【摘要】：根據(jù)全國老齡辦公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2020年我國60歲及以上老年人口將達(dá)到2.48億,進(jìn)入深度老齡社會,老年群體的婚姻和健康狀況也受到學(xué)界的日益關(guān)注。當(dāng)前,老年人整體婚姻狀況呈現(xiàn)在婚比例高、喪偶比例下降但數(shù)量迅速增長的特點(diǎn),在性別、年齡、地區(qū)、民族等方面存在差異,婚姻對老年人的生活方式、健康狀況等方面產(chǎn)生顯著影響。同時,老年人口健康水平穩(wěn)步提高但分化現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,表現(xiàn)為年齡越大健康狀況越差、男性健康狀況好于女性、城鎮(zhèn)老人健康狀況好于農(nóng)村、東部地區(qū)老年人健康狀況好于西部、有偶老人健康狀況好于喪偶老人。本文對老年人婚姻現(xiàn)狀、健康界定及衡量指標(biāo)、老年人身體和心理健康的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)回顧,梳理了婚姻影響老年人健康的相關(guān)理論,在婚姻保護(hù)作用假說、婚姻資源模型、婚姻危機(jī)模型、婚姻選擇模型的基礎(chǔ)上建立理論分析框架,即婚姻對老年人的健康狀況具有保護(hù)作用,同時,老年人的健康還受到社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、健康行為、社會支持的影響,基此提出三個假說：一,婚姻對健康的保護(hù)作用在我國低中齡老年人口中仍然存在；二,婚姻質(zhì)量對老年人口的健康有顯著影響；三,婚姻對老年人口健康的保護(hù)作用還受到社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、健康行為、社會支持的影響。本文利用中國老年健康影響因素跟蹤調(diào)查(CLHLS)2008-2011年縱向數(shù)據(jù),以婚姻狀態(tài)及變動、婚姻質(zhì)量作為婚姻指標(biāo),以生活自理能力、認(rèn)知功能作為健康指標(biāo),在描述性統(tǒng)計分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立二元logistic回歸模型驗證婚姻對老年人健康的保護(hù)作用理論。通過研究,得到3點(diǎn)結(jié)論：第一,婚姻狀態(tài)對老年人健康具有保護(hù)作用。這一作用在高齡組非常顯著,在低中齡組雖有影響但不顯著；婚姻對老年人健康的影響存在差異,婚姻狀態(tài)對老年人身體健康的影響更顯著,婚姻變動對心理健康的影響更顯著。第二,婚姻質(zhì)量較好的老年人,認(rèn)知功能相對較好,無論是低中齡老人還是高齡老人,統(tǒng)計檢驗不具顯著性。第三,除了婚姻狀況因素外,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、健康行為、社會支持也在一定程度上影響了老年人口的健康水平,整體表現(xiàn)為老年人口的受教育程度越高、經(jīng)濟(jì)上越獨(dú)立、日常鍛煉、多與家人溝通交流,健康狀況相對更好。對此,提出如下建議：第一,關(guān)注老年人婚姻狀態(tài)及變化,營造良好的社會環(huán)境。第二,完善法律法規(guī)和管理,保障老年人再婚的合法權(quán)益。第三,關(guān)注老年人婚姻質(zhì)量,提升晚年生活幸福度。第四,重視婚姻對老年健康的保護(hù)作用,積極推動健康老齡化。
[Abstract]:According to the national office on aging released data show that in 2020 China's elderly population aged 60 and above will reach 248 million, into the depth of the aging society, the elderly marriage and health has attracted more and more attention in academic circles. At present, the overall marital status of the aged in a high proportion of married widowed, but decreased the proportion of the rapid growth of the number of characteristics. In gender, age, region, ethnic differences and other aspects, the marriage life of the elderly, have a significant impact on health status. At the same time, the health of the elderly population has been steadily improved but the differentiation phenomenon seriously, as the older poorerhealthstatus, male health in women, health status good urban elderly in rural areas, the elderly health status of the eastern region better than the west, there are even better than the health status of elderly widowed elderly. China elderly health factors tracked using longitudinal data (CLHLS) 2008-2011, in marriage Marriage status and changes in marital quality as marriage index to self-care ability, cognitive function as a health index, based on the descriptive statistical analysis, the establishment of two yuan in the logistic regression model to verify the protective effect of marriage on the health of the elderly. Through theoretical research, 3 conclusions are drawn: first, marital status has a protective effect on the elderly human health. This effect is very significant in the older group in low age groups have no significant influence; marriage have different effects on the health of the elderly, marital status had more significant effect on the health of the elderly, marriage changes impact on the mental health of the elderly is significant. Second, good quality of marriage the cognitive function, relatively good, whether it is low in old or elderly, is not statistically significant. Third, in addition to marital status factors, socioeconomic factors, health behavior, social support To have some influences on the health level of the elderly population, the overall performance of the education level of the elderly population increasing, economy more and more independent, daily exercise, and family communication, health situation is relatively better. In this regard, we put forward the following suggestions: first, pay attention to the old marriage state and change, to create a good second. The social environment, improve laws and regulations and management, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly remarriage. Third, care for the elderly and marriage quality, enhance the life of happiness. Fourth, pay attention to marriage on the protective effect of elderly health, actively promote healthy aging.
