【摘要】:由于現(xiàn)在人們工作及生活的影響,節(jié)假日休息時(shí)間集中導(dǎo)致旅游時(shí)間沖突,使景區(qū)在特定時(shí)間段內(nèi)會(huì)出現(xiàn)過(guò)度擁擠的現(xiàn)象,所以在景區(qū)過(guò)度擁擠的情景中游客在擁擠感知下進(jìn)行行為調(diào)適,提高自身游憩體驗(yàn)感受尤為重要,因此本文進(jìn)行擁擠感知、行為調(diào)適與游客游憩體驗(yàn)度的理論研究,與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,力爭(zhēng)通過(guò)結(jié)論為管理者提出建議與幫助。本文主要研究擁擠感知、調(diào)適行為以及游憩體驗(yàn)感受三者之間的關(guān)系。影響調(diào)適行為的因素以及調(diào)適行為的種類。以南京長(zhǎng)樂(lè)度假山莊為對(duì)例,實(shí)地進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷普查以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的匯總,通過(guò)SPSS軟件運(yùn)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、因子分子、相關(guān)分析等分析方法分析得到的數(shù)據(jù),得出實(shí)證結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果..(1)擁擠感知與游憩體驗(yàn)感受呈相反性;(2)擁擠環(huán)境下調(diào)適行為分為三種:認(rèn)知調(diào)適、行為調(diào)適和時(shí)間調(diào)適。認(rèn)知調(diào)適是通過(guò)自身意識(shí)調(diào)整來(lái)調(diào)適擁擠,行為調(diào)適是移動(dòng)不同地點(diǎn)來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)化擁擠感受,實(shí)踐調(diào)適則是改變旅游時(shí)間來(lái)避開(kāi)擁擠;(3)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果得知影響調(diào)適行為的因素有四種:社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)、游覽特點(diǎn)、預(yù)想中擁擠狀態(tài)、身處環(huán)境特點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)在擁擠情境下如何提高游客游憩體驗(yàn)感受作出了相應(yīng)的建議。如盡量避免他人不好舉動(dòng)對(duì)游憩體驗(yàn)的影響。同時(shí),應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)景區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),提高服務(wù)水平,策劃設(shè)計(jì)出多條游覽路線分散人流,使游覽高峰期時(shí)游客可選擇性避開(kāi)擁擠,而且要對(duì)擁擠景點(diǎn)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和實(shí)況廣播播報(bào),提前告知要去往該景點(diǎn)的游客,有效避免擁擠。
[Abstract]:Because of the influence of people's work and life nowadays, the concentration of holiday break time leads to the conflict of travel time, which makes the scenic spot appear the phenomenon of overcrowded in a certain time period. Therefore, in the scene of overcrowded scenic spots, it is very important for tourists to adjust their behavior under the perception of congestion and improve their own experience of recreation. Therefore, this paper carries on the perception of congestion. The theoretical research of behavioral adjustment and tourists' recreation experience is combined with practice to make suggestions and help for managers through the conclusion. This paper mainly studies congestion perception. The relationship between the adjustment behavior and the experience of recreation, the factors that affect the adjustment behavior and the types of the adjustment behavior. Take the Changle Resort Villa in Nanjing as an example. Field questionnaire survey and network survey questionnaire summary, through the use of SPSS software descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and other analysis methods to analyze the data obtained. The empirical results are as follows: (1) crowding perception is opposite to recreation experience; 2) there are three kinds of adaptation behaviors in crowded environment: cognitive adaptation, behavioral adaptation and temporal adaptation. Cognitive adaptation is to adjust congestion through self-conscious adjustment, and behavioral adaptation is to shift different locations to transform crowded feelings. Practical adjustment is to change the travel time to avoid congestion; 3) through the data analysis results, we know that there are four factors that affect the adjustment behavior: social and economic characteristics, sightseeing characteristics, preconceived crowded state. This paper makes some suggestions on how to improve the tourists' leisure experience experience in crowded environment, such as avoiding the influence of other people's bad behavior on the recreation experience. At the same time. We should strengthen the construction of scenic area infrastructure, improve the service level, plan and design a number of tour routes to disperse the flow of people, so that tourists can selectively avoid congestion during the peak period of sightseeing. Moreover, it is necessary to monitor the crowded spots and broadcast them live, to inform the tourists who want to go to the scenic spots in advance, and to avoid the congestion effectively.
