【摘要】:本文以綠色施工為研究對(duì)象,將綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)和綠色施工示范工程的評(píng)價(jià)融為一體,開展了基于施工全過程的綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)體系研究。建筑業(yè)是能源消耗的大戶,也對(duì)環(huán)境造成了一定的污染,為了推進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,開展綠色建筑理論研究和綠色施工技術(shù),在工程建設(shè)全過程中推行綠色施工,將綠色施工技術(shù)、綠色施工管理以及國家政策相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建全面有效的綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)鞭策施工企業(yè)積極主動(dòng)的施行綠色施工,科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)建筑施工的綠色性,具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過我國現(xiàn)階段正在使用的綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)體系和綠色施工示范工程評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究,結(jié)合我國綠色施工發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了全面、有效、科學(xué)、合理的評(píng)價(jià)體系,為推進(jìn)我國的綠色施工技術(shù)發(fā)展,提供了有效方法。本文以實(shí)現(xiàn)客觀性和科學(xué)性并重為原則,查閱了大量中外研究文獻(xiàn)并參考了經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的建設(shè)單位和施工單位的專家意見,確定了綠色施工實(shí)施的影響因素,利用專家強(qiáng)制打分的方法確定了各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,從建筑施工的管理、量化實(shí)施效果和綠色施工技術(shù)創(chuàng)新三個(gè)方面,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的施工作出綠色評(píng)價(jià)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色施工的普及提供了科學(xué)參考。本文將綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)和綠色施工示范工程評(píng)價(jià)融為一體,將綠色施工分為軟指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)、量化指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)和綠色施工技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)三部分。將量化指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)作為是否綠色施工的主要判定依據(jù),提高量化指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)重。綠色施工示范工程必須是在達(dá)到綠色施工優(yōu)秀的前提下,兼有綠色施工技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的行為,才能被評(píng)為示范工程。這為綠色施工的普及和強(qiáng)制實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:This paper takes green construction as research object, integrates green construction evaluation with green construction demonstration project evaluation, and develops a green construction evaluation system based on the whole construction process. The construction industry is a major consumer of energy consumption and has caused certain pollution to the environment. In order to promote the strategy of sustainable development, green building theory research and green construction technology are carried out, and green construction is carried out in the whole process of engineering construction. Combining green construction technology, green construction management and national policy, this paper constructs a comprehensive and effective evaluation system of green construction, which can encourage construction enterprises to take the initiative to carry out green construction, and evaluate the green quality of construction scientifically and reasonably. Has very important realistic significance. Based on the study of the green construction evaluation system and the green construction demonstration project evaluation system which is being used in our country at the present stage, combined with the present situation of green construction in China, this paper constructs a comprehensive, effective, scientific and reasonable evaluation system. It provides an effective method for promoting the development of green construction technology in China. Based on the principle of achieving both objectivity and scientificalness, this paper has consulted a large number of Chinese and foreign research documents and consulted the expert opinions of experienced construction units and construction units, and has determined the influencing factors for the implementation of green construction. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by the method of mandatory scoring by experts. The green evaluation of construction project is made from three aspects: management of construction, quantification of implementation effect and innovation of green construction technology. It provides a scientific reference for the popularization of green construction. In this paper, green construction evaluation and green construction demonstration project evaluation are integrated. Green construction is divided into three parts: soft index evaluation, quantitative index evaluation and green construction technology innovation evaluation. The quantitative index evaluation is regarded as the main criterion to judge whether the construction is green or not, and the weight of the quantitative index evaluation is improved. The green construction demonstration project must have the behavior of green construction technology innovation under the premise of achieving the excellent green construction in order to be rated as the demonstration project. This provides a reference for the popularization and enforcement of green construction.
