【摘要】:鋼鐵工業(yè)從節(jié)能化、清潔化生產(chǎn)到循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,是近年來(lái)鋼鐵工業(yè)高速發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,是社會(huì)進(jìn)步和實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)平衡的必然要求。社會(huì)的發(fā)展和行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,低成本策略是企業(yè)求生存、求發(fā)展的有效之策。鋼鐵工業(yè)是能源消耗大戶,統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵行業(yè)的能耗占全國(guó)總能耗的10%以上,因此推廣節(jié)能減排技術(shù)已成為保證我國(guó)鋼鐵工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼在當(dāng)代鋼鐵生產(chǎn)中依然占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)爐鋼比例已超過(guò)90%,負(fù)能煉鋼是煉鋼節(jié)能的主要技術(shù),轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼廠生產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)能煉鋼具有降低成本、減少污染、實(shí)現(xiàn)能源再循環(huán)等技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),國(guó)內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼廠均把實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)爐負(fù)能煉鋼作為提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境保護(hù)的重大工藝技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。在追求產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和效益的今天,鋼鐵廠實(shí)踐循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),負(fù)能煉鋼是必然選擇。推廣負(fù)能煉鋼對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo),保證鋼鐵工業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼已不再是純粹的耗能工序,也是回收二次能源的主要工序,實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)能煉鋼是衡量一個(gè)煉鋼廠先進(jìn)技術(shù)水平和管理水平的重要指標(biāo)。本文主要介紹為降低轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼工序能耗實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)爐負(fù)能煉鋼,研究包括轉(zhuǎn)爐煤氣回收技術(shù)、蒸氣回收技術(shù)以及氧氣、電力、煤氣等能源介質(zhì)的相應(yīng)節(jié)能降耗等技術(shù)措施,在轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中通過(guò)設(shè)備改造、優(yōu)化工藝操作、新工藝技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用等主要有效手段的實(shí)施推廣,從而達(dá)到了有效降低煉鋼工序能耗的目的。本課題的開(kāi)展大大推動(dòng)了西鋼負(fù)能煉鋼的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,并在付諸實(shí)踐中形成一套完整的生產(chǎn)和管理制度,最終,西鋼煉鋼廠轉(zhuǎn)爐工序在實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)能煉鋼基礎(chǔ)上,工序能耗達(dá)到-5.91kgce/t(1kgce/t=29.26GJ/t),取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry from energy-saving, cleaner production to the recycling economy model, is the iron and steel industry in recent years, the inevitable result of rapid development. It is the inevitable requirement of social progress and ecological balance, the development of society and the aggravation of industry competition. Low cost strategy is the effective strategy for enterprises to survive and develop. Iron and steel industry is a large consumer of energy consumption, statistics show. The energy consumption of domestic steel industry accounts for more than 10% of the total energy consumption in China. Therefore, the promotion of energy saving and emission reduction technology has become the key to ensure the sustainable development of China's iron and steel industry. Converter steelmaking still occupies a leading position in the contemporary steel production, the proportion of converter steel in China has exceeded 90%. Negative energy steelmaking is the main technology of energy saving in steelmaking. Converter steelmaking has the advantages of reducing cost, reducing pollution and realizing energy recycling. Converter steelmaking plants at home and abroad take the realization of converter negative energy steelmaking as a major technology to improve economic efficiency and environmental protection. In pursuit of product quality and efficiency today, the steel plant practices circular economy. Negative energy steelmaking is an inevitable choice. It is very important to promote negative energy steelmaking to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction and to ensure the healthy development of iron and steel industry. Converter steelmaking is no longer a pure energy consumption process. It is also the main process of recovering secondary energy. The realization of negative energy steelmaking is an important index to measure the advanced technology level and management level of a steelmaking plant. This paper mainly introduces the realization of converter negative energy steelmaking in order to reduce the energy consumption of converter steelmaking process, including converter gas recovery technology. Steam recovery technology and energy medium such as oxygen, electric power, gas and other technical measures, such as energy saving and consumption reduction, in the actual production process of converter steelmaking through the transformation of equipment, optimization of process operation. The main effective means such as the popularization and application of new technology and so on have achieved the goal of effectively reducing the energy consumption of steelmaking process. The development of this subject has greatly promoted the technical progress of negative energy steelmaking in XISCO. And form a set of complete production and management system in practice. Finally, the converter process of XISCO steelmaking plant is based on the realization of negative energy steelmaking. The process energy consumption is -5.91 kg / t ~ (-1) kg / t ~ (29.26) GJ / t ~ (-1), which has achieved remarkable economic, environmental and social benefits.
