【摘要】：舞獅運(yùn)動(dòng)作為中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化中最具民族特色的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,以其特有的民族魅力和豐富的文化內(nèi)涵以及深厚的歷史文化底蘊(yùn)備受廣大人民群眾的喜愛(ài)。隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷完善以及我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)各界對(duì)舞獅這項(xiàng)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的市場(chǎng)需求不斷加大。高校作為學(xué)校體育教育的最高階段和社會(huì)連接點(diǎn)是體育文化傳承和發(fā)展的重要“寓所”,為保護(hù)和傳承民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化提供了良好的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家訪談法、SWOT分析方法等對(duì)煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅市場(chǎng)化過(guò)程中內(nèi)外部各種因素進(jìn)行分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)煙臺(tái)市高校擁有完善的教學(xué)管理體系和科研體系以及龐大的選材基數(shù),`同時(shí)高校學(xué)生在舞獅表演參與度上更具靈活性。(2)煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)在技術(shù)難度、觀賞性以及市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)上與社會(huì)舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)存在差距;同時(shí)高校學(xué)生訓(xùn)練的專一性與社會(huì)舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)的差距較大。(3)煙臺(tái)市強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)所帶來(lái)的市場(chǎng)需求;我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的完善;國(guó)家支持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)等政策為煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展提供了外部有利條件。(4)社會(huì)舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)以及同類慶典類表演項(xiàng)目的競(jìng)爭(zhēng);煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅學(xué)生參與的流動(dòng)性;煙臺(tái)市高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)體育與競(jìng)技體育的重視度的不平衡等因素對(duì)煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展存在著威脅。本文通過(guò)SWOT分析法在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)論證研究制定了煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:第一,充分發(fā)揮煙臺(tái)市高校教學(xué)管理體系的優(yōu)勢(shì),開(kāi)設(shè)舞獅選修課程或成立舞獅體育社團(tuán),加大舞獅文化的宣傳力度,吸引更多的高校學(xué)生參與,為煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)提供更多的后備人才;第二,要充分利用煙臺(tái)市高校的科研優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)新舞獅動(dòng)作、套路等,不斷提升煙臺(tái)市高校舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)的表演價(jià)值;第三,充分利用煙臺(tái)市高校的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),以及國(guó)家的政策優(yōu)勢(shì),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化營(yíng)銷手段,多渠道、多手段、多方式、全方位地推廣高校舞獅;第四,在煙臺(tái)市高校的舞獅團(tuán)隊(duì)中成立舞獅管理機(jī)構(gòu),建立健全的管理體系。
[Abstract]:One of the lion dance movement as the traditional culture of the Chinese nation with the most national characteristics of the sport, with its unique ethnic charm and rich cultural connotation and profound historical and cultural heritage has been loved by the masses. As China's socialist market economic system and constantly improve the development of our national economy, all sectors of society the lion dance of national traditional sports culture market demand is increasing. As a University School of physical education and the highest stage of social connection is an important point of "home" inheritance and development of sports culture, provides a good environment for the protection and inheritance of national traditional sports culture. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method, expert interview method, SWOT analysis method to analyze the lion dance in the process of marketization of various internal and external factors of colleges and universities in Yantai City, as follows Conclusion: (1) Yantai university has a perfect teaching management system and scientific research system and a large base material, at the same time in college students ` lion dance participation is more flexible. (2) University of Yantai City lion dance team in the technical difficulty, ornamental and market development experience and the social gap between the lion dance team; at the same time, the training of college students with specific social gap. The lion dance team (3) strong economic foundation of Yantai city brought about by the market demand; perfecting the socialist market economic system; national industry policy support for college students and the development of the market as the lion dance team in Colleges and universities in Yantai provides a favorable external conditions (4). The lion dance team and similar social celebration performance events of the competition; liquidity university students to participate in the lion dance in Yantai city; Yantai city university leaders do not attach importance to the degree of traditional sports and competitive sports There is a threat to the balance of the development team in Colleges and universities of Yantai lion dance market. This article through the SWOT analysis method on the basis of the research made in Yantai lion strategic development team Market: first, give full play to the advantages of teaching management system in Colleges and universities in Yantai City, set up dance elective courses or the establishment of Lion Dance Sports Association, increase the lion dance culture propaganda, to attract more students to participate in, to provide more talents for the University of Yantai City lion dance team; second, to make full use of Yantai advantage of scientific research innovation, lion dance routines, action, improve the lion dance team Yantai city performance value; third, make full use of the location of universities in Yantai city the advantages, as well as national policy advantages, the use of modern means of marketing, multi-channel, multi method, multi way, all-round promotion of high school dance; fourth, in the smoke Lion dance management organizations are set up in the lion dance team of Taiwan University to establish a sound management system.
