現(xiàn)代夯土建造工藝在建筑設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:生土是我國乃至全世界應(yīng)用最為廣泛,歷史最為悠久的傳統(tǒng)建筑材料之一。它之所以應(yīng)用廣泛,主要源于其所具有的可就地取材、施工簡易、造價低廉、熱工性能突出、加工過程低能耗無污染等優(yōu)點。盡管傳統(tǒng)生土材料在耐久性能、力學(xué)性能等方面存在較大的缺陷,但從當(dāng)今生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度來看,其中蘊含著巨大的生態(tài)應(yīng)用潛力。正因為如此,歐美發(fā)達國家針對傳統(tǒng)生土材料的改良和現(xiàn)代化應(yīng)用,進行了系統(tǒng)深入的基礎(chǔ)研究,有效克服了傳統(tǒng)生土材料在力學(xué)和耐久性能等方面的固有缺陷,并形成了具有廣泛應(yīng)用價值的一系列生土材料性能優(yōu)化理論及相關(guān)應(yīng)用技術(shù)。其中,又以現(xiàn)代夯土建筑的相關(guān)理論與應(yīng)用技術(shù)最為成熟,通過世界范圍內(nèi)的大量工程實踐的驗證,至今已走向成熟。而國內(nèi)在近些年才開始對現(xiàn)代夯土建筑投以關(guān)注。但是由于缺乏對現(xiàn)代夯土建筑的系統(tǒng)研究,即從材料屬性、建造工藝、以及相關(guān)建筑設(shè)計的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究,使得現(xiàn)代夯土建筑在國內(nèi)發(fā)展較為緩慢。本文以此為切入點進行研究,主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下三個方面:1.從現(xiàn)代夯土的基礎(chǔ)理論入手,以實際項目案例為依據(jù),進行材料鑒定優(yōu)化實驗。對現(xiàn)代夯土建筑的新型夯土材料有一個全新的認識。2.基于現(xiàn)代夯土建筑的基礎(chǔ)理論及材料實驗,通過一系列的實際項目的建造實施,總結(jié)改進適用于現(xiàn)代夯土建筑的建造工藝。3.研究分析現(xiàn)代夯土建筑與其他常規(guī)現(xiàn)代建筑的區(qū)別之處,進行相關(guān)設(shè)計的研究定位。鎖定新型夯土墻體作為現(xiàn)代夯土建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)方面的核心因素,以此為基礎(chǔ)研究建造工藝在現(xiàn)代夯土建筑設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用。本文是結(jié)合建造工藝對現(xiàn)代夯土建筑設(shè)計進行一個系統(tǒng)的解讀。旨在幫助更多的人重新的、全面的認識現(xiàn)代夯土建筑,期望能為現(xiàn)代夯土建筑在我國的應(yīng)用推廣提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Raw soil is one of the most widely used and oldest traditional building materials in China and the world. The reason why it is widely used is mainly due to its advantages of being able to obtain materials locally, simple in construction, low in cost, outstanding in thermal performance, low in energy consumption and no pollution in the processing process, and so on. Although the traditional raw soil materials have great defects in durability and mechanical properties, from the point of view of ecological sustainable development, there is a great potential for ecological application. Because of this, developed countries in Europe and America have carried out systematic and deep basic research on the improvement and modernization of traditional raw soil materials, which effectively overcome the inherent defects in mechanical and durable properties of traditional raw soil materials. A series of optimization theory of raw soil material performance and related application technology have been formed with extensive application value. Among them, the theory and application technology of modern rammed earth architecture is the most mature. In recent years, China began to pay attention to modern rammed earth architecture. However, due to the lack of systematic research on modern rammed earth architecture, that is, from the material properties, construction technology, and related architectural design, the development of modern rammed earth architecture in China is relatively slow. This article takes this as the starting point to carry on the research, the main research content includes the following three aspects: 1. Based on the basic theory of modern rammed soil and the actual project cases, the material identification and optimization experiments are carried out. There is a new understanding of the new rammed earth materials in modern rammed earth buildings. Based on the basic theory and material experiment of modern rammed earth building, this paper summarizes and improves the construction technology of modern rammed earth building through the implementation of a series of practical projects. The differences between modern rammed earth architecture and other conventional modern buildings are analyzed, and the research orientation of related design is carried out. Locking the new rammed earth wall is the core factor in the design of the modern rammed earth architecture. Based on this, the application of the construction technology in the design of the modern rammed earth building is studied. This paper is a systematic interpretation of modern rammed earth architecture design combined with construction technology. In order to help more people to re-understand the modern rammed earth architecture, hope to provide help for the application of modern rammed earth architecture in our country.
