The cooperation of school and enterprise, the cultivation mode and the path are presented and enlighten. At the same time, this article through a wide range of research, statistics, comparison, analysis, induction and summary. The purpose of this paper is to construct a theoretical framework for the cultivation of animation professionals in western universities and colleges, and to analyze deeply the problems, causes, advantages and influencing factors of talent training of animation majors in colleges and universities in western China. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the background and problems of the research, research significance, literature review. The second chapter is the development and characteristics of animation education in western colleges and universities. Based on combing the development process of animation education in western colleges and universities. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of animation talent training in western colleges and universities. It can be used for reference and enlightenments in the cultivation of animation professionals in western universities in China. Chapter 5th is the theoretical basis and implementation path of animation talents training in western colleges and universities. This chapter is based on the western region. By integrating the times and regions into the animation education and carrying out the reform according to the characteristics of the subject and the adaptability of the market, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of animation professionals in the universities of western China. This thesis can supplement and enrich the research system of animation theory in colleges and universities of our country by studying the talent training of animation major in western universities of China. At the same time, this kind of research is also the need of survival and development of animation industry in western China, is "talent strong province". The embodiment of the strategic thought of "Great Development of West China" is an important measure to promote the harmonious and interactive development of western economy, cultural heritage and discipline construction.
