【摘要】：目的:本文通過回顧性隨訪調(diào)查,探究單純尺骨莖突骨折運用中醫(yī)小夾板治療后,尺骨莖突骨折兩類骨折分型在腕關(guān)節(jié)Gartland-Werley功能評分表,下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定情況,腕尺側(cè)疼痛情況的對比狀況,并根據(jù)結(jié)果進行分析討論,以此探討尺骨莖突骨折對腕關(guān)節(jié)功能影響的研究情況方法:收集并隨訪2015年1月份至2016年5月份31例(成功回訪26例)來我院就診的經(jīng)我院X光檢查可診斷為單純尺骨莖突骨折的患者,均行中醫(yī)正骨手法復位并采取小夾板固定治療。按照單純尺骨莖突骨折分型之不同分為I型組(體部骨折組)和II型組(基底部骨折組),之后隨訪并記錄其Gartland-Werley腕關(guān)節(jié)功能評分、下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定情況和腕尺側(cè)疼痛情況,運用恰當?shù)慕y(tǒng)計學理論方法對兩組間的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,并對結(jié)果進行分析討論,比較兩組間的療效情況,以此獲得中醫(yī)小夾板治療尺骨莖突骨折后對腕關(guān)節(jié)功能影響的研究情況。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過分析整理后,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)表明,尺骨莖突I型與II型骨折在腕關(guān)節(jié)Gartland-Werley評分表上無明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),兩者下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)基本穩(wěn)定,且彼此之間無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),然而在腕尺側(cè)疼痛上兩者有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)結(jié)論:綜上結(jié)果,經(jīng)過分析和討論,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)經(jīng)中醫(yī)小夾板治療后,尺骨莖突骨折中I型和II型在對腕關(guān)節(jié)功能整體上影響有限,兩者之間無統(tǒng)計學差異,而兩者下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性對比也無差異,但尺骨莖突骨折II型對腕關(guān)節(jié)受傷后預后治療中較I型骨折有疼痛較多方面的影響。(2)中醫(yī)小夾板經(jīng)濟實惠,治療尺骨莖突骨折療效確切,可有效防止尺骨莖突II型骨折后下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)狀況的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the treatment of simple styloid process fracture of ulna by Chinese medicine splint through retrospective follow-up investigation. Two types of ulnar styloid process fractures were classified in the wrist Gartland-Werley score table, the stability of the lower ulnar and radial joints, and the comparative status of pain in the ulnar wrist. And according to the results of analysis and discussion. To explore the effect of ulnar styloid process fracture on wrist function methods: 31 cases were collected and followed up from January 2015 to May 2016 (26 successful cases). X-ray examination in our hospital can be diagnosed as simple fracture of ulna styloid process. According to the classification of simple ulnar styloid process fracture, I group (body fracture group) and type II group (basal base fracture group) were divided into two groups: type I (body fracture group) and type II group (basal fracture group). The Gartland-Werley wrist function score, the stability of the lower ulnar and radial joint and the pain of the ulnar wrist were recorded. The relevant data between the two groups were processed with the appropriate statistical theory method, and the results were analyzed and discussed, and the curative effect between the two groups was compared. In order to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine small splint treatment of ulna styloid process fracture of the wrist function after the study. Results: after analysis, statistical data show. There was no significant difference in Gartland-Werley score between type I and II fractures of ulnar styloid process (P 0.05), and the lower ulnar and radial joints were basically stable. And there is no statistical difference between them (P 0.05), but there is a statistical difference in wrist ulnar pain (P 0.05). Conclusion: the above results are analyzed and discussed. The following conclusion is drawn: after treatment with small splint of traditional Chinese medicine, type I and type II of styloid process fracture of ulna have limited effect on wrist function as a whole, there is no statistical difference between them. There is no difference in the stability of the ulnar and radial joints between the two groups, but type II of styloid process fracture of ulna has a more painful effect on the prognosis of wrist injury than type I fracture. The treatment of ulnar styloid process fracture is effective in preventing the instability of the lower ulnar radial joint after the styloid process type II fracture.
